Among the modern literary topics one is the intertextuality that explores the semantic, stylistic and sociological relations in literary works, as well as the course of cognitive grounds and their evolutions. According to the theory of intertextuality, no context is independent of other ones; contexts are interrelated and bound to the contexts before and after them. This article aims to study the intertextual relations between the sonnets of Hafiz and Houshang Ebtehaj aka Sayeh. From among the Iranian contemporary sonneteers Sayeh is closer to classic poets and to Hafez in specific, regarding his fluency and stylistic composition. The question here is the intertextual frequency between Sayeh’s sonnets and Hafiz’s. Manuscript profile

The interactions of Gold nanoclusters capped with glutathione (GSH-AuNCs) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) have been studied by fluorescence spectroscopic technique at pH 7.4. The quenching constants and binding parameters (binding constants and number of binding sites) were determined by fluorescence quenching method. The obtained results revealed the presence of a static type of quenching mechanism in the binding of GSH-AuNCs with BSA. Based on the thermodynamic parameters extracted from the fluorescence data, it was shown that binding of GSH-AuNCs to BSA was driven mainly by van der Waals and hydrogen bonding interactions. The displacement experiment shows that GSH-AuNCs can bind to the subdomain IIA (site I) of albumin. Manuscript profile

PdCo nanoalloy particles have been commonly used as catalytic material in some important chemical reactions, involving in fisher-tropsch reactions, and oxygen reduction reactions. In terms of understanding the role of catalysis, these smallest bimetallic nanoparticles provide the simplest prototypes of Pd-Co bimetallic catalysts for different compositions. In this study, the effect of LixO (x=1,2) on PdCo nanoalloys has been investigated comprehensively employing the density functional theory (DFT) to identify the mechanism of structural, electronic, and energetic properties of the studied species. Binding energies are calculated for stability analysis which is very important for nanoparticles. Results show that lithium oxides are generally adsorbed by cobalt sites on the Pd-Co substrate. This is important for determining active sites of the catalytic material. Furthermore, the structures have low symmetric properties. Hence, this study might provide an initial structural evaluation step for future studies related to the possible new catalytic material of Li-air batteries. Manuscript profile
