Soil organic matter is considered as an indicator of soil quality and its fertility due to its impact on the physical, chemical and biological properties of soil. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of moisture on soil spectral behavior in order to estimate the amount of organic matter using visible-near infrared spectroscopy. Also, the performance of different preprocessing methods was compared in modeling. For this purpose, 50 soil samples from a surface layer (0-30 cm) were randomly collected from some cities in Tehran province. The samples were air-dried and passed through a 2 mm sieve. The amount of organic matter and soil texture were measured in the laboratory. To measure spectral reflectance, soil samples are dry in the oven and they were hydrated with levels of 5, 10, 15 and 20 wt.% (Grams of water / g of soil). Then, Soil samples were scanned using a FieldSpec Pro Spectroradiometer with a measurement range of 350–2500 nm. The results of the cross-evaluation indicated that SNV pre-processing method was better in predicting organic carbon content of soil. The best result for the validation group was obtained in dry oven moisture with R2 and RMSE values of 0.83 and 0.422 respectively. Also, R2 and RMSE were 0.75 and 0.543, respectively, at 5% moisture content, 0.70, 0.553 at 10% moisture, 0.605, 0.558 in moisture content of 15%. Manuscript profile

In Iran recently due to the intensification of economic sanctions and the reduction of oil revenues, the increase in tax revenues has become an important source of revenue for the government, so it is important to pay attention to the central role of taxpayers. Understanding the difference between taxpayers' tax behavior (tax compliance or tax evasion) requires understanding their differences in attitude, which is a function of cultural norms. Investigating and understanding the factors affecting "tax morale" as the motivation and the intrinsic tendency of taxpayers (to pay or not to pay taxes) is very necessary. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of culture on tax morale. The statistical population of the research is the taxpayers of Tehran tax offices. The standard questionnaires were used for the research. And the structural equation modeling with PLS approach was used to confirm the relationships between variables. Research shows that tax culture and corporate culture have a significant impact on tax morale. Therefore, policymakers and legislators should pay special attention to features such as culture in the formulation of tax strategies and laws because the manner in which Moody's responds and responds to the success and failure of those strategies and laws is crucial. Nowadays, cities have been widely exposed to the various types of the human hazards and this instability has resulted in their vulnerability. Therefore, in order to make cities resilient, it is necessary to identify these hazards and plan to reduce them and prevent their occurrence. The city of Ardebil is not an exception in this regard and it has been exposed to a variety of these human hazards. With regard to these issues, the purpose of this study is to identify the most important human hazards which are deciding factors in Ardabil's vulnerability. According to the rules of research models and the experts available in the city, 200 participants completed the questionnaire purposefully. The data was analyzed by applying parametric statistical methods. Moreover, in order to analyze the data and to test the hypotheses and the conceptual model, the variance-based structural equation was used (by using partial least squares). The results indicate that all of 11 variables (human hazards) account for the city of Ardabil’s vulnerability (0/781). The high values of t-statistic and path’s coefficient Alpha are related to economic risk factors, diseases and street accidents, respectively. In addition, the results indicate that all of the human hazards discussed in this study (except fire) have significant positive effects on Ardabil’s vulnerability. Therefore, his study makes it clear for managers that they can not only reduce the vulnerability of the city, but also they can make the city resilient by identification and planning of the human hazards and the variables explained them. Introduction: Today, several urban development plans are prepared and implemented in order to overcome the problems and achieve the development and sustainability of cities. Projects that seem to have many problems in content and implementation and it is necessary to provide realistic, flexible and executable plans by quantitative-qualitative evaluation and identifying the weaknesses of these plans.Goal: The present study is the evaluation of the detailed plan of Ardabil city based on the integrated method.Methodology: The present research is of user type and descriptive-analytical method. The statistical population of this study is 10 experts and managers of Ardabil urban areas as well as members of the city council who have been selected using the snowball method. The main method of this research is the combination of "process preparation and implementation process" and "plan / process / results" in which PLS, SSIM and PESTLE models have been used.Geographical area of research: The geographical area of this research is the city of Ardabil. Results and discussion: Findings show that in the criterion of adaptation of managerial weakness, lack of proper organization and lack of adequate budget allocation by the government are the reasons for the lack of per capita land use. The horizontal growth of the city has the least impact. In terms of relationship, the twenty goals of the plan are more in line with demographic and social goals, and part of it is related to mismanagement. In terms of external cohesion, according to the researches, most of the proposed densities have not been achieved. The criterion of financial and human resources has not been successful due to the unstable economic conditions of Ardabil Municipality. The failure of the criterion for participation in the implementation of the plan and planning is due to the belief of some experts that people do not interfere in the plan due to lack of scientific expertise and skills. Regarding the criteria for using the program, it can be said that this criterion has not been met at all and the problems of Ardabil TV and urban landscape have been one of its consequences. This research aimed to discern the determinants shaping the implementation of bottom-up Kaizen models in the Malaysian automotive industry, conducted in three distinct phases: needs analysis, design and development, and evaluation. The identification of model prerequisites involved utilizing two instruments. In the initial phase, a panel of 11 experts employed the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to formulate the model, relying on a 5-point Likert scale survey questionnaire for expert feedback. The second phase employed a Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach to appraising the model, involving 300 employees in the automotive manufacturing sector. The outcomes from the first phase led to the creation of a model featuring eight constructs encompassing 41 items, specifically tailored for bottom-up Kaizen activities in the Malaysian automotive industry. Subsequently, the results from the second phase underscored that the bottom-up Kaizen activity model comprises seven constructs, wherein only statistically significant and positively influential factors for both direct and mediated paths were considered. This study has culminated in the formulation of a structural relationship model for Bottom-up Kaizen criteria, offering significant potential benefits and serving as a valuable reference for the Malaysian automotive industry.
