Abstract :

Today, organizations are faced with a restless and turbulent environment and Environmental threats from all sides threaten their survival. Organizations must recognize the current position and analyze their strengths and weaknesses, by relying on the strengths, using the environmental opportunities, and preparing themselves to deal with threats. It is possible in terms of strategic planning. This research aimed to codification strategic planning in a state bank using SWOT matrix and fuzzy AHP technique. in the first step, Theoretical research Codification and determining external opportunities and threats and internal strengths and weaknesses, withholding the sessions and surveys by the Managing Director and managers branches has performed. The next step Codification strategies and the final stage, weighting and ranking strategies was conducted. The results showed that the Modification composition and management of resources and expenditure strategy has the greatest weight. Finally; according to the result, the suggestions were presented to planners and managers of banks.
