Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses using PLS software. Results: there was a positive and significant relationship between HR policies, skills enhancement and motivation of employees with and without relationship with organizational HR quality. Generation change stages did not play a moderating role in enhancing the skills and motivation of unrelated employees and the quality of organizational human capital. But the relationship between skill enhancement and employee motivation moderated the relationship with organizational HR quality. Conclusion: the positive effect of HRM measures on the tendency of non-relational employees to develop human capital quality is independent of the stage of change in the generation of family-owned firms Manuscript profile

The market, as one of the main areas of economic activity in contemporary Iran, has undergone changes under the influence of global developments. Such changes have generally led to value developments that, if not properly managed, could affect the development of the country in various dimensions. The present research is essentially of a developmental nature and examines value developments (generational differences in business values among Isfahan marketers), assuming development as a multidimensional phenomenon. By reviewing existing literature on generational sociology in Iran, three generations of "before revolution", "generation of revolution" and "third generation" were identified and the basis of the research was identified. The research method of this study is "survey". The statistical population of this study is all those who are active in Isfahan city. Sample size was 524 Isfahan marketers who were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. The findings indicate that there is no difference between the generations studied in the Isfahan market in terms of business meta-values. Also, there is no difference between the generations studied by the Isfahan market in terms of the material values of the business. In addition, the results of the study indicated that generational affiliation had a significant impact on business values and this hypothesis is valid, but the impact is low. In general, it can be said that the turbulence of economic status, social and value anomaly and the shared space of generational socialization are factors that have contributed to the lack of generational differences in business values in the Isfahan market Manuscript profile

In recent decades, growing inequality in the world and the worrying destruction of the environment have forced governments to reconsider the formulation and implementation of development plans. The outcome is the concept of sustainable development that entails a process in which desirability and available possibilities are not diminished over time and a kind of distributive justice requires a fair distribution of development opportunities between current and future generations as one of the most important development goals. Meanwhile, taking into acount that the judiciary is considered as the main guarantor of justice in any society, in this study, using a descriptive and analitical method, the role and the position of judiciary authorities in considering the necessity of the observance of intergenerational justice in the advancment any national or local development program and as a result the commitment to observe the considerations related to this dimension of justice is analized. In this regard, the review of judicial procedure in the courts of some countries indicates that these authorities can play a key role in recognising and ensuring justice between the present and future generations during the codification and the implementation of development plans, as the main goal of the sustainable development. Intergenerational justice, which is the mainstay of the rights of future generations, states that the exploitation of resources, as well as the adoption of practices that affect the environment, must be such that, in addition to serving the interests of the present generation, the present generation in exploiting and dealing with the environment must behave in a way that preserves the interests of future generations. Article 50 of the Iranian Constitution explicitly emphasizes the protection of the environment. This principle raises many issues from a legal point of view and has a clear duty to protect the rights of the present and future generations to the right to a healthy environment and to observe intergenerational justice. In this principle, several points have been stated that are important for a more detailed study. First, there is the issue of environmental protection, in which case, the same issue of preserving and respecting the human right of society to a healthy environment is raised. Then there is the issue of intergenerational justice and identification. That is, it considers it the duty of everyone to observe fairness with current and future generations, as well as these issues, and the issue of public participation in environmental protection is raised. Like the constitution, it is necessary to be stated in this principle. In this descriptive-analytical study, an attempt has been made to examine the rights and obligations of intergenerational justice in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development (with emphasis on Article 50 of the Iranian Constitution).              This research has been conducted with the aim of investigating the causes of the intergenerational gap and the conflict between students' discourse and the value system of society. The research method is mixed. The statistical population was students and parents of the second secondary school (high school) in Tehran. