2 - Isma'il ibn Abi Ziyad as-Sakuni, a Sunni judge or a secret companion of the Imam as-Sadiq?

Hisham Ibn Salem is one of the most trusted Shiite narrators and he is one of the companions of Sadegh and Kazem Imams (as). He was the author of the asl and books of Tafsir, Ascension and Hajj. Some have considered his books as koleini sources. Examining the sanad of all the hadiths of Hisham Ibn Salem in the kafii book and Tahdhib Al-Ahkam of Sheikh Tusi shows that None of Hisham Ibn Salem's books has been a kolini source in obtaining hadith Rather, his narrations have been made available to Kolini through other books such as the books of Muhammad ibn Abi Umayr, Hasan ibn Mahboob, Husayn ibn Sa'id and Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa. These narrators had access to the books of Hisham bin Salem and The hadiths have reproduced in their books. Also Hadiths have been narrated to them orally by Hisham bin Salem and They have written in their books. But its number is small. Manuscript profile

Tadlis has been one of the significant phenomena in the process of transmitting hadiths, and not paying attention to it will damage the validity of hadith Sanads. This phenomenon is rooted in the history of hadith and many narrators at different levels have committed it. One of the important issues in studying this phenomenon is the method of discovering it in hadith Sanads as well as recognizing the motivations of narrators to do it. In this article, based on an objective example, this important issue has been addressed; This is an example of the Unusual names that Darqotni has used to name his master Muhammad ibn 'Umar Je'abi. A case-by-case analysis of each of these names first proved that they were all in fact refer to Ji'abi; Then the unusualness of these names about Ji'abi and, as a result, Darqotni's Tadlis in mentioning him was proved. In the end, various hypotheses were expressed in Darqotni's possible motives for the Tadlis, the most important of which was his suspicion of Ji'abi at the later period of his life, which may have been pretended not to narrate much from him by changing the method of naming Jiabi. The "Golden Chain" is the most important and famous speech of the eighth Shiite Imam; The sentence was issued in 200 AH in Neishabour, at the request of a large number of non-Shiites, especially the companions of hadith. Due to the reflection of the narration in Shiite and Sunni sources, the Golden Dynasty has been much debated. A review of the many researches that have been organized on this hadith shows that ideological concepts such as monotheism and Imamate have been the most emphasized. The present article tries to explain the purpose and intention of Imam Reza (as) from the selection and retelling of this hadith by the method of historical analysis and considering the discourse conditions and emphasizing the author-oriented hermeneutics. The results of the research show that this choice was completely purposeful in order to invite Muslims and beyond the monotheistic religions to converge and ask them to stop excommunicating each other. In order to prove this hypothesis, we showed that the completion of the hadith in Shiite narrations that rely on the condition of Imamate is different from the first part in terms of narrator and purpose. One of the Islamic sects that has paid special attention to hadith in its 1,300-year life is the Ibadiyya sect; Ibadiyya is a sect branching out from the Kharijite body, which has continued its political-ideological life and has many followers. Therefore, it is necessary to validate and examine the method of ensuring the issuance of these hadiths, which has a history similar to the era of hadith issuance. Among Ibadi's hadith works, the prominent position of Rabi 'ibn Habib Ibadi is obvious to scholars. The narrations narrated by Rabi 'in the book "Al-Musnad" have been considered as one of the main and reliable sources in Ibadi jurisprudence for many centuries. In this article, in addition to getting acquainted with this sect, we will examine the validity of "Al-Musnad Rabi" in the eyes of the earlier and later ones and the authenticity of the author and his method of narration. Lack of comprehensiveness of jurisprudential content, confusions such as bringing theological content under the chapters, as well as inserting narrations unrelated to the subject of each chapter and messenger and the interruption of narrations, as well as their fragmentation for a book known as "Al-Musnad", is considered a great weakness. In this article historical context of the encounter of the famous commentators of two sects regarding the interpretation of the word Kawthar is analyzed and the historical evolution of the commentators' tendency towards the views of Multiplicity of Generations is reflected. The semantic and exemplary development of the word Kawthar which has gradually found its way into commentary books in the form of probability indicates that the commentators have not been satisfied with the narrative examples of Kawthar which is the stream of paradise and by exploring the lexical meaning and evidences in Surah and especially the context of Surah Kawthar they have accepted wider examples such as Multiplicity of Generations to interpret the word Kawthar. The multiplicity of the Prophet's generation as one of the examples of multiple goodness in the sense that it is associated with the daughter of the Prophet in recent centuries has forced commentators to think more about the verses of the surah and use historical evidence, as a result, Fatemeh, not only as a mediator of this good, but also Fatemeh as a perfect example of Kawthar has found its way to interpretive sources as a theory. The quantitative and qualitative reproduction of the Prophet's generation and its attribution to Fatima, in terms of being documented in lexical, semantic and historical contexts, also shows the Quranic status of Zahra.
