The compiler of Nahj al-Balāgha, Sharif al-Radi (d. 406 AH), rarely mentioned his sources and most of the contents of this literary work are without mentioning the sources. Nevertheless, the efforts of several contemporary researchers have led to the identification of some sources of Nahj al-Balāgha. The seventy-seventh letter has one of the famous phrases and it is the advice of Imam Ali (a.s.) to Ibn Abbas when he was sent to talk with the Khawarij, which is often cited. In the source studies of Nahj al-Balagha, so far, only some sources have has been recognized, which all were written after al-Radi. The present study, while introducing other sources, first deals with the question of what was the source of Suyuti (d. 911 AH) and why did it was challenged by some researchers? This research shows that the Kitāb al-Ṭabaqāt al-Kabīr of Ibn Sa‘d (d. 230 AH) was most likely a direct or indirect source for Radi. Also, while examining the existing editions of the book and its defects, it is clear that the manuscripts of a part of the book have been unknown until now. So, it was not available to previous researchers and has been neglected. Due to the fact that there are doubts about the attribution of this text to Amir al-Mu’minin, this article has paved the way for further investigation of this issue by introducing the source of Letter 77. In this paper, we present a block version of incomplete LU preconditioner which is computed as the by-product of block A-biconjugation process. The pivot entries of this block preconditioner are one by one or two by two blocks. The L and U factors of this block preconditioner are computed separately. The block pivot selection of this preconditioner is inherited from one of the block versions of Gaussian elimination process. The main basis to propose such a block preconditioner is a connection between the Gaussian elimination process and the A-biconjugation algorithm. In the numerical experiment section, we have generated artificial linear systems. Then, we have computed the block and plain versions of this incomplete LU preconditioner. We have used these two preconditioners as the right preconditioner for linear systems. After that, the GMRES(50) method has been applied to solve the right preconditioned systems. The results indicate that the block preconditioner gives fewer number of iterations of GMRES(50) method than the plain version. Therefore, the block preconditioer has a better quality. . Cloned vaccines are used in many countries nowadays. One of the ways for cloning a virus is propagation of the virus on cell culture to obtain discrete different plaques in order to study their morphology and genetics. In this study monolayer Madin-Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cell cultures were prepared by standard method. Various dilutions of the viruses were inoculated into monolayer MDCK cell cultures that were supplemented with magnesium sulfate and trypsin, and over laid with agar medium. The viruses could reproduce on these cells and caused cytopathic effect and plaques. At 10-6 virus dilution, 6 various shape and size discrete plaques were obtained and inoculated into allantoic fluid 9-11 days embryonated eggs. After 48 hrs, the allantoic fluids contain plaques were harvested and their RNA extracted. Cleavage site of fusion protein, with RT-PCR test was performed and the PCR products were purified and sequenced. The sequences of nucleotides and amino acids for each plaque were compared with those of the registered strain at gene bank as well as with each other. Molecular studies showed that all plaques are lentogenic strain of Newcastle disease virus and has about 97% to 99% homology with the strain V4 in the gene bank. The aim of this study is produce clear plaque by V4 strain of NDV on MDCK cell line and studies the molecular variations among them. Manuscript profile

Necessity of Shiite interpretive heritage is clear for all. One way to express the vital Quranic learnings is to survey and analyze interpretations. Recognizing more than 100 interpreter in Fars interpretation schools during 15 centuries makes us familiar with Jalal e Din Shirazi (1877 - 1952) and Jalali Interpretation. The only manuscript of the mentioned interpretation belongs to Ahmadi Khaneghah Library in Shiraz. The present article discovers this interpretation’s criteria by analyzing the 19 vol. manuscript for the first time and the method is descriptive – analytical. It is remarkable to state that the reader of the interpretation initially finds the author a royalist but in fact the mentioned collection is the political status of the interpreter in Pahlavi era. The findings of the research show that the interpreter paid attention to Quran to Quran (comparison) method by citing traditions and considers the form of social and ethical framework for his interpretation in appearance but Jihadi – political framework in fact. The manuscripts of Me’rajiye, Talvihat and Favayed are three dissertations among the mystical and educational prose works of the Timurid period