The purpose of this study is to provide a model of a health-oriented city in the direction of livability in region one of Tehran. The purpose of this research is basic-applied research that on the one hand with documentary-library studies to study the dimensions, definitions and theoretical framework of the research and on the other hand with accurate field observations to collect the necessary data and information in the area. The case studies lead to research questions. After determining the dimensions and indicators of the research (in the form of dual dimensions), the data were analyzed using Lisrel software and factor analysis test; and for the final approval of the information model, we entered it in Smart PLS software and proceeded to confirm the model. The results of the analyzes showed that all relationships were confirmed with 99% confidence and none of the indicators had a factor load of less than 0.5 and the significance coefficient of all indicators was confirmed and the factor load of all questions was higher than 0.7. All indicators were confirmed for homogeneity with variables. the validity of the structure including convergent validity was examined; also, the results of the existing evaluations showed that the Institutional-Managerial dimension with the greatest impact in the first place are the indicators of achieving a healthy and livable city. Then the Physical-Environmental dimensions and Urban Economy in the second priority, and respectively the Urban Community dimension, Urban History dimension, Environmental dimension in the third priority, from the perspective of the greatest impact on the dimensions of a healthy city in order to achieve livability in district one of Tehran. Explanation of the topic: Following the excessive growth and expansion of cities, several approaches were proposed to ensure a favorable living situation for today and future generations, and one of these important approaches is the healthy city approach. The aim of the current research is to evaluate the environmental-physical indicators of a healthy city in Iranian cities. Method: The current research is a fundamental research from the point of view of the goal, quantitative in terms of method and descriptive-analytical in nature with meta-analysis method. In order to do the work, secondary data has been used and the type of model is the model with random effects. SPSS and CMA2 software were used to analyze the data. Findings: The findings show that in the mental studies group, all studies were significant and the estimation of the impact of all studies was also significant. Regarding the objective studies, 4 out of 10 studies were completely meaningless, but all the studies were significant. In the group of indicators, 29 indicators were subjective and 30 were objective indicators, and among the subjective indicators, 19 indicators were statistically significant, and among the objective indicators, 18 indicators were found to be meaningless. Results: The main results of the meta-analysis showed that the highest impact factor related to the "air quality" index, the highest confidence interval related to the "waste collection system quality" index, and the highest analysis power regarding the city of Salem is that of the "special cycling route". So far, theories on the renovation of the worn-out urban tissue have been presented in various thematic areas. In the organized comprehensiveness of this chaos, burnout is often one of the most important issues that urban tissues suffer from and causes disorder, imbalance, disproportion and asymmetry of urban tissues and the main problem is the lack of a scientific approach to achieve a healthy city. The aim of this study was to identify the indicators of renovation of worn-out tissue with emphasis on the healthy city approach, using the research method of specialized urban planning texts, and field studies to explain the concept and formulate the model of renovation of worn-out tissue based on comparative descriptive analysis of healthy city indicators. The study area of the worn-out structures of Ghaemshahr, based on the three indicators of physical worn-out approved by the Supreme Council of Architecture and Urban Planning, with an area of 347 hectares, was approved by the Supreme Council of Architecture and Urban Planning in 1386 and had a population of 33,000 in 1395. The statistical population of this study, 385 people, was calculated through Cochran's formula. The necessary data were collected through a questionnaire and the normality of the data was assessed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and finally was analyzed using SPSS software and Linear Regression test. The results show a correlation in the short trip sub-index and the appropriate physical quality of the network and service area (functional radius) of service uses, which indicates a very low quality of the communication network resulting in impermeability and instability of especial access to services in these areas. Introduction: Burnout is one of the most important issues that urban tissues are affected by and causes disorder, imbalance, incompatibility and asymmetry of urban tissues. The healthy city approach is considered as one of the dominant approaches in dealing with these problems.Methodology:This study has been prepared by comparative descriptive analysis with the aim of identifying indicators of worn tissue renovation with emphasis on healthy city approach. Results and discussion: The study area is the study of worn tissues in Ghaemshahr. The statistical population of this study was calculated through theoretical saturation with 31 people and snowball method. Data were collected through open interviews and the normality of the data was examined using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and finally analyzed using SPSS software and post hoc tests (LSD test and Bonferroni test). Conclusion:The results show that in the dilapidated fabric of Ghaemshahr city, the body factor is the basis and functional and environmental factors affect it. Also, based on regression analysis, the most significant correlations are observed between physical indicators:In order to achieve the goal of a healthy city in worn-out tissues, the physical dimension should be corrected in the first step. City is the symbol of social culture, the main consumer of natural resources and producer of the largest amount of pollution and wastes that affect human life, nature and environment structure. The increasing trend of urbanization followed by development of environmental, social and demographic impacts has caused extensive responses from advocates of a healthy life away from pollution, health governance, human society and environment health. In the mid-1980s, the healthy city approach was raised as a way to achieve personal and social desirability. Healthy city creates facilities to foster healthy and productive organs that can promote healthy environment and community health and provide the basis for the development of relationships, human interactions and improve the ecological situation in the city. This study analyzes the status of some of the indicators of a healthy environment in the cities of Ilam province. The research method was descriptive analytic and based on secondary official data in which Topsis model was used for ranking the urban areas of the province. The results show that there is a significant discrepancy between Ilam urban areas in terms of indicators of a healthy city. In this regard, the situation is more robust in the city center of Ilam and has been ranked first and the last place is the city center of Abdanan. After Ilam city center, the city centers of Malekshahi and Eivan were ranked second and third And at the End of the table, the city centers of Darre shahr and Shirvan, respectively, were rated next before Abdanan.
