Explicit goals of horizon scanning are critical for innovative and developmental issues, knowledge, data stored, and decision making. Key technical solutions used in environmental scanning processes are web browsing, indexing, mapping knowledge, citation, lexical, coincidental, page rank algorithm, html analytical algorithm, data mining, Classification and clustering.         The web-based integrated reporting allows for information that is different from that of traditional reports. The quality of web-based reporting is affected by the content elements of the report. Content elements investigate the type of disseminated information or the availability of information. Therefore, the present research aimed to identify and investigate factors affecting the content elements of the web-based integrated reporting with a corporate citizen approach. To this purpose, a systematic analysis was conducted on the findings of 282 previous studies using a qualitative research approach and a seven-step meta-synthesis tool. Finally, the opinions of 12 experts and professors were gathered through a questionnaire. The effect coefficient of the identified factors was then determined using Shannon's quantitative entropy method and based on the content analysis approach. Finally, factors that have the greatest influence on the web-based integrated reporting elements were identified. The results from this research are a great help to professional auditors and financial managers of institutions in identifying factors affecting the quality of providing the web-based integrated reporting elements Manuscript profile

          This study aimed to assess the impact of web-based learning (weblog) with a problem-solving approach on reflective thinking development in English language students of Islamic Azad University of Ardabil. Reflective thinking questionnaire designed by Kember et al. (1999) based on mezirow theory (1991) was used for data gathering. A pre-test and post –test was conducted for both experimental (N=15) and control groups (N=15) who were selected by cluster sampling method. Results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups concerning understanding, reflection and critical thinking (t-test, a=0.05).         Choosing the right place to build a new shopping center is a multi-criteria decision-making problem that involves different people and opinions. In this research, geographic information systems (GIS) and multi-criteria decision-making models have been used to perform some stages of spatial analysis, and then the development of a group decision support system for aggregating and selecting the final alternative has been discussed. A two-step method was proposed in this research to create limited decision-making options. In the first stage, creating standard criteria maps including five items with spatial analysis and normalization was done in ArcGIS software. According to the studies, the weight of each criterion was determined and the weighted overlapping of the layers was done. After applying the limiting options, six areas were determined to perform web-based location selection. In the second stage, a group spatial decision support system was developed. Using Visual Studio environment and C# programming language and .NET technology, a website was designed for the participation of experts in this field. In the architecture of this system, ASPMap technology, including a set of controls and map components, and location-based tools, was embedded on the server side of the program. User weighting of the criteria was done in the forms designed by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). With the help of stored procedures in a SQL Server database, the average value of each of the selected points is calculated online based on the opinions of the group. Finally, the point that had the highest value in the average of the opinions of different users was introduced as the best place to build a shopping center. The research results showed that the proposed method has high flexibility, speed, and ease in applying group opinions. Manuscript profile

        هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر این بود که اولا کدامیک از ابزارهای اینترنتی موجود از قبیل بلاگها، ویکی ها و پادکستها میتوانند بطور موثرتری به یادگیری نگارش دانشجویان زبان انگلیسی کمک کنند ودوما آیا جنسیت دانشجویان نقش مهمی در عملکرد بهتر آنان ایفا میکند یا خیر. بدین منظور، 156 دانشجوی سال دوم رشته زبان که در دانشگاههای آزاد اسلامی واحد شیراز، آباده و غیرانتفاعی زند تحصیل مینمودند انتخاب شدند. پس از اینکه دانشجویان به سه گروه تقسیم شدند ، یک پیش آزمون نگارش گرفته شد و نتیجه نشان داد که همه دانشجویان از نظر توانایی نگارش انگلیسی همگون هستند. به هر کدام از این سه گروه آموزش نگارش با استفاده از ابزار اینترنتی ویژه ای داده شد: یک گروه از طریق وبلاگ، گروه دوم ویکی و سومین گروه پادکست. پس از یک دوره دوماه و نیم، دانشجویان دریک پس آزمون نگارش شرکت کردند. مقایسه اختلاف نمرات پیش و پس آزمون نشان داد علیرغم اینکه که قدرت نگارش دانشجویان در هر سه گروه افزایش داشته، از نظر آماری تفاوت عملکرد آنان در گروههای مختلف معنادار نبوده است. بدین ترتیب، هر سه ابزار اینترنتی به یک نسبت به یادگیری نگارش دانشجویان کمک نموده است. از طرف دیگر نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نمایانگر این بود که جنسیت دانشجویان هیچ نقشی در عملکرد آنان در گروههای مختلف نداشته است. نتایج حاصله از این مطالعه به مدرسین زبان کمک میکند تا از ابزارهای موجود در اینترنت بخصوص ابزارهای یاد شده، در جهت ارتقاء دانش زبانی فراگیران ،صرفنظر از جنسیت آنان، استفاده نمایند.  Manuscript profile

