Extensive Abstract: The purpose of this study was to enhance a competitiveness model for Islamic Azad University branches in the future. The research was applied and mixed. The community and statistical sample in the qualitative section included scientific and academic experts with managerial positions and in quantitative section included faculty members of the universities in Tehran province. Sampling method was done as a probabilistic sampling in qualitative and non-probabilistic section in quantitative part. In the qualitative section, a tool was used to interview experts and in quantitative section a researcher-made questionnaire was used.To analyze the information and qualitative data, content analysis and in the quantitative part of the normalization test, single-sample and group tests, linear regression, structural equation modleling and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The findings highlighted the dimensions and indicators of competitiveness, and also showed that universities have problems in all of these indicators and dimensions(competitiveness). The problem is that in respondent's opinion, in all the indicators and dimensions of the existing situation with the desirable situation (efficiency and performance of the university according to available tools and facilities), there is a significant difference. This means that the universities of Tehran province have not been able to achieve the desired result and have been weak in all dimensions and indexes, and finally the final modle is presented in a desirable situation. The decision-making process in today's world has many developments, which are greatly affected by uncertainty. As far as chaos theory has depicted organizations with great complexity and at the same time manageable. Financial engineering and integrated risk management has assumed the task of controlling risks and by providing new and strategic solutions, it has been able to create systematic methods for organizations and commercial companies, especially banks. Hierarchical analysis with field method is used in this study, so questionnaire is used in data collection. For this purpose, 31,425 people have university education from among the number of frontline and headquarters personnel of National Bank, of which 24,256 people have more than 10 years of experience. To determine the numerical value of the importance of each of the criteria, the expert judgment group of 386 people was deliberately selected from people with more than 10 years of experience and with a university degree based on Morgan's table. In this research, the authority of banking experts is used in all approaches. Based on the opinion of experts, by analyzing with the fuzzy Delphi method and hierarchical analysis, we come to the conclusion that the ratio of claims to facilities and liquidity to assets respectively show the inefficiency of branches. And profitability is accompanied by the reduction of banking risks. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to investigate the usability of pruned branches of Lagerstroemia spp. as a lignocellulosic substitute for particleboard manufacturing. In this study, the pruned branches of Lagerstroemia spp. were used at three levels of 20, 30 and 50% in weight and press temperature at three levels of 160, 170 and 180 °C, and the amount of adhesive at two levels of 8 and 10 were considered as variable factors. The results showed that the flexural properties (MOR and MOE) and internal bonding were decreased by increasing the amount of pruned branches of Lagerstroemia spp.‎ in the final board composition, while the amount of water uptake and thickness swelling were increased after 2 and 24 h of immersion. On the other hand, all mechanical and physical properties including flexural properties, internal bonding, water uptake and thickness swelling were improved by increasing the amount of adhesive and press temperature, after 2 and 24 hours of immersion. Finally, the results showed that the ratio of 40% of the pruned branches of Lagerstroemia spp.‎ can be used in combination with industrial wood chips to produce particleboard. Manuscript profile

In this research, based on meteorological data and also using the Sandia model standard in virtual meteorology, a photovoltaic power plant was designed and simulated in 5 company buildings in Tehran, Fars, Qom and Yazd provinces. Simulation and design data were validated with real power consumption data and green branch buildings were introduced. The results of technical design studies of grid-connected power plants (production-demand) showed: The Tehran branch office, independent of the national electricity grid, supplies electricity demand up to 151 percent. This branch was introduced as a green branch. Branch construction power plant: Central Yazd 26.37%, Amirkabir Tehran 38.80%, Sibouyeh Shiraz 41.90% and Amin Boulevard Qom 21.72% responded to the demand of electric power of branch buildings. Economic analysis showed the return on investment period in the power plant of Tehran Dastavareh branch to be minimum and equivalent to 5.16 years and Sibouyeh Shiraz to be maximum and equivalent to 8.51 years. The analysis of supplying the needs of the branch buildings through photovoltaic power plant proved: the use of large buildings in the green branches of banks is not optimal and it is better to use the parking space and yard, which do not need air conditioning system at the same time, to provide the case level. Use the power plant opinion. The highest radiation on the southern walls at the rate of 90 kWh per square meter was recorded in October and the lowest amount was recorded in June at the rate of 21 kWh per square meter. Buildings located in the latitude of Tehran in order to make the most of the area for energy production of photovoltaic power plants should be north and south wall should be used at the same time to provide the required level of photovoltaic power plant. The purpose of this field was to study the effect of biochar application and different planting patterns in different irrigation regimes on the growth and yield of thyme essential oil. The studied treatments include irrigation (irrigation of all furrows, irrigation of furrows as one in constant and one in variable (biochar (non-application of biochar and application of biochar at 8 tons per hectare) and planting pattern (single row cultivation) Thyme and cultivation of two rows of thyme) on the growth and yield of the thyme plant. This experiment was carried out in two cropping years of 1397 and 1398 in the form of split plots based on a randomized complete block design with three replications. The results showed that the highest yield of flowering branches was obtained in the treatment of irrigation of all furrows + application of biochar with mean of 1701 kg. ha-1. In this study, the highest yield of essential oil with 24.7 kg. ha-1 was obtained in the treatment of furrow irrigation as a constant interval + application of biochar + cultivation of two rows of thyme. Based on the results of this study, the application of biochar and two-row cultivation caused a significant increase in the yield of thyme essential oil. In general, despite the decrease in growth and yield of thyme dry matter, furrow irrigation treatments as one-to-one variables increased essential oil yield by significantly increasing the percentage of essential oil and reducing water consumption. Biochar treatment also had a positive effect on all vegetative and functional traits of thyme. Manuscript profile

