تحلیل فضایی رشد هوشمند مناطق شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر کرمان)

چکیده مقاله :
رشد هوشمند شهری بیان کننده آن نوع از توسعه است که در آن ترویج حیات مدنی و سرزندگی اجتماعی، حمل و نقل عمومی و کاستن از اثرات نامطلوب زیست محیطی، در صدر ملاحظات برنامه ریزان و طراحان شهری قرار می گیرد و احیای شهر به عنوان محیط سالم و فعال که بتواند آینده ای مطلوب را برای تمام شهروندان تامین نماید. هدف مقاله حاضر، سنجش توزیع فضایی شاخص های رشد هوشمند شهری در شهر کرمان می باشد. روش شناسی تحقیق، توصیفی - تحلیلی است. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از مدل های کمی وکیفی برنامه ریزی Waspas و FuzzyTopsisاستفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از تکنیک چند شاخصه fuzzytopsis نشان می دهد، مناطق شهر کرمان از نظر رشد هوشمند شهری به ترتیب منطقه یک (رتبه 3) با مقدار (462/0)؛ منطقه دو( رتبه 1) با مقدار (643/0)؛ منطقه سه (رتبه2) با مقدار (559/0)؛ و منطقه چهار (رتبه4) با مقدار (441/0) را داراست. نتایج به دست آمده از تکنیک Waspasنشان می دهد از نظر شاخص های کالبدی، مناطق4،3،2،1 به ترتیب رتبه های 4،2،1،3؛ از نظر شاخص های اقتصادی - اجتماعی، مناطق 3،2،1 و4 به ترتیب رتبه های 4،3،1،2 ؛ از نظر شاخص های زیست محیطی، مناطق 1،2،3،4 به ترتیب رتبه های 2،3،4،1 و در نهایت با استفاده از شاخص های دسترسی،مناطق 4،3،2،1 به ترتیب رتبه های 2، 1، 3، 4 را به دست آوردند.
Smart urban growth represents the kind of development that promotes civic life and social vitality, public transport and reduce the adverse environmental effects, Planners and urban designers are at the forefront of considerations And restore the city as an active and healthy environment for all citizens to be able to provide a good future. The aim of the study is to assess spatial distribution of smart urban growth in the city of Kerman. Research methodology is descriptive - analytic. To analyze the data from quantitative models and qualitative planning and Fuzzy Topsis WASPAS is used. The results obtained show fuzzy topsis multi-attribute techniques, areas of Kerman in terms of smart urban growth as a region (Rank 3) the amount of (0.462), Region Two (Rank 1) the amount of (0.634), region Three (Rank 2) the amount of (0.559), and the four (Rank 4) the amount of (0.441) and whiskey.