written by Mohammad Nourbakhsh. The prose style of the mentioned treatises is mostly technical since the author has employed more Arabic compounds , Ayas, haiths, literary devices such as rhyme, parallelism, derivations, synonyms, alliterations, paradoxes , allusion and similes. In the Meʼrajiye dissertation, the Miraj of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) was explained through a mystical method. Nourbakhsh Khorasani believed that holy prophet Mohammad travelled to Me’raj in an exemplary body. He also had observed everything in their exemplary shapes. There are 11 surviving copies of this manuscript preserved in the libraries of Iran. It is worth noting that Talvihat and Favayed are single-copy dissertations. The Talvihat concerns the position of prophets and, the differences and similarities between the Prophet and the saints, the erroneous beliefs of the superficial scholars and the common people about the prophets and the saints, unusual habits, the austerity of Indian yogis, the raising consciousness and love for the saints of God . The Favayed includes the influences of sin and oppression on humankind, the self-purification, appealing to the men of God, criticizing the extremist views of the superficial people on the boundaries of knowledge, facilities and possessions of the saints of God, the truth of astronomy and the descents of unseen world. Using a library, analytical and descriptive methods, this research briefly refers to the life of Seyyed Mohammad Nourbakhsh Khorasani and introduces the Me’rajiye, the Talvihat, and the Favayed dissertations. Anthologies are very important because of the variety of poems. As it is known, literary taste changes in every century, and poem that was popular at a time may not be much appreciated at another time. Certainly, these poems will be forgotten, and sometimes even the names of their poets are gradually forgotten. Anthology seems to be a safe place to preserve these poems and the names of their poets. Thus, by using them, one could find examples of poem from poets whose diwans have not been transcribed and have disappeared. This shows the importance of Anthologies. In addition to these advantages, manuscript anthologies have some drawbacks that need to be corrected so that researchers who refer to them do not go astray. Assigning of poem to a poet is of the things that an author may mistake. As in the book of Eskandar Mirza Timury, in a few cases, some poems mistakenly referred to other poets which we have discussed in this paper. In the present paper, we have examined the correctness of assigning poems in four sections. 1) Poems which is attributed to two different poets in the anthology 2) Two poems in the form of a MOSAMMAT whose components are quoted to eleven poets 3)  poems mistakenly attributed to others by the phrase of "again from him" 4) Poems that have been attributed to other poets in various sources. This can be figured out through the ongoing changes in his poetry. During his lifetime, his poetry attracted the attention of people in power, well-known poets, and biographers; however, throughout the course of time, his works are being gradually ignored. The manuscript of "Sollam Darajat" by Ibn Mashhadi, the author of the commentary of Kunz al-Daqiq, is one of the valuable sources in this field. Considering the evidences and followers of the two sects and the authenticity of the document and text of the four manuscript narrations in this chapter, it was proved by a descriptive-analytical method that regardless of the documents of the hadiths whose validity is not agreed upon by The scholars of the sects; The content of the narrations has a concise frequency, and has an authenticity. And it is known that Imamate is a divine covenant that was granted to Imam Ali and his holy children after the Messenger of God. And no individual, group or council can identify the Imam and Caliph after the Messenger of God or introduce an example for the Ahl al-Bayt of infallibility and purity; Even the Messenger of God and the previous Imam do not have the authority to appoint anyone as Imam; Because these examples have already been introduced by God and communicated to the Messenger of God . In this monolingual encyclopedic dictionary, Shir Khan Sour has explained about twenty thousand words, compositions and terms in Persian to Persian. Apart from the above lexical range and detailed scope of this work, in this culture, other basic features such as the use of known and unknown cultures of the past and the present, attention to the words and terms of masterpieces of Persian poetry, providing abundant Persian poetic evidence and Arabic, explanation of verses, the problem of Persian literature texts and quotations of commentators in the description of verses, translation of Arabic evidences, critical view of Persian cultures, etc. can be seen that has given a good comprehensiveness to this culture. Although the diversity of the interventions of this culture is its strong point, but sometimes it has caused mistakes while explaining