What is always referred to as puberty as the beginning of the responsibilities and limitations of the obligated human being is the reaching of a girl and a boy at a certain age; But regardless of its religious basis, puberty is a natural phenomenon with the actualization of sexual talent and reproductive powers; The same criterion and rule is specified in verse 6 of Surah An-Nisa '. However, in narrations and news, various signs have been set for the interpretation of this stage of sexual ability and several ages have been set for it. Therefore, the lack of unity of basis and criterion in determining the criterion of maturity has caused the plurality of opinions of jurists on this issue; Most of the Imami jurists, citing some hadiths, which of course do not have sufficient and reliable meaning, have placed boys at the age of 15 and girls at the age of nine. The findings of this study show that in the field of understanding the narrations of puberty, what has not been given much attention is the audience at the time of issuing narrations and hadiths. While the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the infallible Imams (AS) had paid such attention in their tradition and speech and in expressing the rulings, they considered the characteristics of the addressee of the word. Therefore, it can be seen that sexual maturity as the beginning of religious duties is not related to the age specified in the words of the jurists and is different in people affected by climatic conditions and climatic diversity. Mystics and Sufis believe that the hadith, as the book of Allah, has an appearance and a reality. A very important point is the meta-historical and hermeneutic view of the mystics in confrontation of mystical and Sufi hadiths which is due to their kind of view. They believe that the way of the hadith narrators, which noted more on the hadith evidence, excludes hadith from perception its contents. For example, the narrative of Adam’s creation on God’s image which the first time mentioned in Genesis, is one of the documentation of Sufis, Considering that this teaching was first mentioned in Bible, jurists and hadith narrators, consider it as an adaptation from Jewish heritage, giving it the title of the Isra'iliyyat (attributing to Israil), and consider it spurious hadiths. While from the sight of Mystics, in all Abrahamic religions, this belief that God created Adam in his Image or truth, is a principle and spiritual truth and the fact that in one (Judaism) it is explicitly mentioned in the old testament, and in another (Islam), the same phrase is not mentioned in the Qur'an but in narrative was seen, cannot be a reason for its spurious.  Manuscript profile

Persian historical texts in the classical period, while are related to history in terms of content, are considered part of the heritage of Persian prose. Authors of historical works also pay special attention to the literary of prose and try to present history in the form of beautiful prose and reflect a part of literary heritage such as the use of Persian and Arabic poetry, proverbs and rulings, Quranic verses and hadiths in their works. In this article, literary heritage has been studied and concluded in two prominent historical texts related to the Seljuk period, "Rahat al-Sodur" by Ravandi and "Aghd al-Ala" by Afzal al-Din Kermani, as well as the methods of using each of them. It has been concluded that both authors have used literary heritage with special skill in their works, which has had a great impact on Persian literature of that time. The reflection of verses and hadiths in both books is almost similar, but their methods of application are different. Also, the poems, proverbs and rulings used in "Rahat Al-Sodur" are far more than the book "Aghd Al-Ala". The ways of poems' function are similar in both works, and while the narrative-historical function seems to be preferable, both authors have benefited the least use of this function. Doubts and the lack of certainty about the realization of the phenomenon of the soul, the rule of caution requires that in doubtful cases, we rule against the permissibility of abortion. The main basis of jurisprudential and legal issues regarding child custody is derived from the verses and hadiths that have reached us. The custody of illegitimate children, based on these verses and hadiths and the opinions of earlier jurists, and especially with reference to the prophetic hadith "Alvalad Lelfarash Va Lelahar Al-Hajar", due to the denial of their origin (both customary and religious), along with other related provisions (such as guardianship, alimony, etc.) have also been discarded. Considering that due to change in the context of the situation of different periods and in the interest of the child and society, the opinions of jurists have also changed and have been subject to changes in parallel with environmental-social changes; Therefore, it is necessary to examine the opinions of contemporary jurists with the relevant rulings in the verses and hadiths quoted in the opinions of earlier jurists. The results of this study show that matters such as custody, guardianship, alimony, etc., were not the responsibility of the libertine; But with the changes that have taken place in the context of society and relying on the teachings of Imam Khomeini (ra) and, consequently, the views of the unity of the current judicial procedure, most of the duties of parents (except inheritance), regarding the legitimate child has been extended to the illegitimate child, and newer considerations have been made on some issues. The present research uses a descriptive-analytical method to explain Rumi's view on determinism, free will and the positions of agreement and disagreement without preference over each other which leads to a coherent study in accordance with our religious principles between mysticism and verses. The belief in "fate and predestination" stems from the belief in the principle of general causality in the world. According to this belief, in the universe, every phenomenon has a cause and a measure, and nothing comes into being without a cause and without a definite measure. The purpose of this research is to study predestiation (Qadha and Qadar) in verses and hadiths from Rumi's point of view. In Rumi's Masnavi, the relationship between reason and fate is emphasized in a beautiful and appropriate way. Rumi, like his predecessors, does not have a single and tangible idea of reason, fate, and value, so in his famous work, Masnavi Manavi, he explains this issue. Manuscript profile

