بررسی اثرات اقتصادی طرحهای یکپارچهسازی اراضی شالیزاری در سکونتگاههای روستایی (مطالعه موردی: بخش مرکزی شهرستان رضوانشهر)

چکیده مقاله :
در شهرستان رضوانشهر حدود 10هزار هکتار اراضی شالیزاری وجود دارد که اغلب به صورت قطعات پراکنده و در اندازههای مختلف مورد بهرهبرداری قرار میگیرند. این پراکندگی، استفاده از دستاوردهای علمی، فنی و تکنولوژی، سرمایهگذاری در بخش تحقیقات، ارتباطات و نهادههای کشاورزی را مشکل و گاهی غیرممکن میسازد. که در این بین یکپارچهسازی اراضی شالیزاری از جمله راهکارهایی است که میتواند تا حد زیادی این چالش را مرتفع سازد و نقش کلیدی در افزایش تولیدات کشاورزی و توسعه اقتصادی مناطق روستایی داشته باشد. هدف از این تحقیق، شناخت اثرات اقتصادی طرحهای یکپارچهسازی اراضی در روستاهای بخش مرکزی شهرستان رضوانشهر است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. در این تحقیق جامعه آماری، روستاهای بخش مرکزی(29روستا) در شهرستان رضوانشهر است. جهت تعیین تعداد خانوارهای نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد که بر اساس آن، تعداد نمونهها 225، تعیین شد و پس از سنجش روایی(نظرات خبرگانی از اعضای هیئتعلمی ) و پایایی ( ضریب آلفای 0.862) پرسشنامه در میان خانوارهای روستاهای نمونه تکمیل شد. به منظور دستیابی به اطلاعات مورد نیاز جهت سنجش متغیرهای مورد تحقیق، از روشهای پیمایشی و اسنادی بهره گرفتهشده و برای بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات و دادهها، از آزمونهای آماری نظیر آزمونt همبسته و خی دو استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که با اطمینان 95 درصد طرح یکپارچهسازی اراضی شالیزاری موجب بهبود اقتصاد روستایی شده است، همچنین انجام طرح یکپارچهسازی اراضی شالیزاری در سکونتگاههای روستایی موجب کاهش تعداد قطعات اراضی، افزایش راندمان تولید، افزایش استفاده از ماشینآلات، کاهش مصرف آب، افزایش ارزش زمین و کاهش هزینه و افزایش درآمد گردیده است.
There are about 10 thousand hectares of paddy fields in the Rezvanshahr city that often are used dispersed pieces and different sizes, this dispersion, make impossible the uses of scientific and technical achievements and technology, Investment in research, communication and agricultural inputs. That in this situation, the integration of paddy fields is one of the solution Which can greatly obviate the challenge and have A key role in increasing agricultural production and economic development in rural areas . The purpose of this research is recognizing of economic effect of integrating plans of paddy fields in central rural of rezvanshahr city. This research in terms of porous is functional and in term of method is Descriptive – analytical. In this study, statistical population, rural of central area (29 villages), is in rezvanshahr city. Cochran formula was used to determine the number of sample households, upon which, Number of samples 225 was determined and after evaluating validity (Opinions of the members of faculty) and Stability (Alpha coefficient of 0.862) questionnaires were completed among of Households of sample rural. In order to achieve the required information, for measure Research variables was used the survey and documentary method And to review and analysis of information and data Of statistical tests such as t test and chi-square test was used The results show that with confidence interval 95 percent The integrated design of paddy fields have been improved rural economy As well as integration project of paddy fields in rural area
