The purpose of this study is to provide a model in determining the impact of block-chain technology on supply chain performance in the automobile industry using a fuzzy inference system design. In terms of purpose, this research is considered as applied research. The statistical population is the managers of three automobile industrial companies in Iran, including IranKhodro, Saipa, and ModiranKhodro. The statistical sample size of 36 people was selected by a combination of two methods: Nonprobability sampling (Judgmental) and Snowball sampling. Using library and field studies, the factors and sub-factors of the research have been selected. After library studies, seventeen sub-criteria in three main criteria of attenuating, amplifier, and possibility were identified as a conceptual model. After Gaussian fuzzy, 125 rules are set, based on experts' opinions. According to the results, if the changes in the attenuating interval are more than 0.5, it will reduce the performance, and if it is less than 0.5, it will not have much effect on the performance. If the changes in the amplifier and possibility intervals are less than 0,5, it creates a moderate level of change in performance. And if greater than 0.5, it will increase performance output. To validate and ensure its efficiency, Extreme Condition test has been used. The results of test for three SUB-FIS and all the designed FIS, showed reasonable behavior towards the limit’s values of the inputs, which indicates the validity of the designed model and that means the system has good accuracy and validity of the evaluation. The main objective of the study was to investigate the effect of financial development on the financing of companies listed on the stock exchange, which are related to the automotive-related industries. To this end, the effects of four indicators of financial development, along with control variables such as profitability, liquidity and size of the company, have been investigated in the form of two regression models on two variables related to financing, namely, proportional relationship of both long-term debt and short-term debt to total assets. So that the two models, with the panel data taken from the 50 companies involved in automotive industry and active in stock exchange between the years 2011 to 2016, are assessed using fixed effects. The results show that stock market development has a positive and significant effect on the ratio of long-term debt to total assets. Meanwhile, the effect of the index on the stock market activity is more than the magnitude of the impact of the index relative to its size. However, the effect of the development of the banking sector on this ratio is negative and the effect of the indicator on the banking system activity is more than the magnitude of the impact of the index relative to its size.   Manuscript profile

After accepting the JCPOA and despite Peugeot's absence from cooperation with Iran Khodro for several years, the company, with the aim of transferring technology, re-launched a joint project with Peugeot to produce two products, 301 and 2008, but like the bitter experiences of the past, This technology transfer project also failed; Therefore, in this article, the issue of technology transfer in the automotive industry is conceptually studied using the Grounded Theory of the foundation and the factors influencing it. In this article, from the beginning, technology transfer is assumed to be equivalent to knowledge transfer, and knowledge transfer is criticized in two categories: explicit and implicit knowledge. Based on the research background, the effective factors in technology transfer are classified into 7 groups. Then, the main questions for the project were collected in the interviews. From the interviews, 42 phrases called "conceptual perception" were obtained. The conceptual findings were then divided into 9 "semantic categories" and "root of weakness" in each semantic category. The results show that low competitive pressure in the Iranian automotive market has led to a monopoly, so that Peugeot Automotive Group has not transferred any of its advanced parts technology to Iranian suppliers of their parts. The purpose of this study was to identify and prioritize the components of sustainable human resource management which affects the development of the automotive industry. In order to achieve the objectives of the research through non-probable snowball sampling method, the opinions of 15 experts in the field of human resources as well as senior development managers of Iran Khodro and Saipa companies, up to the theoretical saturation stage, were used. The present study has been carried out using a mixed exploratory research method in two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative phase, using open source data theory and line-by-line analysis of the interviews, open coding was performed first. During open coding, about 129 items were extracted as basic concepts from the text of the interviews and then categorized into 20 indicators and five dimensions of causal conditions, contextual conditions, interventionist conditions, strategies and guidelines, and results and consequences. In the quantitative phase, the research was conducted in the form of a descriptive-survey research method and through a researcher-made questionnaire, the views of experts were collected and then the data were analyzed using a fuzzy hierarchical process (FAHP), and component priority in each of the five dimensions was determined. The results showed that economic conditions are the highest priority among causal conditions; recruitment and retention of manpower is the highest priority among the contextual conditions; government is the highest priority among interventionist conditions; investing in employee competencies for current and future scenarios have been given the highest priority among strategies and financial benefits and economic growth has the highest priority among outcomes and consequences. In recent years, the use of artificial intelligence in social media has increased, and managers are trying to use this potential opportunity for greater customer engagement. The purpose of this study is the impact of social media with the help of artificial intelligence on customer engagement in the automotive industry. The research has been done in a descriptive-survey way. The research community is qualitative and quantitative. The participants in the qualitative part include marketing managers of the automotive industry and university professors of marketing in the number of 23 people who were selected by non-probability and purposeful sampling. The statistical population in the quantitative part includes customers of the automotive industry, who were randomly selected and 412 people. In the qualitative part, the components and indicators of the model were identified and extracted by the content analysis method and finally confirmed by the Lawshe coefficient method. The findings of this section showed that the social media variable has four components including strategy, communication, trust and information, and customer engagement has three components: information engagement, growth engagement and innovation engagement. Therefore, four hypotheses were proposed and the data collected through the questionnaire were tested with structural equation modeling technique and Smart PLS software. The result of the model test showed that there is no relationship between the strategy, communication and trust of artificial intelligence of social media and customer engagement. However, there is a positive and significant relationship between social media artificial intelligence information and customer engagement. Therefore, the marketing managers of the automotive industry should use strategies, communication, trust and artificial intelligence information in social media to encourage customers to participate in the sharing of information and ideas.
