منشور اخلاقی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات
هدف از طراحی منشور اخلاقی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات جلب نظر و افزایش سطح اعتماد نویسندگان و محققان در طی فرآیند بررسی و انتشار آثار این مرکز می‌باشد. این منشور شامل خط مشی‌های نشریه‌ها در باب رعایت رفتار اخلاق مداری افراد در زمینه نشر مجلات می‌باشد.
ارائه نکات ذیل در بردارنده دیدگاهی کلی در زمینه‌ی اصول اخلاق می‌باشد و شامل جزئیات نمی‌شود.
نویسندگان، داوران، سردبیران و اعضای هیات تحریریه به منظور آشنایی بیشتر با قوانین و منشور اخلاقی مجلات می‌توانند به سایت کمیته اخلاق در انتشارات (cope) و یا منشور و موازین اخلاق در پژوهش، مصوب معاونت پژوهش و فناوری وزارت علوم تحقیقات و فناوری ایران مراجعه نمایند.
از نویسندگان تقاضا می‌شود اصول اخلاقی زیر را رعایت نمایند:
- رعایت مفاد اخلاقی در پژوهش
از نویسندگان محترم درخواست می‌نماییم آثار ایده‌های بدیع و پژوهش اصیل خود را ارسال نمایند، مجله حق برخورد قانونی با موارد جعل داده‌ها، تحریف داده‌ها و یا سرقت علمی را دارد.
سرقت علمی یا ادبی (Plagiarism): استفاده از ایده، نظرات، روش ها یا جملات دیگران بدون ذکر منابع می‌باشد و با این قصد انجام می‌شود که بیان این محتویات علمی و ادبی مقاله حاصل فعالیت و کار خود نویسنده است.
به منظور جلوگیری از Plagiarism موارد زیر توصیه می‌گردد:
1- اگر عین جمله‌ای را از کسی نقل می‌کنید باید جملات حتما داخل گیومه و با ذکر منبع باشد.
2- ارائه نتایج، اشکال و نمودارهای نظرات دیگران (هر چند جزئی) باید با ارجاع کامل باشد.
3- کپی کردن از متن دیگران تخلف است لذا برداشتتان از نظرات و نتایج پژوهشهای دیگران را به زبان خودتان و با ذکر منبع بنویسید.
4- کپی کردن و استفاده از داده‌ها و مطالب منتشر شده خودتان بدون دادن ارجاع و اطلاعات در مورد اینکه بخشی از مطالب چاپ شده قبلاً در جایی دیگر چاپ شده است تخلف محسوب می‌شود.
- عدم چاپ و ارسال مکرر یک مقاله به چندین مجله
- ارائه منابع و قدردانی از کسانی که در اجرای پژوهش سهیم هستند.
نویسنده اصلی بایستی از تمامی اشخاصی که در گردآوری مطالب سهم داشته‌اند قدردانی نماید. نویسندگان موظف هستند به نشریاتی که در گرداوری محتوای اثر مذکور نقش داشته‌اند استناد نمایند و نبایستی هرگونه اطلاعات خصوصی به دست آمده از سوی شخص ثالث از طریق مکالمه و مکاتبه یا مناظره را بدون اجازه‌ی کتبی و صریح از منبع اصلی استفاده یا گزارش دهند و قانون انحصار انتشارات در متون علمی (مالکیت معنوی) را رعایت نمایند. همچنین نویسندگان بایستی رضایت کلیه پشتیبان‌های مالی یا مکانی مقاله را جلب نموده و نسبت به معرفی آنان اقدام نمایند.
-ذکر افراد مسئول و همکاران در مقاله
افرادی که در تنظیم و آماده سازی مقاله نقش دارند: نویسنده اصلی و فرد مسئول مکاتبات مقاله بوده و سایر نویسندگان به عنوان همکار ذکر می‌شوند.
افراد که سهم محدودتری در گردآوری مطالب داشته‌اند بایستی مورد تقدیر قرار بگیرد و از اضافه کردن مؤلف افتخاری وحذف مولف واقعی خودداری شود.
تذکر : درج نام استادان راهنما و مشاوران برای مقالات برگرفته از پایان نامه ها و رساله ها الزامی است.
اگر نویسنده‌ای متوجه اشتباه و نقص عمده در کار خود شوند موظف است خطای خود را به سرعت به اطلاع ناشر و سردبیر مجله رسانده و نسبت به بازپس گیری و اصلاح مقاله مورد نظر اقدام نمایند.
-عدم ارائه مقالات بصورت هم‌پوشان:
نویسندگان مجاز به چاپ داده‌ها و یافته‌های مقالات پیشین خود با کمی تغییر در مقاله‌ای با عنوان جدید نمی‌باشند.
لازم به ذکر است مسئولیت صحت و دقت محتوای مقالات بر عهده نویسندگان است و چاپ مقاله به معنی تایید مطالب آن توسط مجله نمی باشد.
وظایف عوامل انتشاراتی
هیات تحریریه و داوران در بررسی کیفی، محتوایی و علمی مقالات به سردبیر نشریه یاری می‌رساند لیکن سردبیر مسئول پذیرش نهایی مقالات مرسوله می‌باشد. عوامل انتشاراتی بایستی موارد زیر را رعایت نمایند.
-بی طرفی:
ارزیابی مقالات از سوی سردبیر صرفاً باید بر اساس محتوای علمی مقالات صورت پذیرد و از انجام هرگونه
غرض ورزی خودداری شود.
