This study conducted during the covid-19 epidemic indicate that exposure to nature is considered effective in reducing stress, mental-emotional well-being and, more generally, in improving people's psychological performance. In other words, people who were exposed to open green spaces during the epidemic had better psychological performance than others. The young elderly, who are a special group of the society, are not separated from this category and have had more problems than other groups of the society due to being quarantined and separated from other people. On the other hand, Iranian historical gardens are considered part of the cultural-historical identity of the people, and considering the problems created in this era, they can be used as a place for the presence of the young elderly, so that an effective step can be taken in establishing their peace. The purpose of this article is to present an evaluation between the opinions of young elderly people and experts regarding the dimensions of presence of young elderly people in urban environments. Therefore, at first, through the fuzzy Delphi method, the effective components in the attendance of the elderly in three physical, semantic and social dimensions were selected in Iranian healing gardens, and then they were evaluated using the EHP method. The results indicate that there are differences between the views of these two groups regarding the components of attendance of the young elderly. The experts consider "the components of the physical dimension, the components of the semantic dimension and then the components of the social dimension" to be effective in the attendance of young elderly people to Iranian gardens (during the Covid-19 pandemic). This is despite the fact that elderly people have considered "semantic dimension components, social components and then physical dimension components to be effective in attendance" respectively. Purpose: This research examines the relationship between conditional and unconditional conservative reporting and performance (stock performance, excess performance, abnormal performance) of companies in the capital market during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This research is descriptive in nature and applied in terms of purpose. Since the variables in this study are analyzed through historical data, it falls into the category of descriptive and post-event studies. This research involved formulating two sets of hypotheses and selecting 110 companies through a comprehensive population screening for an 8-year period from 2014 to 2021. The research variables were collected and analyzed using EViews 10 statistical software. Findings: The results of the first set of hypotheses suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic weakens the relationship between conditional conservative reporting linked to news and the stock performance of companies but strengthens excess performance and abnormal performance. The results of the second set of hypotheses indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic strengthens the relationship between unconditional conservative reporting, independent of news, and stock performance of companies but has no impact on excess performance and abnormal performance. Originality: This is the first study in Iran to investigate the relationship between different types of conservative reporting by companies and stock performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, this research expands the literature on the relationship between conservatism and stock performance. Manuscript profile

Purpose: The spread of the corona virus has led to negative reactions of financial markets in different countries and the fall of indices. The purpose of this research is to investigate the stock price index in selected groups of the capital market in Iran in this period and provide a model to predict the index.Method: In this research, using the panel data regression method using Arch. GARCH has been used to investigate the stock price index in twelve selected groups of stocks with twelve different hypotheses in 189 companies in a two-year period (2008-2018).Findings: The results showed that Corona has a negative and significant impact on the price index of all groups except the pharmaceutical group. Also, vaccination has had a negative and significant effect on the price index of most groups. However, this factor did not have a significant effect on transport, communication devices, multi-field holdings, basic metals, and also technical engineering services ultimately. This means that the spread of this disease and its results, such as the number of deaths, have had major consequences on the return of the capital market in Iran. Manuscript profile

By applying the restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, it seems that changes in the concentrations of pollutants CO, O3, NO, NO2, SO2, PM2.5, PM10 and AQI can be seen in the periods before and after the epidemic. Therefore, the changes of air pollutants and traffic restrictions are investigated as one of the sub-categories of environmental indicators of sustainable urban development in the period of 2018/01/21 to 2022/03/20 in the stations under the supervision of Tehran city. First, the data is collected, processed and cleaned. Machine learning methods including decision tree, random forest, support vector machine, Bayesian network and perceptron neural network are applied to select the effective features using the particle swarm optimization method. Investigations showed that the prediction model using decision tree and random forest had the best performance for both precision and recall criteria. The results of the research showed that the concentration of pollutants in the period of Covid-19 compared to before, is increased in some stations and decreased in others, and also the application of traffic restrictions during the epidemic did not have a significant and noticeable effect in reducing