        AbstractThe main purpose of the present research is to determine the effect of teachers' information literacy on web-based learning of primary students of Maragheh city. For this purpose, the teachers' information literacy based on the Williamson Model (2007) includes five dimensions: defining the information needs, finding information, evaluating information, organizing information, and exchanging of information and web-based learning defined. In this regard, a basic hypothesis and five Sub-hypothesis is set. The research method is descriptive survey. The statistical population of the study is primary school teachers with a total of 749 students. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. Which, after verifying its validity and reliability, was provided to the statistical sample. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the statistical data. In order to categorize, diagnose and interpret statistical data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to test the research hypotheses of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient and simple linear regression with SPSS software.         The purpose of this research was to study the effectiveness of traditional teaching- learning based on participatory education based on the use of PowerPoint, blog, discussion forum and virtual network on satisfaction and academic achievement of the 10th grade students. This quasi-experimental study was conducted for the 10th grade students of the natural sciences in the academic year of 2016-17 in the 20th district of Tehran. A cluster was selected from high school girls including 3 classrooms (16 students, 13 people and 18 students) and biology course was chosen for the study. The data collection instruments included satisfaction questionnaire made by the researcher in addition to the academic scores. Its content validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by the test-retest method (r = 0.76). t test was applied to analyze the achievement test scores. Moreover, in order for the data analysis, Levine’s Test was given to analyze the homogeneity of the variances. ANOVA Analysis was done to determine the effectiveness of the three selected learning methods (PowerPoints, weblogs, forums, and virtual networks). The results of the study showed that the participatory learning method is effective in the students’ achievements and the level of satisfaction about the teaching and learning methods. Based on the findings, the most influential techniques included the use of weblogs and forums. One of the reasons for using weblogs was considered to be the unlimited data sorting, presentation, colorful displaying of content, adding image sound, as well as adding links in useful order in a part of the job.         The goal of this study was to investigate the influence of fundamentals of modern educational technology training on students’ life skills in universities of Mazandaran Province. Considering the objective, it was a practical research, and considering the method, it was a semi-experimental procedure with pretest/posttest and control group. The statistical population included all university students in academic year of 2012-2013 (n=312586). Using cluster random sampling method, three colleges were selected, and using stratified random sampling method with optimum ratio allocation, a number of 50 individuals were selected as sample and placed in the test and control groups. Data collection tool was a researcher made questionnaire that contained 45 questions and four skill dimensions (decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and creative thinking). The face and content validity were approved by faculty advisors and reliability was calculated 0.86 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis was performed using covariance analysis test and t test. Findings showed that the fundamentals of modern educational technology (web-based training, computer and mobile learning) had a significant effect on life skills (decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and creative thinking). Also, there was no significant difference between modern educational technology impacts on students' life skills based on their gender.  Manuscript profile

        The present study aimed to relationship between web-based management with organizational time management with mediating role of human relations. Research method, descriptive and correlation research design is a structural equation modeling model. The statistical population includes all managers of Islamic Azad University of Hormozgan Province in three levels of excellent, middle and operational, 423 people using simple random sampling method 201 people based on Morgan's Table were selected as the statistical sample. For data collection three Researcher made of web-based management questionnaires, Standard of human relationships, Standard of organizational time management were used. Validity of the questionnaire content through confirmatory factor analysis, composite reliability index (CR) and Mean index of variance was extracted and the reliability of the questionnaire was based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient for Web-based management questionnaire 0.83, Human relations is 0.90 Organizational time management questionnaire was 0.88. Research data after collection by using of Lisrel and SPSS statistical software were analyzed. The results indicate that web-based management with organizational time management is positive and significant relationship. Web-based management with human relationships is positive and significant relationship. Human relationships with organizational time management is positive and significant relationship. It was also found that web-based management with role of mediator of human relationships with organizational time management is significant and positive relationship.         With the development of technology and due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, most of the ELT courses in Iran have shifted to online learning since March 2020. Therefore, this study aimed at determining the effectiveness of four online technological tools of teaching idioms. To this aim, 106 pre-intermediate learners of English took part in the study. A language proficiency test was administered to ensure the homogeneity of the sample. A total number of 80 students were selected as the final participants who were randomly assigned to four experimental groups: In group A, concept maps of the same idioms were drawn with the help of an online mind-map maker. Group B were presented with online flashcards which included definitions and examples of idioms. Group C received etymological elaboration from an online dictionary of the origins of idioms, and group D listened to online audio stories of all the idioms. Each group of the participants received the treatment for 12 sessions and took part in the pretest, posttest, and delayed posttest. The results of a one-way ANOVA indicated that the most gains were achieved by story-telling. The findings imply implications for teachers, syllabus designers, and materials developers in using appropriate instructional methods for teaching idioms. Manuscript profile

