        Organic agriculture, sometimes called biological or ecological agriculture, combines traditional conservation-minded farming methods with modern farming technologies .The purpose of this research was to identify management skills in development of Organic Agriculture in West Azerbaijan Province (Iran) farms. The target population of this research included all agricultural experts who work in West Azerbaijan Province. By using a Cochran formula a number of 200 agricultural experts selected as statistical sample. The research instrument was a structural questionnaire including close-ended questions which its validity was confirmed by using expert panel and reliability by Cranach’s alpha test (α= 0.89). According to the results of the factor analysis finding shows that six factors included the skills of using methods and technologies of organic agriculture, informing skills, farming skills, and production skills involved 51.46 % of the total variance and played crucial roles in in development of organic agriculture in the West Azerbaijan Province farms. Among these factors, the factor of using methods and technologies of organic agriculture involved 12.44% of the total variance and played a more important role in using the management skills in development of organic agriculture in West Azerbaijan province Farms.         The purpose of this research was analyzing factors affecting non-participation of stakeholders in rangeland management projects. The research method was descriptive-correlative design in ranches of Piranshahr rangelands in western Azerbaijan province, Iran. All ranches that studied (Zioke Yurd, Ziuke Mirgah Chaku, Khargedashan Yurd and Gardeh Bon), are utilized in common use manner. Simple random sampling was used as sampling method. The sample size was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan table. The 157 stakeholders were determined. Questionnaire served as research tool and was completed through direct interviews with stakeholders. The findings showed significant correlation between age and non-participation of stakeholders. Also prioritization of non-participation of stakeholders in range management plans indicate that low literacy (education level) and lack of sufficient knowledge about the range management project, lack of programs and restoration of projects fitness to regional conditions and small area were the most important social, managerial, technical and economic factors affect the non-participation of stakeholders in the range management projects.         This fact that marketing can encourage farmers to produce and their products better introduce to compete in the sell market and with market-friendly products to know better is important. The farmer who is not familiar with the importance of marketing and its technology will not be able to succeed in selling their product and may sell your product at a cheaper price and will be deprived of interest that he could be achieved in this field. The purpose of this study was to examine and effective strategies in the marketing development of agricultural products in Orumiyeh township, Iran. This research was conducted with a descriptive - survey method and data required were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed through regression statistics in SPSS software. The results of the research showed that there was a significant and positive correlation found between the independent variables strategies of packaging, training, government support and manufacturing with the dependent variable the marketing development of agricultural products.         This research was conducted with the mean goal of identifying environmental protection solutions in Naghadeh Township. The statistical population of this research included all employees of the Agricultural Jihad, Environment and Natural Resources Office (N=110). Karaghi and Morgan tables were used to determine the sample size (n=86). The Random sampling method was used in this research. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha was used (α=0.894) which indicates that the reliability of the questionnaire was appropriate. To analyze the findings and to achieve the research goals, descriptive statistics and inferential or analytical statistics were used. The results show that awareness raising among people to improve their relationship with the environment and the promotion of environmental culture and the definition of environmental guidelines among people and prevention of destruction of land and its change and destruction of rangelands and forests were identified as the most important effective environmental protection solutions in Naghadeh township in west Azerbaijan province. Exploratory factor analysis was used to categorize effective environmental protection solutions. The results showed that seven factors were identified. These factors named as legal, socio-cultural, educational and awareness, managerial, economical, and environmental solutions.         The general purpose of this descriptive-correlation study is to analysis the effective components on participation of villagers in implementation of watershed management projects in Mahabad Dam watershed. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The statistical population of this study is supervisors of rural households that living in Mahabad catchment area (N = 2458). By using the Cochran formula 175 people were selected as simple size and randomized cluster sampling use as statistical sample method. The results of pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship found between the viewpoint of respondents about participation in water management projects and economic, socio-cultural, managerial, official, educational and ecological components. Therefore, it can be stated that according to the content of each component, effective measures should be taken to strengthen each component and attract the participation of villagers in the implementation of watershed management projects. Also the amount of determination coefficient indicates that about 74.1 percent in the participation in the implementation of water management projects could determined by economic, socio-cultural, educational, managerial, official and ecological components Manuscript profile

        Cooperative organizations play an important role in improves the quality of work, especially in agricultural sector. The main purpose of this research was to determining the effective factors on the effectiveness of agricultural mechanization cooperatives (EAMC) in the Mahabad township that located in west Azerbaijan province. The research population included farmers that member agricultural cooperatives in Mahabad township in the West Azerbaijan Provinces (N = 18758). By using Cochrane formula sample size was determined as 215 people. The data collection tool was the questionnaire. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha that was 0.769. Results showed that factors influencing the effectiveness on agricultural mechanization cooperatives (EAMC) include management, economic, social, policy-making and educational factors. Also finding of confirmatory factor analysis by lisrel shows that the highest value of R2 = 0.72 was related to the policy making factor and the lowest value of R2 = 0.42 was related to economical factor.
