One of the most important human social needs is the need for justice in urban space The theory of the "Right to the City" is one of the most basic justice-oriented social theories in the 20th century, the basic axis of which is man and his social needs. Lefebvre, the founder of this theory, saw the city as a social structure and believed that citizens have rights to the city. This theory has been followed by many researchers in recent years. Still, their results have not gone beyond the investigation of theoretical and philosophical bases and fewer researchers have addressed the spatial dimensions and qualities necessary to realize this importance in the urban space. This research aims to reach solutions for the realization of the right to the city by exploring the political, social, and philosophical roots, reviewing the experiences and legal frameworks developed in the world, and analyzing the effectiveness of the proposed axes. Through qualitative research with directional content analysis, and the exploratory approach based on library and document studies, the conceptual framework of the right to the city and the practical components for its realization were extracted. this conceptual framework is based on two main components "the right to urban participation" and "the right to allocate space", and criteria of proper urban governance, inclusiveness and diversity, spatial access, and spatial qualities. Its application has been introduced in order to create a mutual learning structure in the process of interactions between public, and private institutions and people, and the mutual understanding of the actors. The historical houses of the Qajar period can be considered the valuable treasures of the history of ‎Iranian architecture. The splendor of Iranian architecture depends on its decorations, which are not ‎ineffective in creating a sense of place. Therefore, identifying the factors that affect the sense of place ‎is necessary and inevitable for it to improve. Hence, this study aimed to identify and explain the ‎decorations used in Qajar period houses and its effect on creating a sense of place in these houses by ‎descriptive-analytical method, and so a survey was conducted in Qajar period houses located in 12th ‎and 11th districts of Tehran. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The ‎collected data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and regression. The results showed that ‎the architectural decorations of these houses; Bedding, brickwork, tiling, woodworking, sash and ‎sash weaving, metal decorations, mosaics and laminating. These decorations had a positive and ‎significant effect on the identity of the place with a coefficient (0.544), belonging to the place with a ‎coefficient (0.497), dependence on the place with a coefficient (0.286), and creating a sense of place ‎in these houses Has been effective (p <0.01). Therefore, it can be concluded that the decorations used ‎in these houses has played an important role in creating a sense of place in these houses by affecting ‎the identity, belonging and dependence on the place in the audience. Recognition of these factors in ‎heritage spaces is a way to preserve architecture.‎ Manuscript profile

The divergent trend of science and technology has begun almost 300 B.C. and continued until the middle of the twentieth century. The gradual separation of science from philosophy and then the creation of academic disciplines are two historical evidences of this claim. The industrial revolution and its consequences, the factory system, the professionalization approach in science and technology, and the analytic thinking, are the most important factors in creation the divergent trend of science and technology. Since the middle of the twentieth century, with the advent of two flows of "interdisciplinaries" and "emergent technologies", the convergence of science and technology has begun. The domination of "systemic thinking" instead of "analytic thinking" and as well as the "deprofessionalization" approach, instead of the "professionalization" approach, are two factors that influence this change of paradigm. In this paper, with a cultural-historical approach and the use of existing documents, we seek to explain the claim that the trend of science and technology has been diverging for several hundred years and gradually, in the mid-twentieth century, evidence of its convergence has been observed. The presence of Afghan immigrants in Iran, as the largest ethnicity of immigrants in Iran, goes back to many years ago. Now, a portion of them have children in Iran, and the third generation of these immigrants feels a sense of belonging to Iran as their birthplace. This generation is moving in a direction; in which they are having more demands from society. The commonality of these two nationalities in language, religion, and some of their culture has made the type of social interactions more complicated. Little attention, humiliation, and being looked down upon are the least of the experiences that have exerted damages to these people, which in response, these three generations have chosen different approaches of compromise, conformity, and isolation. In this qualitative study, 20 Afghan immigrants living in Bumehen, near the capital Tehran, are interviewed with the Gudykunst & Orbe’s theoretical framework and their behaviors are analyzed based on the co-cultural theory. The result shows that the third generation of Afghan immigrants, unlike previous generations who traditionally chose the approach of compromise, chooses the conformity approach and sometimes in a more limited manner, they choose the approach of isolation. Based on this, this research aims to investigate risky behavior among Iranian teenagers and young people aged 15 to 40 during the decades of 1390-1401.The current research is a quantitative meta-analysis method, the statistical population of which is 37 studies, 28 of which meet the criteria of inclusion (validity and validity, correlation coefficient, survey and sample size) and exclusion (lack of scientific research criteria) using a purposeful sampling method. The scientific sources of Nurmagz, Iran Doc, Jihad Academici, Alam Net and Iran Doc were selected. The results of the research show that between the variables of social skills (0.292), social capital (0.183), social support (0.143), social alienation (0.250), religious affiliation (0.177), lifestyle (0.206), social self-esteem ( 0.147), There is a significant relationship with risky behavior. In total, the significant variables in the model have been able to explain and predict 0.215 of the variance of the risky behavior variable. According to the findings of the research, by creating social control mechanisms (formal + informal), strengthening the capital components (economic + social and cultural) and personality socialization of the Iranian society through the school system, university and social media, it is possible to moderate the intensity of the tendency to risky behavior Manuscript profile
