From old days, bridges had a role beyond a passage and were considered as public spaces with function of accepting activities. The purpose of this article is to describe a model for studying bridges as an urban space and also studying those types of bridges, which are urban spaces. The article seeks the answer for the following research questions focusing on i) which types of the bridges have the qualities to be an urban space, and ii) how to reinforce the role of the bridge as the urban space. Responding to the research questions, we have classified the bridges and introduced the types that have the capability of being an urban space and defined urban space and the factors and indicators affecting it through the descriptive-analytical research method. Data were collected through documentation and survey and information analysis by meta-analysis method, summarization and ANP. The studies carried out in the research indicated that the bridges can be of various uses other than being only a pathway. Therefore, the bridge’s definition and typology will be studied and the elements and criteria affecting the assessment of the urban space quality were introduced. The three characteristics of the bridges were such as pathway to cross the obstacles, and characterized joint through connection between two sides. Thus, a general definition for a bridge can be, “bridge is a structure constructed to cross the physical obstacles and as a joint connects two sides together”. Also, according to the urban development scholars' views, the most prominent components of urban space are physical, functional, semantic, contextual and environmental elements. Subsequently, it can be said that the urban space is a part of the physical space of the cities having a history of being old and active and belongs to the public where social activities are mostly happening. Also, the criteria including visual pleasure ability, diversity of use, public accessibility, physical configuration, richness of sense, sociability, diversity of users, human scale, readability, animation, relation with nature, robustness, environmental control, comfort, safety and health, publicness and proportion with the cultural and historical contexts are, respectively the most applicable of the urban space. Therefore, the role of the bridge as an urban space was reinforced, in addition to their three essential functions, the bridges must possess the criteria of an urban space, too. Therefore, a bridge as an urban space is “a part of the physical space of cities created for crossing the obstacles and connecting two sides together and as a joint has a history of being aged and active and possessed by the public”. Studying the criteria of the urban space regarding the types of the bridges which were more capable of turning into an urban space indicated that the functional factors are more effective in strengthening the bridges’ roles as the urban spaces compared with the other criteria. According to the study constructing bridge-museum, bridge-market and bridge-recreation areas are of the successful samples that can change and reinforce the role of the bridges as an urban space. Vendor performance plays a key role in price, quality, timely delivery and service in achieving the goals of the supply chain. Given this, today's supplier performance has become a critical element in the success or failure of a company. In this study, an idealized planning model with multi-criteria decision-making approach with network analysis tool based on the expansion of fuzzy quality function has been developed. Also, a new way of ranking, selecting, and assigning orders to suppliers is provided. To this end, the concept of expanding fuzzy quality function and network analysis are used to evaluate and rank suppliers and the math planning model for assigning orders to suppliers. The method presented in this paper is a feasible, practical, and useful method for identifying and ranking suppliers as well as assigning orders to them. The advantage of this model compared to similar methods in using QFD and ANP tools is to measure the priorities and needs of the company to rank suppliers, which can listen to the voice of the customer and take their demands, as well as integrate the two tools with planning Ideal for ordering a new approach. Based on the results of this research, technology and timely delivery are the most important features in order to evaluate contractor selection. Selection of contractors in such a way that at the same time returns from the supplier, delays and costs of supply are the least possible, are the most important results of this research. It is more than a decade that the electronic city creation projects have been started in different countries. In Iran, the government has taken steps towards establishing such cities. This study identifies and analyzes the causal and effective relationships in the infrastructure required for the deployment of an electronic city in Tehran based on business intelligence and then develops a new conceptual model. The first phase of this study was to identify and refine the infrastructure of a city based on business intelligence according to special and semi-structured interviews done. The combination of expert interviews with various specialties consisting of 10 persons was used. The second and third stages of the ANP technique were the prioritization criteria and in the final step the gap analysis and the Cokaran formula were used to calculate the sample size used. The model developed in this study showed that software maturity, hardware maturity, data centers, data governance, and the integrated management of the main pillars of the basic infrastructure of an electronic city were based on business intelligence, and the pattern of relationships among these variables suggested that the higher levels of the tested elements were more appropriate. Background: Groundwater is the most important water sources in arid and semi-arid regions. Due to its nature, it is difficult to decide about groundwater quality at each part of a basin. Regarding to this, new techniques like multi criteria decision making and fuzzy methods has been used. This research was conducted to zone Birjand groundwater quality by using ANP and FANP methods.  