For gathering the information, confirmed library and questionnaire method using cloze package with LIKRAT spectrum was used. After  determining it’s fluency and terminus, it was attached to statistical sampling. For analyzing the data in descriptive section, frequency distribution, frequency percent and average table was used. And in deductive statistic, K test was used. For data analysis SPSS software was used. The results showed that the aforementioned educational contents can not fulfill the student’s expectations. And there is a long way ahead to Compile the school books.  Manuscript profile

In this research the relationship between the managers conflicting management strategies and the high school teachers’ stress level is stutied. The statistical population includes all the 60 active high schools as well as technical schools and pre-university centers of QUCHAN in 1384-85.  The secondary statistical population includes the teachers and principals. 33 high schools were selected through random sampling method without placement as the sample volume. The principals filled out the conflicting management strategies questionnaire, and 78 teachers filled out job stress questionnaire. In this research descriptive-coalition method was used. For gathering the information, two main methods of library, documentary and survey were used. The measuring means for survey method is conflicting management strategy and job stress. For analyzing the data, two methods were used: 1) descriptive- statistic method including: frequency, average, variance and standard deviation. 2) Deductive- statistic method including: T student test, variance analysis test, X2, one way variance analysis, and MAN-TINY test. The results showed that there is no meaningful relationship between the managers conflicting management strategies and the high school teachers’ stress level. But there is a meaningful relationship between the male and female managers conflicting managing strategies. There was also no difference between job stress factors (job, management, organizational factors) and the level of job stress in male and female teachers. The common strategy of QUCHAN high school teachers is avoidance. It seems that teacher’s performance may improve by using different strategies, specially reconciliation and friendship.  Manuscript profile

The cornerstone of evrey movement towards organizational development and improvement of work process in organizations, is the precise understanding of the existing conditions, proper realization of strengths and weaknesses and subsequently devising well – calculated plans to reform the curren. The purpose of this thesis is to find the rate of learning in Shirvan schools on the basis of behavoral criteria of the learning organization (senge`s view).  The statistical subjects in this piece of research includes all state primary, guidance and secondary schools of Shirvan and the sampling is in accordance with stratified method which is in harmony with the content. To gather data , closed-test questionnaires for teachers and an open- test questionnaire for principals have been utilized to assess the conditions and facilities in schools. To establish the validity and reliability of the questionnaires, Alpha-Granbach Test-Retest and opinions of the professors and scholars in the field of educational management have been taken into account. The obtained results show that there is a gap between the present conditions in schools and the qualities of the learning organization. The measurement of the component of these organizations also confirmed this fact. The comparison of the various educational levels shows that there is a meaningful difference between different levels of education in terms of features of the learning organization. It also demonstrates that primary schools comparing with other levels are closer to the charactristics of the learning organization. In addition, other findings show that the educational degree, the kind of school and the teaching experiences have no impact on the rate of learning in schools. It must be mentioned that in this study, we have benefited the descriptive statistics such as frequency distribution, median, relative frequency percentile and, etc. We have also used prescriptive statistics including variance analysis and binomial test.  Manuscript profile

One of the most important factors in effectiveness of educational organizations is having experts of science education. For this reason, training science education experts plays a great importance role in most developed countries education system ( Lewin 2000 ). These majors have a great variety in many developed countries, but in Iran only in a few majors have been established such as: physic education, mathematics, English, French, and Persian languages education for non Persians and medical aducalion as well as nursing education. The main contents of academic courses in science education in complementary education consist of a collection of technical subjects such as education teaching training and research method in behavioral science. The most important performance of the graduates of science education majors is training researchers in general or higher education systems. It is obvious that professional teachers and researchers education requires a suitable level of knowledge along with the theoretical principles of learning as well as it’s nature in science and research skills. Like interdisciplinary majors, science education majors are organized through logical combination of a scientific and educational subject with statistic and research method. For example, physic, physic education methods are the main subjects of physic education in post graduate levels. For each subject, some activities are predicted. Science education lack of development in post graduate levels has left a vacancy in general and higher education system of the country, so that there is rarely any professional researcherin science education researches. Establishing fundamental sciences, engineering sciences, literature language education, and ideology education in pos graduate level is a necessity.  Manuscript profile