-امانت داری:
تمامی اطلاعات مندرج در مقالات برای تمامی افرادی که در چاپ و نشر آن سهیم بوده‌اند اعم از سردبیر، داوران و سایر عوامل ذی ربط (غیر از نویسنده آن) کاملاً محرمانه بوده و افشای آن ها تخطی از قانون بوده و مجرم محسوب می‌گردد.
-افشاگری و تعارض منافع:
استفاده از محتوای مقالات دریافت شده که منتشر نشده‌اند باید با اخذ اجازه کتبی و صریح از نویسنده صورت پذیرد. سردبیران از بررسی و داوری مقالاتی که تضاد منافع در آنها وجود دارد خودداری نمایند.
آن قسمت از مقالاتی که از لحاظ کیفی و محتوایی بار علمی لازم جهت چاپ نشریه را نداشته باشند باید به وضوح متمایز شوند.
-خود استنادی:
سردبیر مجاز نمی‌باشد برای پذیرش مقالات نویسندگان، آنها را مجبور به ارجاع مقاله ناشری بنمایند.
از داوران محترم تقاضا می‌شود به رهنمودهای زیر پایبند باشند:
-همکاری در تصمیم گیری های چاپ و نشر:
رسیدن به سطح ارتقای کیفی و علمی مقالات و همچنین یاری رساندن به هیات تحریریه و نویسندگان از اهداف داوران می‌باشد.
-داوری سریع و دقیق:
داورانی که نمی توانند ارزیابی‌های خود را در زمان تعیین شده ارائه دهند باید هر چه زودتر مراتب را به سردبیر اطلاع داده و یا از فرایند داوری کناره گیری نمایند.
-امانت‌داری:
داوران موظف به رعایت اصول اخلاقی و حفظ امانت در رابطه با مقالات و مطالب دریافتی می‌باشند و در جریان پرداختن به این موضوع مجاز به مکاتبه و مباحثه با شخصی به غیر از سردبیر مجله نمی‌باشند.
-ارائه منابع:
داوران بایستی منابعی را که توسط نویسندگان استفاده شده ولی به آنها استناد نشده، اعلام نمایند همچنین به سردبیر هرگونه مشابهت یا هم پوشانی مطالب با اسناد چاپ شده ای را که آگاهی دارد اطلاع دهد.
همچنین
1- داوران بایستی مطالب را به صورت عینی و بی غرض ارزیابی نمایند.
2- استدلال‌های منطقی خود را به وضوح و روشنی بیان نمایند.
3- از اعلام نظرات شخصی در طی دوره‌ی داوری خودداری نمایند.

Science and Research branch of Islamic Azad University Publication is committed to upholding the integrity of the work we publish. The value of academic publishing relies on everyone involved behaving ethically. The following points are only intended to give a broad overview and are not exhaustive. We encourage our authors and editors to refer to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) website. The publication of a manuscript in a peer-reviewed work* is expected to follow standards of ethical behaviour for all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, editors, and reviewers.
Authors are requested to adhere to following guidelines
Plagiarism
Plagiarism is unethical. Authors are required to only submit their original manuscripts. In case material – in whatever form – of others is used, it must be appropriately cited or quoted.
Multiple manuscript submission
Authors should not submit manuscripts with essentially the same content to more than one publication*, except if expressly communicated and agreed. Otherwise submitting the same manuscript to more than one publication simultaneously is considered to be unethical, unacceptable, publishing behaviour.
Source acknowledgement
Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have influenced the content of their work. Information obtained privately, as in conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, must not be used or reported without explicit, written permission from the original source.
Authors listing
Only those authors who have made a significant contribution to the manuscript should be listed as authors or co-authors. Others who have participated to a lesser extent should be acknowledged or listed as contributors.
Errors in published work
Authors who discover a major error in their own published work, are required to notify the publisher or editor and assist with withdrawal or correction of the manuscript.
Editors** are requested to adhere to following guidelines
Publication decisions
Editors are ultimately responsible for the acceptance of submitted manuscripts. An editor may confer with other editors, editorial board members, or reviewers in making this decision.
Unbiased
Editors should evaluate manuscripts solely for their intellectual content without any bias to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
Confidentiality
The editor and any editorial staff is not to disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, or the publisher.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
Material from submitted, unpublished manuscripts should be kept confidential and must not be used by others without the express written consent of the author. Editors should not consider reviewing manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
Non-peer reviewed sections of an academic publication* should be clearly identified.
Self citation
Editors should not oblige authors to cite the publication a manuscript has been submitted to, as a condition for acceptance of a manuscript.
Reviewers are requested to adhere to following guidelines
Contribution to editorial decisions
The purpose of peer review is to assists editors in making editorial decisions and may also assist the author in improving the paper through editorial communications.
Promptness
Referees who cannot review a manuscript promptly should notify the editor immediately and step down from the review process.
Confidentiality
All manuscripts in the review process are to be treated as confidential and not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.
Objectivity
Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Referees should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.
Source acknowledgement
Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation. A reviewer should also call to the editor's attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published work of which they have personal knowledge.
Disclosure and conflict of interest
Material from submitted, unpublished manuscripts should be kept confidential and must not be used by others without the express written consent of the author. Reviewers should not consider reviewing manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest.
* A journal, book series, edited volume or reference work.
** Editor should also be read as Managing Editor, Editor in Chief or Associate Editor.