Material and Methods: Birjand plain located at the east of Iran with latitude between 32˚ 30’-33˚ 00’ and longitude between 58˚ 45’-59˚ 41’. In this study, the parameters: Mg2+, Ca2+, SO42-, Cl1-, total dissolved solids (TDS), pH and total hardness (TH) for 18 wells and 9 aqueducts were collected. Results:  The results indicated that Cl1-, Mg2+ and pH had the most effective on groundwater quality so that these parameters showed the effectiveness as 17.2, 16.1 and 15.9%, respectively. Results of zoning and fuzzy showed that southeast had more quality rather than other regions. Concentrations of mentioned parameters were high in southwest. ANP result revealed that very good, good, moderate, semi inappropriate, inappropriate and bad quality regions were as 5.25, 10.56, 54.52, 15.89, 10.57 and  3.18%, respectively. These parts according to FANP result were 5.97, 22.01, 28.85, 30.16, 9.54 and 3.47%, respectively. Conclusion: Since FANP assumed uncertainty and spatiality, the area of moderate and semi inappropriate regions were closer in this method compare to ANP. Regarding to the results, it is recommended to dig more wells in east of Birjand basin for achieving better groundwater quality. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this paper is to design small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) financing model. The present research is distinct from other papers published on SMEs financing in that it identifies financing criteria using fuzzy screening (FC), considers the relations, and weighs these criteria using Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory model based on Analytic Network Process (DANP). Statistical population and sample included 23 senior experts of SMEs industries, senior managers of banks, and university professors familiar with the concepts of SMEs financing. The results indicated that 8 dimensions and 20 criteria were identified using FC and expert opinions. Moreover, the results of DANP method showed that attracting new members is the most important criterion of SMEs financing, and loan rate from procuration and proprietary sources of banks is ranked the second. The other criteria were also weighed and ranked. Considering the causal relationships of criteria showed that revaluation of assets is the most effective criterion, and bank loan growth rate is the most affected criterion in SMEs financing. The research findings can enhance decision making and decision taking in financial performance improvement, and experts can be provided with optimal financing practices so as to develop the economy of Iran and growth these enterprises. In this research, in order to allocate land for development of ecotourism, a multi criteria evaluation method based on analytical network process and fuzzy logic was used. The ecological criteria such as soil, climate, water resources, geology and physiographic, as well as socioeconomic criteria, such as land use, distance from road, distance from built-up areas, distance from sightseeing attractions, and distance from tourism facilities were identified and then quantified using fuzzy method. In order to generate a land use map, remotely sensed data of OLI land sat 8 dated was used. Field data were collected in 2015. Thereafter, the factors influencing the allocation of lands to ecotourism were ranked using analytical network process method. Finally, using a weighted linear combination (WLC) operator, all information layers were combined in a ArcGIS®10.1 environment, followed by preparation of the final map of the ecotourism development power. In order to carry out the accuracy assessment, 20% of homogeneous land units which were suitable for ecotourism were randomly selected. The result of field check proved that 94% of the identified land units were completely compatible with natural condition. The obtained results indicate that the ecological criteria account for 0.64 of the final weight in total, suggesting the greater involvement of ecological criteria in developing functionality for ecotourism. The results from the quantitative method (WLC) showed that 75.2% of the study area are capable for ecotourism purposes, although the degree of culpability is varied. The rest (24.8%) has no suitability for ecotourism. From the capable areas, about 30.32% are highly capable for different ecotourism purposes. Concomitant use of fuzzy logic and ANP method for prioritization of criteria provides a more logical and flexible condition for land evaluation based on WLC method. Manuscript profile