Evaluation of the effectiveness of organizations has always been the concern of researchers. Hence, over the years numerous techniques for doing this have been proposed and used. One of the techniques that is widely used in various research areas and a high proportion of related scientific evaluation is data envelopment analysis (DEA). Besides, the insurance industry as a growing industry in the country has attracted the attention of researchers and administrators. Among the various issues in this area is the problem of performance evaluation and performance indicator. Because of the small amount of performance and its comparison in various branches and units, we can investigate different procedures in increasing the efficiency of the insurance branches and the steps taken to improve it. This study uses data envelopment analysis to measure the efficiency of insurance branches and after recognizing the efficient and inefficient offices by using technical tools, we have introduced the factors that are responsible for inefficiency of ineffective branches and finally we have presented some practical solutions to improve the performance of the insurance units.   Manuscript profile

There are different techniques for performance measurement, each of which has strong and weak points. In the present paper, a model for measuring the performance of the bank branches by combining “balance score card” with “fuzzy data envelopment analysis”. The statistical population includes all the branches of Sepah Bank of Tabriz totaling 42. The efficiency measurement indices have been specified through the use of balanced scorecard and with regard to the research literature. For data collection, a researcher – devised questionnaire was used after its validity and reliability had been confirmed. Data envelopment analysis was applied for data analysis. The results show that 10 branches out of the 42 around Tabriz are specified as strongly efficient, 27 as efficient, and the remaining 5 branches as inefficient. Manuscript profile

Undoubtedly, rating bank branches is one of the essential tool managers use to promote branches. In this study, a multi-criteria problem applied in banking has been addressed. In this research, a framework for ranking 20 branches of Tose’e Ta'avon bank in Iran (Khuzestan province) using decision-making methods has been considered as a case study. Essential criteria are selected through experts and research literature. Then, according to the uncertainty in some indicators and the elimination of defects related to the investigation at a certain point, the data is determined in the form of interval values. The weighting of the criteria using experts' opinions, interval Shannon entropy, and the linear combination of the two, and considering the final matrix extracted from three 4-month intervals (geometric mean of 3 matrices) using three approaches, namely PROMETHEE II, EDAS, and TOPSIS with interval values, the ranking of bank branches has been used for a case study. Then, benchmark tests are used to validate the methods to provide a fairer ranking. Finally, the managers can see the actual position of the branches in identify throughout the year and use it to improve the bank's performance. Manuscript profile

AbstractIn the field of efficiency and productivity of the banking system, various researches have been conducted and there are different models for investigating the inefficiency of banks. This variation in models is due to the nature of the concept of efficiency, especially its uncertain boundaries and because of the various conceptualizations of organizational efficiency. Some of the approaches to calculating inefficiency based on banks' objectives are: objective model, system model and inefficiency model. However, researches with a comprehensive view on the inefficiency of bank branches have not been found, in this research, all approaches have been used by experts in bank branches with education and experience. Because applying a single criterion is not suitable for bank branches and there is no single criterion that can provide all the activities of bank branches. Therefore, while identifying the criteria and indicators, they have been sipped with the opinion of banking experts. . This research, based on banking experts' opinions and analysis by fuzzy Delphi method and analytical hierarchy, concluded that the ratio of interest on deposits to the interest of branch payment facilities, assets of branches to income from facilities, deferred demands and past maturity to the total residue of branch facilities, ratio of funds ready to loan to total branch deposits, ratio of total undesirable claims to total branch facilities and liquidity ratio to total assets The branch shows the inefficiency of the branch in order And Melli Bank is looking for the same goals as conventional banks, which include profitability combined with reduced banking risks.  Manuscript profile

The purpose of this research is to provide a model for evaluating the performance of bank branches using the network coverage analysis model using fuzzy data. In this research, an attempt was made to use a model based on the traditional model of data envelopment analysis, taking into account factors such as the network nature and internal relationships of each decision-making unit, undesirable output, non-optional input, and the variables having a fuzzy nature. which is more consistent with the actual conditions related to the decision-making units and calculates the efficiency in a more accurate way. After presenting the research model, first, based on the studies conducted in the past researches and field studies and obtaining opinions from experts in this industry, indicators were considered as input and output. After identifying the indicators, fuzzy Delphi method was used for initial screening of the indicators. In the following, confirmatory factor analysis technique was used to finalize the screened indicators. At the end of the research, the developed model was solved using the data collected from the studied branches, by Gams software and with the alpha cutting approach. The results indicate that among the 34 investigated branches, 8 are efficient and 26 are ineffective. Manuscript profile