the concentration of air pollutants. Also, by examining the trend of deaths during the epidemic period, it was found that the decrease or increase of pollutants has no significant relationship with the trend of deaths caused by Covid-19. The spread of the Covid-19 virus at the end of 1398 and many damages it caused to individuals is an important issue that requires a special examination about the role and extent of the government's fault in the spread of this disease. In the current research, an attempt has been made to investigate the literature of Shia jurisprudence and internal law, with a look to international law, the different dimensions of the government's civil responsibility due to the fault in the spread of the disease of Covid-19 and the extent of the government's responsibility in compensating the damages caused by the fault of the government in the spread of this virus. The following article, in a descriptive and analytical method by using the documents and library resources, while explaining the covid-19 and the government's responsibility, examines the civil responsibility of the government, its scope and method of compensation caused by the government's fault in the spread of the covid-19 virus. Examining the Shia jurisprudence sources and internal law, shows that there are several foundations and documents for the civil responsibility of the government, due to the fault in the spread of the corona virus and regarding the extent of the government's responsibility, considering the lack of separation between administrative and sovereign acts for the government in Jurisprudence, contrary to internal laws, while occupying government’s fault and damages caused by the government's fault about the victims of the Covid-19 virus, the rule of fairness is that each of the government and the injured victims are responsible to the extent of their fault and If none of them are guilty, the compensation is from the treasury. The aim of this study was The Effectiveness of Virtual Happiness Training With a choice Theory on Hope and Anxiety Covid-19 of Female Teachers in Coronavirus Epidemic. This study was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design and control group. The statistical population included female teachers with Covid-19 anxiety in Ardakan in 1399. By voluntary sampling method, 20 people were selected as a sample and randomly replaced in two groups of 10 experimental and control. Participants answered the virtual questionnaires of coronary heart disease Alipour et al (2020) and Omid Snyder (1991) in the pre-test, post-test stages. The intervention group received the Virtual Happiness Training based on Selection Theory in 8 one-hour sessions and two sessions per week, while the control group didn’t receive any intervention during the study. Research data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance at the significance level of 0.05. The results showed that in the post-test group, the mean scores of Covid-19 anxiety were significantly reduced (p < 0.001) and the mean scores of hope were significantly increased (p < 0.001). It is suggested that the effect of virtual happiness education based on choice theory be considered as an effective intervention method in reducing Covid-19 anxiety and improving hope. The Covid-19 pandemic has negatively affected the world economy, especially the crude oil industry, due to the decrease in crude oil demand, quarantine, and uncertainty related to the global economic recession, and at the same time, the price war between Saudi Arabia and Russian. In this study, using weekly data from March 2020 to September 2021, which coincides with the outbreak of the Covid-19 disease in the world, the asymmetric effects of crude oil price changes on Iran's capital market will be investigated. To check the assumptions of this research and verify the long-term nonlinear relationships, the boundary test approach is used and the long-term and short-term asymmetric coefficients are estimated simultaneously with the NARDL_ECM model. Also, the rate of government treasury bonds, the number of confirmed cases and the value of retail transactions have been used as control variables. The results show that the positive oil price changes have a stronger significant positive effect on the Iranian capital market than the negative changes. This point shows that when the global crude oil is increasing, buying shares can be profitable for market participants. In addition, due to the weak and insignificant correlation of the capital market with the negative oil price changes, when the price is falling due to unforeseen events such as the epidemic of Covid-19, market participants should avoid excitement and negative emotions in selling shares. The main goal of the present study was to determine the relationship between mentalization and grief experience during the Covid-19 pandemic. The moderator role of age and sex was investigated in the relationship between mentalization and the grief experience. For this purpose, 200 Iranian adolescent, adult and middle-aged men and women who had lost a family member or acquaintance during the epidemic period were selected using the available sampling method and completed the grief experience questionnaire (Mehdipour et al., 2009) and the reflective functioning questionnaire (Fonagy et al., 2016). Data analysis was done by calculating Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results showed a significant positive relationship between RFQc and the grief experience. There was a significant negative relationship between RFQu and the grief experience. The relationship between RFQc and the grief experience, and RFQu and the grief experience didn’t depend on age and sex. According to the results of the research, mentalization during the grief experience can act as a protective factor. It is recommended to use mentalization in designing appropriate interveining approaches during the grief experience. Manuscript profile