In this study, ecological conditions were investigated in five criteria; climatic, topography, geomorphology, soil and land use, with the defined sub-criteria in order to determine the most important factors in locating the capable dry farming lands and determining the priority areas for planting. Then a questionnaire was designed and completed by 10 experts to give score the criteria and sub-criteria. The results showed that among the main effective factors, the topography and the climate had the highest effects, respectively, with a weight of 0.43 and 0.26, and soil and land use factors are the next priorities. The geomorphologic factor has the lowest effect of 0.60 weights. After preparing the base maps, these layers and weights of the network analysis process model were combined together with GIS and the restore potential map was obtained in five classes. The results showed that 19165 hectares of low-yielding and abandoned dry-farming lands (35.32%) have the highest potential for restoration. The lowland area is 3445 hectares and 5.81 percent has very low potential. In general, according to the results, 75.54 percent of these lands have a medium to the high potential for restoration. This percentage represents higher capacity and efficiency of the region to range planting and rehabilitation of low yielding and abandoned dry-farming lands. Therefore, this method can be used in determining the most suitable dry-farming lands for restoration and forage planting and returning these lands to rangelands so that the success of the development projects of the dry-farming lands is further enhanced. The rapid advancement of technology in the present competitive environment has encouraged many organizations to expand their NPD activities across organizational boundaries. In recent years, the joint creation method has been used as one of the most successful and effective approaches to the development of competitive advantages, especially in large organizations. Suppliers and some of the leading international organizations are expanding their activities towards each other and in accordance with the literature of creation and value extraction for both sides jointly and simultaneously. Joint creation means the active participation of the supplier in some activities of the organization, one of the most fundamental principles of this emerging view.Contrary to previous research in this paper, in addition to a integrated look at the factors affecting the performance of the process of joint creation with suppliers, the relative value of each factor, taking into account their impact on each other, has been examined.for this purpose, firstly, main factors effecting of joint invention performance are identified. Then these factors classified and organized in a decision model. Because of hierarchical and mutual affects between the factors, analytical network process (ANP) model is proposed. Using the model, ranking of the factors achieved. The Delphi technique is used to identify the most important performance metrics and the ANP has been used to assess the priority of the criteria. The results show that R & D, production, supplier-related propulsion forces and end-of-life management have the most importance and poor status, and Provided some ways to improve them. Due to the deep changes in Contemporary societies and the transition from the traditional to the modern and postmodern societies, the old and pre-constructed identity has become a constructed thing that is constantly being restored; it has been influenced by a complex network of causal relationships in various physical, functional, social, semantic, and natural aspects. This is important in the place identity, especially in historical areas, due to drastic economic and physical changes, as these areas are in fact the most important identity element of cities. Thus, the historical district of Tehran is examined due to the double importance of the components of political economy that marginalize identity factors. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to determine the causal relationship and prioritize the components of spatial identity. In order to achieve this goal, first, 19 questionnaires were given to experts using purposeful and consecutive sampling method based on the logic of DAMATEL model in the form of a 32 * 32 matrix, the relationships between variables are determined and then The importance of each is determined by using the combined model of the DEMATEL and the Analytical Network process. The results show that the "social" criterion is the most important criterion, followed by the "semantic" and "physical" criteria. the indicators of "the degree of adaptation of space to climate", "the level of memorization of space", "the degree of visual appeal”, “the rate of occurrence of specific and unique events in space" are the most important indicators in the network. Nowadays increasing importance role of technology in economic performance improvement and business success is known by managers; therefore, in order to create sustainable competitive advantage in modern management studies technology investment is required. In This regard, technology planning is essential to ensure the right choices and key technology development. The purpose of this study is to practice a technology strategic planning framework in order to invest in technology with overall objectives and strategies. For this purpose, analytical network process (ANP) and sensitivity analysis have been used. Previous studies applied analytical hierarchy process. Since this method is not suitable for study of mutual relations between criteria and alternatives, we used analytical network process instead. Through this process, objectives, strategies and technology alternatives find meaningful relation with ; their role were identified by sensitivity analysis, and finally scenarios for decision making were created. The proposed model is implemented in Iran petrochemical industry and as a result, improvement, development , localization of technology , process of Olefin and Paraffin production, Polymer Nano composites , Polymer membranes and Membranous and Hybrid bioreactors, Polyethylene terephthalate , Methanol synthesis and acetic acid synthesis catalysts were identified as petrochemical industry technology priorities.
