        The present study aims at designing a pattern for increasing the efficiency of the management based on strengthening interpersonal trust in organizations. The participants of the current study are experts in management field and the executive managers of Pegah Company. In this study, the viewpoint of 15 experts were analyzed who were chosen based on convenient sampling. Mixed Methods Research Design was used to deepen the results identified in the data and data analysis in this study was conducted in two major phases. The first phase dealt with identifying the factors influencing the efficiency of management to strengthen interpersonal trust. The second phase was related to using the questionnaire, interviews and fuzzy Delphi to screen the data. The result of the study showed that there were at least 40 factors based on theme analysis and data pooling. Based on the result of interviews and questionnaires, 15 codes were found and labeled. These codes were categorized under 4 major themes. This result was given to the expert to experts to validate the categories and the figure was drawn. The major themes were identified to be planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Manuscript profile

        The sustainability of organizations is a function of the performance of policy-maker and operational human resource. This study aimed to sustainable improvement of the organization's performance through green human resource management (GHRM) and increasing the positive impact of the basic strategies of GHRM on the organizational sustainability (OS) through the environmental performance (EP) in government organizations. The accuracy of the conceptual model was assessed based on the information obtained from 264 survey questionnaires received from senior managers, human resource managers, and quality control managers of governmental organizations. Drawing and modeling of structural equations were performed in the SMRT PLSV4 software environment. The findings of the study showed positive and significant effects of GHRM practices (green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance management and appraisal and green reward and compensation) on OS. Also, this study empirically confirmed the significant mediating role of EP between GHRM practices and OS. Therefore, it is suggested to pay more attention to these components to stabilize the EP of organizations. The GHRM has been a deterrent to harmful environmental decisions and actions. The classification of the existing literature based on strategic choice theory and the attribution model that shows GHRM practices play a crucial role in improving EP and organizational sustainability.         The aim of this research is the Impact of Organizational Coaching and Self-Development on Individual-Organizational Fit and Human Force Productivity with the Mediating Role of job involvement. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population was the staff of Bank Melli in West Azerbaijan province. The statistical sample size was estimated at 238 people using Cochran's formula and were selected by stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire. The research hypotheses were tested using PLS version 3 and SPSS software by structural equation modeling. The results showed that organizational and self-development coaching has an effect on individual-organizational fit and human resource productivity. The effect of job involvement on individual-organization fit and Human Force productivity was also confirmed and It was concluded that job involvement play a mediating role in the impact of organizational coaching and self-development on individual-organizational fit and Human Force productivity.         In recent years, the country's tax affairs organization has followed the approach of trusting taxpayers and the principle of correctness of information expressed by taxpayers, and has reviewed and compiled its systems and directives in this regard. Thus, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the validity of the taxable income declared by companies in the light of the theories of trust and rational action. In order to achieve the goals of the research, by examining the theoretical foundations and background of the research and conducting semi-structured interviews with experts in the years 1400 and 1401, the factors affecting the validity of the taxable income declared by the companies were extracted using the theme analysis method. The main factors affecting the validity of taxable income declared by companies are: financial and accounting factors, auditing factors, environmental factors, technical and systemic factors and company-specific factors, which were identified in the form of 18 sub-themes and 93 concepts, and the tax affairs organization can In order to evaluate the validity of the taxable income of companies, it should consider these factors appropriately. The factors identified in this research can be useful in determining the validity of the declared taxable income and the credit risk of companies, and before the implementation of the tax audit process, it provides a valid basis for the selection of the taxpayer for the audit.         The present study aims to design a demonstrative consumption model and tries to identify the factors affecting demonstrative consumption and develop the process of demonstrative consumption of products in the market by marketers to respond to this need of consumers. This research is fundamental in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of method and has been conducted using a qualitative meta-synthesis research method and content analysis by conducting exploratory interviews, participatory observations, and reviewing related articles. After the investigations carried out in the field of demonstrative consumption and through the step-by-step content analysis process, 11 main themes including mental engagement, displacement, generalization, revival, need for power, differentiation, prestige, purchasing power, memetic, social bond and reference groups and 24 sub-themes were introduced. The final model of conspicuous consumption was shown in the form of a three-layer model, which is a function of external (memetic, social connection, reference groups) and internal (need for power, distinction, prestige, purchasing power) factors, which two-layeres are unctrolable by non-marketers.