One of the shortcomings in the subject of hadith and narration is the lack of sufficient information about the historical course of hadiths. Knowledge of the historical evidence of hadiths and whether hadiths existed in Islamic sources in the early centuries can help assess the validity of hadiths. Different Islamic sects have shown special attention to the hadiths of the Infallibles. Among mystics, they have also addressed this issue and in their works, while referring to the hadiths of the Infallibles (AS), they have based their foundations on this basis. Muslim mystics have their own principles in dealing with hadith. The difference between their basis and other Islamic sects has sometimes caused mystics to be attributed to forgery and distortion of hadiths. Paying attention to the historical course of hadiths by mystics with scientific methods can be a way to understand their rules and principles in dealing with hadiths. This research has examined the historical course of seven hadiths considered by Muslim mystics in one hundred and ten mystical sources. An attempt has been made to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the historical course and frequency of these hadiths using modern research methods. Research findings show that some mystical hadiths were few in number in the early centuries and have been favored by mystics in recent centuries. However, some hadiths have appeared in mystical works since the beginning of Islam. Manuscript profile

Long Hadith texts or Ṭuwāl Hadiths have been an old but still challenging issue in Hadith research. Long Hadiths remained from the first century are faced with many ambiguities. Perhaps the most important of these is how these Hadiths were recorded and, if they were not such long texts in the beginning, how the present texts were formed. Perhaps one of the best examples is the long narrations of Sulaim ibn Qays al-Hilali, which includes most of these challenges. In this study, in order to better understand the problem and find a solution, by reviewing the features and format of written narrations at the beginning of Islam, we will deal with the types of situations that led to the creation of long Hadiths and more examples from the same period will be reviewed to conclude how some traditions in narrating Hadiths among earlier Muhaddithin and historians led to a misunderstanding of these long Hadiths in later generations. Finally, we can use the results of this discussion to understand the structure of the texts of ancient books such as Kitāb Sulaim. Manuscript profile

However, correcting or falsifying a Hadith is implicitly related to the issue of time. Counting correctly means accepting the issuance at the time of main speaker, but there are two possibilities in ruling that the narration is fake: being made by a person at the time of the main speaker; Forgery at a later time. Western scholars consider Hadith as a historical source and the important issue for them is to determine the temporal and spatial origin of Hadiths, they have invented methods for this purpose that have evolved over time. This study with the view that what evidence of attention to the issue of time and geographical origin of the narrations in the methods of critique of Muslim Hadith can be found by analyzing a part of the Hadith heritage has concluded that some rules and points considered by scholars and Muslim narrators share the rules and points that orientalists have used in various ways of dating. In the meantime, the hadiths that were issued in expressing the virtues and position of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) have a special value and position, and it is necessary to study and examine them more carefully. A major part of these hadiths is collected in the book "Kifāyatul Athar of the Texts of the Twelve imams" written by Khazāz Rāzi, which unfortunately has been neglected throughout the history of Islam, and some even consider its hadiths to be weak. In this article, in order to validate the text and content of the hadiths of this book, using the thematic analysis method, we have tried to extract the themes and categories of the hadiths of this book and explain the network of their themes. The results of the research indicate the extraction of 575 basic themes from the 125 hadiths quoted in this book, which can be classified into five categories of organizing themes and two overarching themes: "explaining the general position of the Ahl al-Bayt (as)" and "introducing prominent imams". The narrators, in order to preserve the works and at the request of the Taliban, provided them to other narrators. Transferring sources for a variety of reasons, such as ensuring that newer versions matched the original text, required listening and reading. Over time, other methods of hadith tolerance were added to these two methods. Most narrators cite the names of the narrators of the sources, their authors, and the narrators in the source at the beginning of the hadiths taken from previous works. Since Walīyullāh is not the manifestation of one name like other beings in the world, but rather the manifestation of all divine names, for this reason it surrounds beings that are the manifestation of one or even several names of divine names; in fact, Walīyullāh is the truth in which all the divine names are manifested. He is a whole truth with the potential to bear all the divine names and attributes, therefore, everything that has manifested in these two aspects is not outside the scope of this truth; this is the meaning of wilāyat of Walīyullāh, which is the manifestation of Allah's wilāyat. Tasbīḥ is one of the things that is responsible for the growth and excellence of all phenomena; in other words, all the names are moving towards their exaltation with the glorification in them. And as mentioned above, since all the names and attributes are manifested in the name of Walīyullāh, then the glorification also takes place in this context; so, it can be concluded that with the manifestation of Allah's will in the world, glorification has also occurred, and all the divine names within the framework of wilāyat of Allah Almighty, with the ability called Tasbīḥ, which is embedded in the institution of each name, move toward their ultimate goal. 22 - Typology of Narratives of Umar ibn Adhainah in the Book Kāfī and Their Relationship with Salim ibn Qais

