The present study was conducted to compare precision and traditional agriculture by budgeting technique. Its statistical population consists of 210 experts in agricultural jihad organization of Qom province. The validity of Questionnaire as research tool ware confirmed by professors while its reliability was corroborated by Cranach’s alpha to 0.78-0.94 intervals. According to the findings, there was the significant difference between economic, social, managerial, and training aspects for both precision and traditional agriculture on average. Also, there was the significant relationship between all economic, social, environmental, managerial and training aspects, limitation and policies on expert’ s understanding on each concept of precision agriculture. The findings show that there was no significant relationship between all aspects, limitation, and policies on precision agriculture and expert’s understanding of each concept of precision agriculture. The findings were indicated that there was no significant link between correlation coefficient of environmental aspect and limitation to understanding the concept of precision agriculture. Results of regression analysis show that economic, social, managerial, training, policies of precision agriculture overall can be explained 44% of changes in independent variables. Also, results of budgeting sector show that there was the significant difference between cost and income of precision and traditional agriculture so that cost of the traditional production was much higher than precision agriculture. This study intends to draw a structural model of job satisfaction from the perspective of Herzberg’s hygiene-motivation theory. The study was conducted on 528 staff of Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO), Iran. The sample size was determined by the Cochran method (n=222) and the data collection tool was a questionnaire which was a combination of Minnesota questionnaire and researcher-made. Panel of experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.89) indicated the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Descriptive and inferential analyses were performed using SPSS software. According to the results of the correlation, the effect of individual characteristics on staff job satisfaction showed that 10% of the variance (variance) of staff job satisfaction was explained by them. Average satisfaction with hygiene factors and average satisfaction with motivational factors of AREEO staff were lower than average the job satisfaction rate. Amos software tested the theoretical model of research that showed that job satisfaction has both motivational and hygiene factors in the target population. The unique result of this paper was extracted the fitting model that indices were used to check the fit of the model (RMSEA=0.137; GFI=0.808; CMIN; 145.297), and the fitting values obtained for the research model as a whole confirm the suitability of the model. Despite many decades of intensive research by universities and other research centers in the public and private sectors that could improve finance and monetary applications in agriculture activities, there has as yet not been any brilliant transforming commercialization. as the objective, Commercialization barriers causing slow market growth and poor acceptance of agriculture research in Iran are discussed here. The study's population consists of Qom Keshavarzi Bank employees. The sampling method is proportional classification, and a questionnaire is a research tool. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the ideas of the specialists’ panel while its reliability was supported by using Cronbach’s alpha ratio with an internal correlation coefficient of 0/79. Descriptive and deductive methods were used to analyze information. SPSS and LISREL software packages were used for statistical analyses. Findings indicate that the research theoretical model on the direct and negative impact of such challenges as lack of knowledge on commercialization, policy making, lack of organs that support commercialization, commercialization negligence, and research structure on latent variable of agricultural research findings is confirmed by high fitness which indicates right identification of affecting challenges on research commercialization and needs to find solution for facilitating the modification of such challenges.