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 385 people. The tool for collecting data in the quantitative part was a questionnaire. The findings show that between the variables of gender, educational level, ethnicity, field of study, economic/social base (0.22), cultural consumption (0.31), material consumption (0.35), leisure time (0.31) ), the amount of use of internal mass media (0.36), the amount of use of virtual networks (0.41), educational space (0.32) and family values (0.45) have a positive and significant relationship. . However, there is a negative and significant relationship between the variables of religious belief (-0.34), religious emotions (-0.26), and religious rituals (-0.30). No significant relationship was observed between the variables of educational background and field of study with intergenerational distance. The regression analysis of the data also shows that the independent variables can explain 0.423 of the changes in the dependent variable. The results of this study show that students face many challenges in identifying and linking themselves with society's values; Therefore, when they cannot face the identity responses to relieve their inner turmoil, they gradually distance themselves from the dominant values and face a gap.           the aim of the current research was to investigate the relationship between the digital divide between generations and the social health and lifestyle of students. The method of the current research is applied-descriptive and survey type. The statistical population of this research includes parents and their children who were studying in the second period of secondary school in Kerman city in 2016-2017, and their number was 5000. The random sampling method was simple, and 357 people were selected as a statistical sample. In this research, Huang's digital divide questionnaire (2003), Keyes' social health questionnaire (2004) and Walker's health promoting lifestyle questionnaire (1997) were used. SPSS software was used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. In examining the relationship between the intergenerational digital divide and social health, considering the negative correlation coefficient (value -0.724), it is clear that the relationship between these two indicators is inverse and significant. That is, with the increase in the digital gap between generations, the social health of students also decreases. In the examination of the relationship between the intergenerational digital divide and the unusual lifestyle, it can be seen that the relationship between these two components is positive and significant, according to the sign of the correlation coefficient (value 0.598). That is, with the increase of the digital divide between generations, the lifestyle will also change from traditional to modern, which will be unusual for students of the entire society.           T he aim of the present study was to predict children’s attachment indices from parental attachment indices. Two hundred and seven students (146 females, 56 males, 5 unspecified) and their parents (207 fathers, 207 mothers) were selected from universities of Tehran using convenience sampling method. The participants completed the Adult Attachment Inventory (AAI; Besharat, 2011, 2013). The results indicated that parental attachment indices correlated significantly with children's attachment indices. The results of mixed model indicated that parental attachment indices could predicted children's attachment indices and attachment styles transmitted from parents to children intergenerationally. All three maternal attachment styles (secure, avoidant, ambivalent) could predicted children's attachment styles (secure, avoidant, resistant). However, paternal avoidant attachment style couldn’t predict children's attachment styles. The findings suggest that the attachment characteristics have the capacity to transmit from one generation to the other, by knowing the intergenerational mechanisms the attachment characteristics of the next generation can be predicted, and the transmission of pathological features could be prevented and healthy characteristics could be improved by implementing educational interventions. Abstract Today, the value of using generational accounting is expanding in the countries of the world. In order to achieve social and intergenerational justice, it is considered important to use generational accounting and update the budget and tax policies. The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between budget strategies and social justice by considering generational accounting in Iran. In the first stage, relevant English and Farsi articles were selected using the CASP Critical Assessment Skills program. Then, using them, the main variables were identified, i.e., generational accounting as an independent variable, intergenerational justice as a dependent variable, and budget policies as a mediating variable and their components. In the following, these variables and their related components were given to 15 experts through a fuzzy Delphi questionnaire to confirm their reliability. Then, in order to validate the final model of the research, a 5-choice questionnaire with approved components was designed and distributed to 235 experts, accountants and experts through the Persa site, and the correlation coefficient and regression of the hypotheses using It was analyzed by spss software. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between generational accounting, budget commitments and policies, budget strategies and intergenerational justice with social justice. Therefore, considering the importance of budget strategies for future generations and its impact on social and generational justice, it is necessary for our country to consider them. Abstract The importance of the quality of work life in different working generations depends on various factors such as the values, priorities, and job expectations of each generation. In general, it can be said that quality of work life is important to all generations, but different generations may place more importance on certain aspects of quality of work life. However, the lack of literary evidence on this topic has led to this research. This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions of the quality of work life based on generational differences using the method of meta-synthesis qualitative analysis. In this research, 137 articles were examined according to the seven stages of metacomposition, and finally 34 articles were approved. The results of the meta-synthesis analysis showed that the individual dimension includes components such as individual professional development, career prospects and professional skills. The family dimension includes family support, work-family balance, and family affiliation. The organizational dimension includes job participation, managers' support, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and perceived organizational justice. The social dimension includes components such as social status, interpersonal interactions and communication in the social environment. In addition, job dimension includes job satisfaction, salary and benefits, job identity, job security and work autonomy. A total of 19 components were extracted, the most frequent of which were related to the components of organizational commitment and communication with the social environment. Also, the reliability of the analysis was evaluated using the Kappa coefficient, which was equal to 0.78. Manuscript profile