        تحقیق حاضر یک طرح چند مرحله ای را برای بررسی یادگیری مشارکتی مبتنی بر وب اتخاذ کرده است. در این پژوهش سعی بر بهبود مهارت های شفاهی زبان آموزان با اجرای یادگیری مشارکتی تحت وب شده است. به عنوان هدف جامع تر، خودکار آمدی فراگیران از طریق یادگیری مشارکتی و به کار بردن استراتژی های مختلف بررسی شده است. شرکت کنندگان در این پروژه 85 زبان آموز سطح متوسطه یک موسسه زبان در کرمان بودند و برای جمع آوری داده ها از چهار ابزار ، آزمون کمبریج برای همگن سازی سطح زبان آموزان، پیش و پس آزمون مهارت های شنیدن و صحبت کردن، پرسشنامه برای بررسی خودکارآمدی زبان آموزان و مصاحبه استفاده شد. نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که اکثر دانش آموزان در هنگام اجرای آموزش مبتنی بر استراتژی در مهارتهای شفاهی، همکاری متقابل داشته اند و مشارکت فعال آنها در فعالیتهایی که منجر به تقویت مهارت شنیدن و صحبت کردن بود، مشاهده شد. همچنین یافته های کمی و کیفی این تحقیق نشان داد که استفاده موثر از اجرای روش مبتنی بر وب در کلاسهای زبان می تواند تأثیر چشمگیری بر مهارت زبانی فراگیران داشته باشد. در مجموع، نتایج آزمون های گفتاری و شنیداری پیشرفت رضایت بخش زبان آموزان را با استفاده از روش مذکور در کلاس های زبان انگلیسی برجسته کرده است.         برای افراد ناشنوا و کم شنوا بهبود توانایی نوشتن به طور خاص یکی از مولفه‌های مهم یادگیری زبان می‌باشد. جنبه نوآوری تحقیق حاضر، افزایش توانایی مهارت نوشتن زبان آموزان از طریق دستورالعمل‌های آموزش مبتنی بر وب از طریق استفاده از تکنیک‌های گوگل به عنوان یک بستر آموزشی است. به طور کلی، این مطالعه دو هدف را بررسی می‌کند که شامل: (i) بررسی تأثیر آموزش مبتنی بر وب از طریق استفاده ازتکنیک‌های گوگل، (ii) در نظر گرفتن تکنیک‌های بازخورد اصلاحی دستورالعمل نوشتاری استراتژیک و تعاملی بر عملکرد مهارت نوشتاری آن‌ها در زبان دوم می‌باشد. بدین منظور، گروهی متشکل از ۶۰ زبان آموز دختر و پسر ناشنوا و کم شنوا در سطح مبتدی در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. شرکت کنندگان در این مطالعه به دو گروه ۳۰ نفره تقسیم شدند. افراد در گروه‌های آزمایشی از دو روش آموزشی ویژه در این مطالعه شامل استفاده ازتکنیک‌های گوگل و تکنیک‌های بازخورد اصلاحی دستورالعمل نوشتاری استراتژیک و تعاملی بهره‌مند شدند. به منظور بررسی تاثیراین دو روش از قبل و بعد از آزمون استفاده شد. در نتیجه، داده‌ها از طریق آزمون t مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که استفاده ازاستراتژی‌ها در بهبود توانایی نوشتن شرکت کنندگان بسیار موفق بوده است. بنابراین، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که آموزش مبتنی بر استراتژی آنلاین می‌تواند بر توانایی نوشتن زبان آموزان افراد ناشنوا و کم شنوا ایرانی تأثیر مثبت بگذارد. این مطالعه ممکن است پیامدهای آموزشی مناسبی برای تولید محتوا، طراحان و برنامه‌ریزان آموزش از راه دور داشته باشد که در برگیرنده آموزش استراتژی ها در دوره‌های انگلیسی است.   Manuscript profile

        A main challenge faced by organizations is the understanding of compatibility affected by the acceptance of technological innovations, such as electronic businesses. A basic subject in organizations is the requirement for developing a comprehensive model able to evaluate the digital marketing performance of web companies and explore the formulation, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies in the companies. This study aims to achieve a strategic model to analyze the performance evaluation and digital marketing optimization for web companies. This study is qualitative and based on the grounded theory. 15 semi-structured interviews were performed with organizational and academic experts to collect data. A theoretical sampling was performed using the snowball sampling method and purposeful judgment techniques. The analysis results obtained from the interviews in the coding process led to the creation of a theory in digital marketing of web companies, based on which casual, background, and mediating factors as well as strategies and outcomes have gained meaning in form of a theoretical pattern based on the grounded theory.
