        Decision-making is considered one of the most central processes in organizations and is considered as the main task of managers at all levels. All management activities revolve around decision-making, because managers perform their duties including planning, organizing, directing and controlling; They should be involved in the continuous decision-making process. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between lifestyle dimensions and decision-making by senior cultural managers of Fars. The current research is a correlational survey from the point of view of practical purpose and the method of data collection. The statistical population of the present study was 220 senior executives of Fars province, the sampling method was random and the sample size was determined through Cochran's formula to 141. In order to collect the desired information and measure the research variables, a standard questionnaire was used. The validity of the measuring instrument was confirmed by content and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. After making the necessary coordination with the relevant officials, the questionnaire was referred to the managers completely randomly and while explaining the type and the purpose of the study, the questionnaire was delivered for completion. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 26 was used to analyze the data. A p-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results of the analysis of the findings showed that lifestyle has a significant relationship with the decision-making of executive cultural managers. Religious lifestyle had the highest correlation with managers' decision-making.