the interventions, and the elimination of these mistakes requires a critical look at correcting this culture. Due to the great importance and neglect of this culture, the authors are correcting this precious work and will try to provide a worthy correction of this anonymous Persian language work soon with a critical look. Masnavi Mudat-nameh is one of the narrative stories written by a poet named Mir Muhammad Ismail bin Yusuf Abjadi, one of the 11th century Persian poets of India, in response to Khosrow and Shirin Nizami. This masnavi has never achieved the military Khumsah; However, the simplicity of the language, the fluency of the words, the attention to the meaning and theme, the use of literary arrays in moderation and the proper structure and texture of the words, have made the Masnavi of Maudt-nameh easy and understandable for the audience. Examining the unique manuscript of the work showed that the composer, in addition to paying attention to the appearance of the words, was not oblivious to the meaning and theme, and considered both verbal and meaningful aspects; Therefore, his poem is not one-dimensional and has linguistic, literary, semantic, etc. value. Since this system has remained unknown until now, the author decided to investigate and analyze the content and style of the work while introducing this work in this article. Manuscript profile

he aim of the present study was to examine the validity, reliability and factor structure of the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Functioning-Preschool Version (BRIEF-P; Teacher Form). Three hundred and ninety preschool children between ages two and five were selected using multistage random sampling from Mashhad in 2011-2012 academic year. The participants’ teachers completed the BRIEF-P. The reliability of the inventory was assessed by internal consistency and item-rest correlations. In order to investigate the validity of the inventory, factor analysis and concurrent validity were used. The Cronbach’s alpha and item-rest correlations indicated satisfactory reliability of the inventory and its subscales. Explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses indicated five factor (inhibition, shift, emotional control, working memory, and planning/organization) and three factor (inhibitory self-control, flexibility and metacognition) models. Moreover, convergent validity of the BRIEF-P (teacher form) with the CBCL was satisfactory. The findings suggested that the BRIEF-P(teacher form) may be a useful tool in assessing preschoolers’executive functioning and can be used in Iranian psychological research and clinical settings.     Manuscript profile

Abstract         The Mathnavi of Golshan Raz from Sheykh Mahmud Shabestary, in its smaller volume, is a treasure of Sufi wisdom and had attracted the attention of scholars and mystics since its composition. So far, up to 50 commentaries and translations have bee written about it. One of the most important descriptions of Golshan Raz is of Ne'matollah Nakhjavani known as Alevi Agh Shahri. This description is of great importance because of his enormous encirclement to the mystical themes and explanations of Sheikh Mahmud Shabestari thoughts. Two scripts have been found out from the description; the linear and stylistic features of these versions can play an important role in historiography and stylistics studies. The purpose of this article is to introduce the description of Ne'matollah Nakhjavani on Golshan Raz and its lightness in its characteristics. The author, with the use of simple and sensual passion, repeatedly refers to versed and hadiths ( traditions ) in confirming their interpretations, explaining mystical terms, using particular words and combinations. In this research, the "diagnostic validity of the working memory scale of the fifth version of the Wechsler IQ scale in preschool children with attention deficit disorder" has been discussed. The main question of the research is whether the fifth version of the Wechsler children's intelligence scale has diagnostic validity in preschool children with attention deficit disorder. The current research method is in the field of psychometric researchs, which is a subset of the methodological research method. The research population consists of all preschool children with attention deficit disorder, which were selected as the sample size using the available targeted sampling method of 120 preschool children with attention deficit disorder. The measurement Instrument in this research is the fifth version of Wechsler's intelligence scale for children, which has good validity and reliability. The statistical model used in this research to determine the diagnostic validity is the scatterplot method (Davis method) and the confidence interval method. Finally, the findings of the research showed that using the scatterplot method in the fifth edition of the "number capacity", "image capacity" and "number-letter sequence" tests have diagnostic validity. Also, by emphasizing the confidence interval method, working memory