        Introduction: Organizations using business excellence model, compare their performance with the others and emulate the best practices of successful organizations in order to provide continuous improvement of performance. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of organizational excellence has been implemented on the performance of hospitals. Methods: Research method is surveying descriptive. Statistical society (population) are total counted and contains 50 individuals of top and middle managers of “Sh. Chamran” and “Dr. Shariati” hospitals. Data are processed by Rev. 18 of SPSS software. Quantitative data are reported as standard deviation (±) and qualitative mean data as quantity (%). Two sample T-test was used to compare other quantitative variables and statistical significance level was considered 0.5% for tests. Results: In statistical analysis, management commitment dimension with mean and standard deviation 57.87±16.01 had maximum, and improvement in hospital results with mean and standard deviation 51.16±17.41 had minimum scores. There was a statistical significant association (P<0.001) between self assessment total scores taken from organizational excellence model and operation of two hospitals (Shariati and Chamran) Conclusion: Considering results of this study show that accomplished organizational excellence model has a positive and major effect on hospital operation; so some suggestions were recommended to population executives.         Introduction: In 1995 the guideline of the new system of hospitals (fee for service) was notified. According to this scheme a percentage of revenues as a fee for its personnel would be assigned a dedicated hospital. This scheme was implemented in hospitals for 20 years. In the early September 2104 new guidelines as design performance-based fee for service plan with the aim deficiencies in the previous plan was reviewed and implemented in hospitals in Isfahan. So study was to the survey weaknesses performance-based scheme in selected teaching hospitals of Isfahan 2014. Methods: This study was a qualitative study. In-depth interviews were used to collect data. Eleven samples of middle managers and senior headquarters, university hospitals and some faculty members and hospital officials frequently were chosen method.All interviews were recorded and then written on paper. The duration of the interviews varied between 30 to 60 minutes. Data analysis in this research was based on thematic analysis. Results: In this study, based on a thematic framework analysis done6 sub-theme and 3 main topics were extracted. The three main issues are: Policy formulation, delays in the notification procedure and bed and prepare the infrastructure. Conclusion: The results weaknesses performance-based scheme is represented (new guideline fee for service plan). Accordingly, in order to be more efficient health system weaknesses should be assessed as well as performance-based plan with such weaknesses can be overcome with the implementation of the new plan the satisfaction is high doctors and staff are provided.         This study aims to study the position of Saderat Bank Brand, Sepah, Mellat, Melli, Parsian, Eghtesad Novin, and Tejarat banks in attracting legal customers – manufacturing units. The study used a mixed/combined methodology. The positioning process and the perceptual map technique were applied. The population included senior managers and financial executives of manufacturing units in Sothern Khorasan Province, for which the data was gathered through surveying their opinions due to their limited number (fewer than 40). The focus group technique and the questionnaires were used at two times to collect the data. Analyses were done by analytic hierarchy process technique and non-parametrical statistics, clomograph and Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney tests. The results indicate that Saderat Bank and Mellat Bank have the best position in terms of processes for the provision of manufacturing units with finance, the ease of processes for providing letter of guarantee and LC, and the provision of letter of guarantee and LC. Besides, Saderat Bank enjoyed the second rank – after Mellat Bank – on the minds of customers in this section of the market with regard to the negotiation and consultation services, and interaction between bank's managers and the senior managers of manufacturing units.         Background and Objective: Many organizations are implementing environmental protection strategies in response to the conditions and demands of today's world. This study aims to identify and evaluate how sustainable and green human resources can be used for competitive advantage in the oil industry. Material and Methodology: Research in the present study has a quantitative-qualitative approach in terms of its purpose and data collection methodology. In the field of organizational sustainability, written materials and electronic resources have been used purposefully to collect information. In the qualitative part, it was done purposefully and non-randomly through semi-structured interviews, and in the quantitative part, it was done using simple random sampling and a questionnaire. Based on the structural equation model, hypotheses were tested with SMART-PLS software. Findings: the result of running SMARTPLS final model According to the results obtained from the software, it can be acknowledged that the dimensions of senior management, employees and the organization have a positive and significant effect on the green performance of the organization and ultimately have a positive effect on gaining a competitive advantage. The path coefficient values in the model for the components of the organization are 0.504, employees are 0.286, and senior management is 0.191 percent, which directly explains the changes related to the sustainable and green organizational performance variable of 0.431. The results show that among the main indicators of the research, human resources (with path coefficient: 0.386) has the greatest impact on the green performance of the organization. Also, the impact of the organization's green performance on competitive advantage (with a path coefficient of 0.437) is significant. Discussion and Conclusion: Results have shown that the environmental performance of the organization is influenced by the staff, senior management, and stakeholders, and thus affects its competitive advantage. In order to implement green strategies successfully in polluting industries, especially in oil refining, senior managers will need to focus on the intangible assets of their investment organizations to leverage the creativity of their employees.         Nowadays, information technology and its evolution have turned into one of the most important strategic elements of organization. Senior managers of organization have effective role in the organization's function thanks to their decisions. Organizations need different instruments for getting access to updated information. One of these instruments is executive information systems the use of which depends on different factors. This study aims to examine indices related to the application of information system in terms of   the effective factors which are important in the use of EIS in the following 3 groups: Technological, Organizational and Environmental. These in docs will be ranked. The statistical population of this research included senior, middle and operational managers and information technology department's experts in AlborzDarou Pharmaceutical Company. A questionnaire tool developed by researcher was used for data gathering. Research finding based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) indicted that the  following factors have sequentially effective role in utilization of this system: 1) Technological factors: User Technical-Support, IS Competency, IS Structure, IS Facilities; 2) Organizational factors: Top Management Support, Functional Integration, Firm Size, Information Intensity; 3) Environmental Factors: Environmental uncertainty, External Pressure.         