Umar ibn Udhainah is important from at least two points of view: firstly, in terms of his jurisprudential traditions, and secondly in terms of his connection with Salim's hadiths. According to the new researches on the edition of Salim's books, Umar ibn Udhainah's attributions on Salim's manuscripts are fake, and they were created in later periods. Now if we assume that these studies are not correct; It is necessary to investigate: Is the narration of the hadiths of Salim's book acceptable by Umar ibn Udhainah, or has it been wrongly attributed to him? Therefore, it is necessary to research the typology of Umar bin Adhainah's narrations in Shiite sources. On the other hand, since most of the hadiths of Umar ibn Udhainah are available in the book Kāfī, the review of the typology of ibn Udhainah's hadiths in this book can be an overview of the typology of his hadiths. The results of the current research show that, if the name of Umar ibn Udhainah includes a historical figure, it is important that his narrations are jurisprudential in about 93.5% of cases, and have nothing to do with the topics of Salim's current books; And if his name includes two historical characters, it means that the narrative approach of these two characters is different. And one had a jurisprudential approach and the other had a theological-historical approach. With the correctness of this assumption, if the documents of some manuscripts of Salim's books copied from ibn Udhainah are not fake; A confusion has occurred between the two characters of Umar bin Adina; This means that the narrative documents of the famous Umar ibn Udhainah were mistakenly included in the manuscripts of Salim's book. The present article focuses on the relationships among choices, linguistic models, ideologies and the power of hidden connections in Masnavi Mulavi. The article considers Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī’s dealing with values and main thoughts expressed in Quranic verses and Hadith based on critical discourse analysis approach and Michael Halliday’s theory of the transitivity system of functional grammar. So, based on Halliday’s theory of systemic functional grammar, it is analyzed and categorized the couplets of Masnavi Mulavi which refer, implicitly or explicitly, to Quranic verses and Hadiths. The ideological contents of the couplets show that according to this mystical text, God’s will rules in all things. The core and the semantic center of processes used in the verses of Quran and Hadiths are “relational process”. On the other hand, the Verses and Hadiths including one distinct process can refer to several processes, or vice versa, several processes can be reduced to one. Thus, it is emphasized on educational aims.   Manuscript profile

Today, the reporting approach to accounting does not simply lead to the publication of economic events. Therefore, many companies in the world publish information on their social performance in response to the demand of stakeholders and increasing accountability to communities. On the other hand, sustainable development in Islam (achieving the transcendent goals of human beings) has material and spiritual dimensions. Moreover, the general concept of sustainable development not only seeks economic welfare and comfort but also includes public welfare from a social perspective. The purpose of the present study is to extract the components of the social dimension of sustainable development reporting from the holy Islamic texts (Qur'an and hadiths) using a qualitative content analysis method with a semiotic approach. The Holy Quran and 148 volumes of religious books have been selected as a sample by non-probabilistic purposeful sampling method. The findings indicate that the components of the social dimension of sustainability reporting in the holy Qur'an and hadiths include 25 components. Manuscript profile
