Abstract :
Introduction: Burnout is one of the most important issues that urban tissues are affected by and causes disorder, imbalance, incompatibility and asymmetry of urban tissues. The healthy city approach is considered as one of the dominant approaches in dealing with these problems.Methodology:This study has been prepared by comparative descriptive analysis with the aim of identifying indicators of worn tissue renovation with emphasis on healthy city approach.Results and discussion: The study area is the study of worn tissues in Ghaemshahr. The statistical population of this study was calculated through theoretical saturation with 31 people and snowball method. Data were collected through open interviews and the normality of the data was examined using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and finally analyzed using SPSS software and post hoc tests (LSD test and Bonferroni test).Conclusion:The results show that in the dilapidated fabric of Ghaemshahr city, the body factor is the basis and functional and environmental factors affect it. Also, based on regression analysis, the most significant correlations are observed between physical indicators:In order to achieve the goal of a healthy city in worn-out tissues, the physical dimension should be corrected in the first step.
