The position of Iranian-Islamic urban development in the realization of urban livability (Case study around the shrine of Hazrat Abdul Azim)

Abstract :
AbstractToday, large cities are facing a process of stagnation, decline and decline, which has led to the creation of inefficient and worn-out spaces in cities. Numerous and numerous models have been presented to deal with this urban problem and this study also theorizes about the model of regeneration of Islamic-Iranian urban development based on justice-oriented indicators with the aim of achieving a suitable solution in this field. In order to identify the indicators and identities of the main idea, this research has used the "context theory" method and in order to analyze the data, the "content analysis" method has been used. The indicators are arranged in descending order by Mc Grahanan method of weight determination to determine which of the principles and indicators play a significant role in the purpose of the research. Then, the proposed framework in the research context has been studied and evaluated by the methods of documentary study, observation and interview.The results show that the mission of urban development is to re-evaluate the pure human life in such dysfunctional and problematic urban places, the effects of which are to increase citizens' satisfaction and sense of peace and excellence from living in cities. Is Iranian; Therefore, the implementation of the Iranian-Islamic urban planning model in the light of "justice-oriented urban planning" as a successful local and comprehensive model for urban management in Iran in the contemporary period, which is achieved by placing "justice" in urban plans and programs.