scale in diagnosing preschool children with attention deficit disorder has diagnostic validity and can distinguish preschool children with attention deficit disorder from other students. In this research, the "diagnostic validity of the third version of the Woodcock Johnson cognitive ability scale in students with learning disabilities in Hamedan city" has been discussed. The main question of the research was formulated as follows: Does the third version of Woodcock Johnson's cognitive ability scale have diagnostic validity in students with learning disabilities in Hamedan city? The current research method is in the field of psychometric studies, which is a subset of the methodological research method. The population of this research consists of all the male and female students with learning disabilities who received special educational and therapeutic services in the fifth and sixth grades of non-governmental centers for special learning difficulties in Hamedan city in the academic year of 2013-2013. By using the purposeful sampling method and using the simple random sampling method, 60 students were selected as a sample. The measurement tool in this research is the new third version of Woodcock-Johnson's cognitive abilities, which have good validity and reliability. The statistical model used in the current research to determine the diagnostic validity is the scatter plot method (Davis method) and the confidence interval method. The results of the research showed that with the method of scatter plot points, verbal comprehension tests, spatial relations, sound composition, concept formation, visual adaptation, number inversion, incomplete words and active listening memory and with the confidence interval method of tests Verbal comprehension, visual-auditory learning, visual adaptation and incomplete words have diagnostic validity. Finally, it can be concluded considering that the tests of verbal comprehension, visual adaptation and incomplete words have been shown to have diagnostic validity by both methods, therefore, from the three mentioned tests, He used normal students to identify learning disabled students. In the present Research, the psychometric properties of the third version of the system of assessment of children's behavior in students with learning disabilities were discussed. The main question was thus elaborated on whether the third version of the system for measuring children's behavior in students with learning disabilities characterized by Is it desirable to have a psychometric measurement? The present research is in the field of psychometric planning. The present Research population is comprised of all students with learning disabilities who have referred to Tehran's learning disability centers. Therefore, 120 samples were selected as sample through a targeted sampling method. The third version of the child's behavior assessment system, which has a valid and reliable validity in the original version, was selected. Finally, the results of the research showed that the third version of the child's behavior assessment system using two alpha-Cronbach methods and Spilit-halph with Spearman-Brown correction was used to examine the validity coefficients of the coefficients of 0.84 and 0.83 Which indicates that the internal consistency is desirable; also, the coefficient of stability in the present Research is 0.83 which indicates the repeatability of the Instrument. Finally, in order to verify the validity of the construct, confirmatory factor analysis was used and it was determined that the share of factor loading is the third version of the child behavior assessment system 67/03 and, given that it is more than 40%, it is stated that The third version of the children's behavior assessment system for emotional and behavioral screening is appropriate for students with learning disabilities and the questions of the Instrument can be used to screen the emotional and behavioral patterns of students with learning disabilities. Also, in accordance with the concurrent criterion, the correlation between the emotional and behavioral screening system with the Rutter behavioral disorder questionnaire was used and the correlation coefficient was 0.60 which indicates that the criterion validity is of the same type. Din Dabireh has been recognized as the primary book inscription in ancient Iran which was also the language of Avesta. In the First Dari Farsi texts some evidence were Found proving that there were some certain rules for the book and book inscription.      Some of historical documents reveal that there had been many large and precious libraries in Iran in the First centuries after Islam, such as saheb Ebn Ebad's library, Jahez's library, Elmol Hoda's library, Rashid Vatvat's library, Noah Ebn Mansour's library and also the library of military school in Neishabour, and Baghdad.      Therefore, index writing is also as important as book and book writing.  We can name Alfehrest or Fehrestoloom by Ebn olNadim Baghdadi as an example Which has been Known in Europ Since  Century.
