The participants of the present study are the governmental organizational. Due to the large number of members in each sample participants, random selection method was employed to select the required participant's i.e 174 participants.Structural Equation Modeling in Amos Graphics software utilized to examine and test conceptual model of the research. The Data analysis shows that the infrastructure variables, the Islamic and environmental values have direct effect on the development of Islamic-Iranian. The analysis also reveals that the development of Islamic-Iranian has direct influence on the alignment of the attitude and output of human resource in governmental organization.In this way, the conceptual model was extracted and then the hypothesis were made and tested. Next, by means of open coding the obtained information of qualitative interview with purposeful sampling, the main model of research with systematic view to the development of human resource in organizational governments were presented. The study purpose was to investigate the relationship between Islamic-Iranian Management and human resource development with the mediator role of meritocracy and accountability in state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province. Methods: the purpose of practical and survey descriptive method. The population consisted of 136 first and second level managers in twenty two state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province, 100 of whom were selected by simple random sampling. to collect data from researcher-made questionnaires of Islamic-Iranian Management Mesah et al. (2011) with reliability coefficients of 0.978, and Nickerson Airbay's Human Resource Development Standard (1998) 0.849, Ansari meritocracy (2014) 0.945, Bowens accountability (2005) was 0.857. Descriptive and inferential statistics, Smart pls statistical software, structural equation method were used. Results: Islamic-Iranian management through accountability and meritocracy could explain more than 23% of human resource development changes in state hospitals and health centers of west Azerbaijan province. a direct and positive relationship between Islamic-Iranian management and meritocracy, Islamic-Iranian management and accountability, meritocracy and human resource development, accountability and human resource development. Numerous and numerous models have been presented to deal with this urban problem and this study also theorizes about the model of regeneration of Islamic-Iranian urban development based on justice-oriented indicators with the aim of achieving a suitable solution in this field. In order to identify the indicators and identities of the main idea, this research has used the "context theory" method and in order to analyze the data, the "content analysis" method has been used. The indicators are arranged in descending order by Mc Grahanan method of weight determination to determine which of the principles and indicators play a significant role in the purpose of the research. Then, the proposed framework in the research context has been studied and evaluated by the methods of documentary study, observation and interview.The results show that the mission of urban development is to re-evaluate the pure human life in such dysfunctional and problematic urban places, the effects of which are to increase citizens' satisfaction and sense of peace and excellence from living in cities. So, a comprehensive plan is needed to permanently and inclusively change different bodily, functional and behavioral fields to promote the quality of life in these areas. Therefore, qualitative transformation in cultural and social fields has changed to an unavoidable necessity. The present study has also been conducted in this direction and it aims to present a strategic paradigm in order to implement development plan of social and cultural promotion in ImamzadehYahya in 12th territory of Tehran. Method: by applying library studies, it is tried to investigate general concept of promoting social and cultural level and then by using questionnaire, interview and field studies, and the social cultural status of ImamzadehYahya is specifically studied. Results and Findings: referring to the conducted studies and according to SWOT Analysis, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are clarified and a strategic model will be presented in order to implement the plan of social cultural promotion of ImamzadehYahya in 12th territory of Tehran. It must be mentioned that executive solutions of this important issue have also been included in the strategic paradigm. In this way, we attempt to answer the main question “on what elements and criteria do the horizons of the Islamic-Iranian pattern for progress put emphasis?” Creating a discourse on the Islamic-Iranian pattern for progress, managing the production of indigenous sciences (Islamic-Iranian), and designing and implementing the pattern for evolution management in order to implement the goals are all considered the topics dealt with in this research. The research method is descriptive-analytical, and the results showed that while the discourse on justice and progress as well as the Islamic-Iranian pattern for progress is becoming a reference discourse and hegemon in the context of policy making and the executive management of the government in the public and social arena of Iran, we should not forget that the proposal and alternative concern for an indigenous pattern with Islamic-Iranian approach to evolution and development built on its Western form are the foundations of the discourse on articulated nativism in the aftermath of the Islamic Republic. Method: The method of the present study is quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test with a control group. The statistical population was the staff of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences. 40 married employees of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences were targeted by the Islamic-Iranian lifestyle questionnaires of Lali et al. (2011), Flensberg et al. (2006), Inrich marital satisfaction and Goldenberg questionnaire. Participants in two The experimental group (20 people) and the control group (20 people) were assigned. The experimental group was trained in the Islamic-Iranian lifestyle training protocol online for 10 hours in a virtual one-hour session, then the two groups were tested. Results: The results showed that there was a difference between the Islamic-Iranian lifestyle. There is a significant relationship with marital cohesion, marital satisfaction and mental health and conclusion: Islamic-Iranian lifestyle is effective on marital cohesion, marital satisfaction and mental health. In a small part, the managers, responsible experts, and ‎experts of the General Department of Education of Tehran were 440 people, ‎and the sample size according to Cochran's formula was 205 people. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling according to the ‎organizational position. The data collection tool was a semi-structured ‎interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in ‎the quantitative part. Data analysis was performed using Wilcoxon and ‎correlated t-test. The qualitative part of the study showed that the factors ‎affecting sustainable development in the education system with the Islamic-‎Iranian model of progress included six dimensions and 45 components. In ‎the quantitative part, the study of the difference between the current and ‎favorable situation in the six main variables (cultural, social, environmental, ‎economic, educational methods, and the document of fundamental change ‎in education) has been significant and numerous. The cultural dimension, ‎the environment, and the document of fundamental change were in a ‎better position than other dimensions. The method of investigatio MoreThe aim of this study is to evaluate the value of using Islamic-Iranian cultural indices to design practices in lessons of architecture design introduction. For this reason, college of fine arts in Tehran University was selected as case study. The method of investigation was descriptive-analytical via taking photographs from courses held in ateliers, 5 and 6. This study was an applicable study in the terms of results. The statistical society was comprised of 44 teachers of architecture in Tehran and Tabriz universities, which was collected by random sampling method. The questions were categorized into three concepts of geometry, innovation, form and space and each concept was comprised of Islamic-Iranian architectural parameters. In order to investigate the content of questionnaires, CVR (content validity ration) was applied among 10 specialists and their stability was determined as 0.88 by Cronbach's alpha. The analysis was performed via descriptive methods of statistics and conclusive statistics in SPSS software. The acquired results demonstrated that Islamic-Iranian cultural indices were evaluated as weak (4.54%), medium (86.36%), and strong (9.1%). Based on detachments, Islamic-Iranian indices have been followed in architecture design intro, 3 with average of 64.94 and this parameter was followed in architecture design intro, 2 and 1 with average values of 49.05 and 39.26 respectively. Eventually, it can be concluded that a little variation by teachers in designing practices and including low score parameters to each of the three lessons could provide appropriate practices based on Islamic-Iranian cultures. This study is an applied goal that was conducted with an approach combined with an exploratory design. The statistical population is 20 people in the qualitative section of professors in the field of human resource management and managers of organizations who are familiar with the field of performance management, and in the descriptive section of the staff of the Court of Audit (formal and contractual). 290 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula using random sampling method. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Lisrel-V9.2 and Spss-V22, MAXQDA software were used. The performance of human resources based on the Iranian-Islamic model is 13 identifiable indicators (items), that 2 components are identifiable. In fact, every society needs to follow multiple behavioral and interactive patterns at different levels in order to develop and grow. Paying attention to the lifestyle of a society that is accorded with the Islamic values is one of the necessities that have received much attention in Iranian society. Accordingly, Rumi's Masnavi, which has an important role in didactic and moral literature, has been effective in shaping a kind of lifestyle appropriate to the cultural and specific characteristics of the Islamic-Iranian society. Based upon this, the present article pursues two main purpose analytically: 1) In what ways are the practical causes and motivations of Rumi's didactic themes expressed in Masnavi? 2) How wide has the range of didactic themes in this work been? To achieve these two aims, Rumi's poems were studied in six books of Masnavi. Then, the practical motivations and themes in Masnavi that can be effective in the Islamic lifestyle were studied and analyzed. The aim of this research is to re-examine chelleh-neshini in Eastern mysticism and especially Islamic mysticism; in this regard, the attention has been paid to its social and historical resources and its individual and organizational structures. Chelleh-neshini should be considered as a religious and mystical ritual that pursues these goals: conquesting the supernatural, retreating in a secluded space, purifying the soul from impurities, acquiring high attributes, purifying the soul in order to harmonize with the spirit of creation and attaining the true perfection and the pure truth. Accordingly, the concept of chelleh-neshini is presented at two levels: general and specific. As a general concept, it refers to seclusion of the mystics based on their mystical, religious and belief foundations. By this way, we can distinguish chelleh-neshini from other methods of suluk (mystical journey). As a specific concept, it refers to sitting at a specific time in Sufi monastery (khanqah) in order to achieve the Truth. Emphasis has been placed on the food industry in Isfahan province. The present study, in terms of practical purpose and in terms of nature, is descriptive-predictive of correlational type and is among the field studies. In this research, library method has been used to prepare research literature and Delphi method based on field research and questionnaire tools have been used to collect statistical data. The research questionnaire was compiled based on the components of ethical marketing according to the Iranian Islamic culture based on environments and norms and the validity of the questionnaire by content method by experts and formally by a number of statistical population and statistical method of factor analysis. Confirmed. The reliability of the whole questionnaire was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha of 0.810. The statistical population of this study included 30 members of the scientific board and marketing specialists as experts in the Delphi method and 1660 senior managers, executive managers and managers of marketing and sales of food industry in Isfahan province. The volume of the sample was estimated to be 315 according to the Cochran's formula. In the analysis of statistical data, two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics have been used in SPSS, LISREL and PLS software environments. The results and findings of the data analysis showed that; The organizational environment of the organization had a significant effect on all norms. The internal environment of the organization had a significant effect on all norms except social norms and religious norms, and the remote environment of the organization had a significant effect on all norms except individual norms. However, this trend has been forsaken in spiritual health field so far. In order to introduce an efficient measurement tool, this research proposes a new spiritual health inventory. This is a practical research in the form of the questionnaire. The population pool included high school students of Karaj city. A number of 628 students were selected using multi level selection methods and were tasked to fill out the spiritual health and NEO-FFI questionnaires. A structure with eight components were developed using the principal component analysis (PCA). Finally based on scary test, six components were selected with varimax rotation. These components were as follows: religious belief, heart peace, spiritual aesthetics, self-acceptance,holy feeling, believe in miracle. These results also demonstrated that scores of extracted components are valid and reliable. Finally, the the correlation coefficients between spiritual health inventory components and NEOPI Factors were as expected. Conclusively, the results of this research indicates that spiritual health inventory test demonstrates reliable properties to be used as a spiritual health test in teenagers. Manuscript profile