DEA-based methods for assessing the effectiveness of data envelopment analysis (DEA), in which the input and output weights are limited, has the ability of bank branches to use unlimited weights that are consistent with exaggerated judgments, adjusted prices, taking into account the risk associated with operating costs and costs Non-operational. In this paper, we evaluate the performance of first-class branches of a commercial bank in Iran using the weight limitation model in data envelopment analysis. Firstly, the important indicators for assessing the performance of bank branches were identified according to previous studies and then, according to the opinion of the banking experts and data envelopment analysis, to evaluate the efficiency of the first grade bank branches, which include two input indicators and four output indicators, will be finalized. After collecting information about 40 first-class branches of the bank in two half-yearly years in 1395, the DEA model will be evaluated without any restrictions on the first grade bank branches. This will also be done with limited DEA models. Finally, using descriptive statistics and statistical tests, we will show that the applied weight limit improves the performance of the performance of first-class bank branches. Manuscript profile

In order to evaluate the castor bean’s competitive effect with redroot pigweed at different levels of plant density, a factorial experiment based on randomized complete block design was conducted in three replications at Agricultural Research of West Azarbayjan in Urmia in 2011. The first factor was different densities of castor bean in five levels 0 (Pure stand of pigweed), 3, 4, 5 and 6 plant.m-², and second factor was three levels of redroot pigweed 0 (Pure stand of castor), 5, 10 and 15 plant.m-². Results showed that with increasing pigweed density, castor bean grain yield 20-38%, oil percent 39%, and plant height 32% comparing to pure culture decreased. The maximum amount of leaf dry weight (58.7g.m-2), stem dry weight (49.3g.m-2), number of branches (5.3), and height (44.9cm) belonged to pure stand of pigweed, that decreased by increasing castor bean density. With increasing of pigweed density, its leaf area index in pure culture reached the highest level (1.44) which was 50% higher than with 15 plant/m2 of pigweed, and 6 plant.m-² of castor bean. The highest (157cm) and the lowest (107 cm) height of castor bean attained at 6 and 3 plants per m2, respectively. Therefore that increasing pigweed density decrease grain yield and oil yield. The amount of this reduction was related to pigweed density. Manuscript profile

In order to study the effect of potassium fertilizer under drought stress conditions on growth and forage quality of kochia (Kochia scoparia L.) a field experiment was conducted in split plot design based on complete randomized block with three replications at the Institute of Agricultural Research, University of Zabol, in 2011. The main plots were included three irrigation levels as follows irrigation after 50 percentage depletion of soil water (I1, control), irrigation after 70 percentage depletion of soil water (I2) and irrigation after 90 percentage depletion of soil water (I3), and sub plots were included four levels of potassium fertilizers (control, 75, 150 and 225 kg.ha potassium sulfate). The results showed that drought stress reduced fresh and dry weight, plant height, dry matter digestibility, crude protein and increased water soluble carbohydrate forage. The potassium fertilizer, increased fresh and dry weight, plant height, dry matter digestibility forage, but both treatments had no effect on number of branches. The maximum amount of fresh and dry weight, plant height, dry matter digestibility, water soluble carbohydrate and number of secondary branches forage obtained from treatment with application 225 kg.ha potassium fertilizer. The interaction of experimental factors on all traits was significant except on number of secondary branches. In general, the results of this experiment showed that the highest quantitative and qualitative forage yield obtained from irrigation after 50 percentage depletion of soil water (control) and application of 225 kg.ha potassium fertilizer.         Manuscript profile

Germination experiment was done in a completely randomized design with 9 levels of salinity stresses (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 dS.m-1 concentrations) with four replications in lab. Seedling experiment was performed in a random complete block design consisted of five levels of concentration (tap water, 10, 20, 30 and 40 dS.m-1) with three replications as pot in non-shade greenhouse of Agricultural College of ShahidChamran University of Ahvaz. The results showed that by rising salt to 20 dS.m-1, declined percentage germination, Radicle length, Plumule length and seedling dry weight about 50%. Salinity stress data were fitted to a three-parameter logistic for seedling stage, showed salinity level more than 30.82 dS/m-1 led to 50 percent reduction of shoot dry weight. It found that 20.37 and 27.53 dS.m-1 caused a 50% decrease in dry weight and long of main root recpectively. Sustainment 50% of the relative water content of the leaf and 78% root branches in high salinity levels (50 dS.m-1) can be sign of high tolerance to this plant at high salinity concentrations.   Manuscript profile
