Introduction:With the establishment of film festivals, various effects take place in the body of the city. Some effects appear in the field of infrastructure and the physical body of cities and others related to changes in the cultural body and urban economy. One of the opportunities is cultural bargaining. The event provides an opportunity for buyers and sellers of cinematic works to come together and exchange a variety of cultural goods and trade. Method: The method of this study is a survey and based on the Delphi method, 129 questionnaires were distributed among filmmakers, film directors, experts and critics who participated in the Berlin and Cannes Film Festivals in 2010-2016. Friedman binomial test was used to examine the research questions. Results: The results show that holding film festivals has been effective in urban management and change in the face of cities. Film festivals also increase cultural bargaining power due to the presence of buyers and sellers Conclusion: Film festivals have the potential for a variety of changes: urban management, changing the face of the city, branding cities, expanding markets and cultural tourism, and bringing economic benefits. Therefore, it is suggested that by strengthening the side markets, tangible change and development of urban infrastructure is possible. Participants in these markets will be encouraged to attend and participate when the city's infrastructure and management are fully prepared.   Manuscript profile

In reservoir operation, there are various decision makers and stakeholders with different and varied utilities. In this paper, investigates the conflicts among decision makers and stakeholders and water quality simulation model and Genetic Algorithm (GA) optimization model combined to find the trade-off curve between qualitative and quantitative issues. The group n person conflict resolution theory is used for selecting the best point on trade-off curve. The Bayesian networks as a novel type of learning model is used to develop real-time operating rules. To evaluate the efficiency of the proposed methodology, it is applied to the 15-Khordad dam located in the central part of Iran. The 15-Khordad dam supplies the water demands of three main sectors: domestic, agriculture and environment. These sectors have conflicting interests about the quantity and quality of the allocated water to their demands the test results show that the both conflict resolution model and Bayesian network model can significantly calculate real-time reservoir operating policies. Although it seems a little bit strange at first to compare Khayyam, the 5th century AH poet with the contemporary French writer André Gide but there are similarities between them as much as there are differences. The concept of gaining pleasure in life and enjoying its moments is central to Khayyam’s mind and poetry. By contemplating the works of André Gide especially “Fruits of the Earth” one understands that they also include similar themes. Thus the present article examines the literary-philosophical trends of these two poets which have a lot in common in this regard. This article tries to compare the works of these two scholars to clarify their intellectual attempts in promoting the idea of gaining pleasure and seizing the day and in parallel it attempts in explaining the ideology of a French writer and an Iranian poet while exploring how Khayyam’s poetry has affected the themes applied by André Gide. Among the reasons that are documented for guilt proof in Iran and England, are legitimately-gained reasons. Both justice systems avoid illegitimately-gained reasons and regard documenting to those reasons in justice system as lacking legal basis. So, reasons gained on the basis of scientific and intellectual principles are among the reasons trusted in the two justice systems. Moreover, these reasons are considered as reasons that, with regard to their gaining process , less speculation is observed in them. On the other hand, in Iranian justice system, judge can judge according to strong evidence. Although judge ̓s knowledge in Iranian justice system is regarded as proving reasons, in private law it is not regarded as proving reasons. Unless it is placed in standard evidences and circumstantial evidences. However, this knowledge can be considered as one of the legitimate reasons. The writer in this paper wants to analyze the legitimation of proof gain in two legal systems, express present challenges in globalization process of criminal law and to confirm fair judgment. According to Iran’s law on crimes against properties, mostly a crime named as “gaining illicit property “is documented to Article 2 of aggravated penalties of perpetrators of bribery, embezzlement, fraud, adopted in 1988. The Article is ambiguous since it isn’t determined to this crime could be committed by any person with any attributes? Or perpetrator of such crime is individuals with specific feature? Because according to the basis and the way the text is composed, the Article refers to peoples that doing any act according to certain rules and regulations and on the behalf of the government to do some business and through this, they have gained a property. Therefore, the word “illicit” here, pertains to acting against determined rules and regulation for the perpetrator. This can be one concept of God ordered in Quran: obtaining the property illegally. Therefore the perpetrator obtain the property belonging to another without any bases. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this paper is to assess the use of knowledge management process and its five main stages-gaining knowledge, recordeding knowledge, knowledge transfer, knowledge creation, and the application of knowledge in the organization- using fuzzy set theory. The statistical population consists of 75 members of service organization personnel. Due to the limited number of the statistical population, no sampling has been done and all the population has been studied. In order to collect data, a questionnaire has been used, the validity and reliability of which have been tested and approved. The results of the study indicate that in the organization under study the rate of applying the five main stages (process dimensions) of knowledge management is at an average level. Also, there is a considerable difference between the present situation and the desired situation of the five main stages of knowledge management in the organization under study. Manuscript profile

In this paper, a bargaining game model is extended to evaluate the efficiency of decision making units with a multi-stage network structure. Moreover, each stage of network data envelopment analysis (DEAN) is considered as a game player. Accordingly, the allocated fixed cost is divided among all the stages such that the best allocation is made to the best stage. With a newer idea, the intermediate stage in the data envelopment analysis of three-stage networks is considered as a common player in the bargaining game, so that the stage plays a significant role in maximizing the performance of network. Next, an alternative approach to allocating a common fixed cost in a multi-stage network based on the bargaining game is proposed. Finally, as direct apllication of the performance of the proposed models some examples are given. Manuscript profile

Block chain technology as a promising innovation in the cyber space brings new opportunities. It serves not only the computer world but also other areas like the economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of using block chain as the backend technology for digital currency on reducing costs in economic transactions, which has done in the period of 2019-2021. The hypothesis of the research claims that block chain enables us to reduce searching and bargaining costs towards resistance economy. This research benefits from a pluralistic method to study the impact of applying block chain technology in the field of economy. In doing so, three different methods were used in order to investigate the research hypothesis including theoretical analysis, interview with 20 experts and statistical inference. the findings indicated that applying block chain technology results in reduction of searching and bargaining costs. block chain immutability and decentralizing characteristic reduce searching and bargaining costs more than other features and the existence of distributed ledger has impact on decreasing both searching and bargaining costs. Moreover, block chain can be aligned towards the goals of the resistance economy by bringing new technology into the economy and reducing the costs. Manuscript profile

Abstract         The warning fantasy is of the fantasies which presents the most fundamental problems of human society in an imaginative mold. This kind of fantasy gives information about one of the most important aspects of child's existence; that's, his own identity and the others in the layers of narrative story. We have investigated, in this article, the methods of finding the identity, critical thinking, and the recognition of oneself and the other in an analytic – descriptive way. We have concentrated on " children need the story " from Bruno Bettelheim to attain a better perception of the child and juvenile's mentality and mental structure. Our investigation showed that most studied fantasy stories emphasize on the preservation of the environment, altruism, finding identity as speculation. The writers of these works enumerate the difficulties and disasters of the story characters to their readers in an indirect way; and without pretending being teachers. They transfer their recommendations in a fantasy mold to their readers. On the other hand, the most significant type of thinking is the instructive thinking. The most important restitution of this kind of thinking is creativity which is an important phenomenon and valuable in the child development and must have a special stance in the life of a child.
