A study on the relationship between managers self-knowing and organizational health in BOJNOURD high schools.

Abstract :
In this research the relationship between the managers self-knowing and organizational health in BOJNOURD high schools is studied. The managers self-knowing is considered as the predicted variable, and the organizational health as the base variable. The statistical population includes 29 managers of BOJNOURD high schools in 1385-86. simple sampling method was used as statistical sampling for 26 of them. Out of 700 teachers, 285 of them were selected through simple sampling . the research method is descriptive, deductive and coalition. For determining the managers self-knowing David,Whetten and Kims, Cameron from the book of Mohammad Moghimi research studies consists of 11 choices was used and for organizational health, organizational health standard questionnaire consisting 44 question packages on the basis of 4 degrees scale. For analyzing the data, descriptive statistic was used which included statistical indications (table drawing, frequency, frequency, diagrams). Deductive statistics was also used which included horizontal table, X2 test and Cronbach coefficient Alpha. The results showed that there is a relationship between the managers selfknowing and organizational health. Considering the studies and the research results, it can be said “the more the managers self-knowing the better the use of management strategies. The more the manager adapts himself with his subordinates needs, the more effective will be in organizational health.
