Developing a dynamic model of economic development of industrial cities with emphasis on sustainability indicators of business clusters (Investigating the role of human resources)

Abstract :
Today, industrialization is one of the most important steps for the comprehensive and balanced development of developing countries, and since for many cities in Iran, urbanization has been accompanied by industrial growth, the construction of industries in the form of industrial complexes and towns is one of the most important components. It is considered for the sustainable development of cities ،Which examines the role of human resources in achieving the indicators of sustainability of business clusters and its impact on the economic development model of industrial cities. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to develop a dynamic model of economic development of industrial cities with emphasis on the sustainability indicators of business clusters in Isfahan. The present study is part of applied research according to the goals it pursues and is a descriptive and exploratory research in terms of the work process. The statistical population consisted of experts familiar with the subject of the research (managers, experts and masters of the subject) who conducted the interview by non-random and purposeful method until theoretical saturation. The statistical sample was determined by the method of snowball 25 people. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect the data needed to measure the variables. Experts' opinions were used to check the validity and Cronbach's alpha reliability was 0.87. In order to analyze the data, the systems dynamics approach was used, which was software used by Venice. The results showed that the proposed modeling can lead to economic development.