The purpose of the present study is to present a multi-index fuzzy multi-index combinational model for identifying dimensions and indicators of behavioral behavior of senior managers of Mashkan banks in Tehran's branches using Delphi technique and weighting and prioritizing dimensions and indicators using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process. The statistical population consists of 20 senior managers of Mashkan Bank with at least 10 years of executive and managerial experience. In order to have appropriate tools for assessing the importance of the dimensions and dimensions of political behavior, after studying the articles and researches of past researchers about the dimensions and indices of effective and with a fuzzy Delphi technique were extracted. Using the triangular fuzzy spectrum of the clock, the pairwise matrix of the key factors was evaluated by the experts. Then, using Chang's fuzzy hierarchical process technique, we investigated the dimensions of the research. The results of the weighting on the dimensions of political behavior of senior managers of Maskan Bank with the process of fuzzy hierarchy analysis showed that the dimension of the job attitudes first rank and the dimensions of the work outcomes, organizational dimensions and the dimension of the personal characteristics of the second to fourth rank.         Background and purpose: The key position and new roles of human resources management in order to achieve the country's organizational goals have not properly identified and this has caused many problems in organizations and companies. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the roles of human resources management in realizing the organization's goals from the perspective of senior managers of Iranian companies.Research method: This applied research conducted by thematic analysis method. The studied community included nine experts familiar with the subject who selected purposefully. In this research, semi-structured interviews of experts used to collect data, and MAXQDA software used to analyze the obtained qualitative data.Findings: The findings of this study identified five overarching themes, which include improving the organization, improving the leadership style of senior managers, improving the leadership style of line managers, creating an active role in employees, and identifying the restructuring of the human resources unit.Conclusion: Every organization can take an effective path in achieving its goals by knowing the roles of human resource management and implementing these roles. Green management of human resources and the supply chain are important issues in management. Greening the entire organization is a program for the organization, and the success of organizational programs requires a commitment of top management. Therefore, in this study, we seek to examine the green relationship between human resource management and supply chain management along with the role of moderating the commitment of the organization's senior management. The present study is a descriptive research with applied objectives and according to the study of the relationships between several variables of correlation type. A questionnaire was used to collect information. The statistical population of the furniture industry is the random sample size of 170. The data collected and tested the hypotheses were analyzed based on structural modeling by SPSS and PLS. The results showed that the five variables of green human resource management including development and training, empowerment, pay and rewards, performance management and recruitment have a positive effect on green supply chain management and the commitment of top managers moderates these effects.         The purpose of this study is to construct and validate a questionnaire to improve the growth model of senior managers in the Iranian telecommunications industry. The research method is applied in two stages of designing and validating the questionnaire. Semi-structured interviews with 17 industry and university experts were used to collect the data needed to design the questionnaire. Validation of the questionnaire was performed using expert evaluation technique in two methods: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative method and in the direction of face validation, the questionnaire was provided to the experts and the results show that the questions posed in the questionnaire have an acceptable status in terms of three indicators of "relevance, clarity and simplicity".The tool content validity ratio (CVR) index was used to evaluate the content validity. The results showed that out of a total of 100 designed indicators, 26 indicators were removed and the remaining 74 indicators in the questionnaire were approved in 5 dimensions related to individual maturity, organizational maturity, educational maturity, research maturity and professional maturity. Enhancing the growth of senior managers in Iran's telecommunications industry. The internal consistency coefficient was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire and the test-retest method was used to evaluate the degree of stability in reliability and the intra-cluster correlation index was calculated. ‌ (0.895) indicates the stability of reliability and high repeatability of the questionnaire.         Decision-making is considered one of the most central processes in organizations and is considered as the main task of managers at all levels. All management activities revolve around decision-making, because managers perform their duties including planning, organizing, directing and controlling; They should be involved in the continuous decision-making process. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between lifestyle dimensions and decision-making by senior cultural managers of Fars. The current research is a correlational survey from the point of view of practical purpose and the method of data collection. The statistical population of the present study was 220 senior executives of Fars province, the sampling method was random and the sample size was determined through Cochran's formula to 141. In order to collect the desired information and measure the research variables, a standard questionnaire was used. The validity of the measuring instrument was confirmed by content and its reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. After making the necessary coordination with the relevant officials, the questionnaire was referred to the managers completely randomly and while explaining the type and the purpose of the study, the questionnaire was delivered for completion. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 26 was used to analyze the data. A p-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results of the analysis of the findings showed that lifestyle has a significant relationship with the decision-making of executive cultural managers. Religious lifestyle had the highest correlation with managers' decision-making. The aim of this study was to identify the elements and components of the pattern of factors affecting the voluntary resignation of senior managers of Iran's automotive industry. This research was of qualitative type that content analysis method was used. The statistical population of the present study included senior managers of the automotive industry who were selected by purposive sampling method and 18 people were selected for interview until reaching the data saturation point.
