        AbstractThe purpose of this study is to explain the main processes of balanced strategic management in the national media. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative data type. The statistical population of the study consisted of academic experts and senior managers of the media industries. The sample consisted 30 persons that was selected using purposeful sampling method and saturation principle. In this study, the librarian method and semi-structured interview were used to collect data. Interview with the experts revealed that the interview was valid, and a reliability between the two coders as a reliablity method was used to calculate the reliability that revealed the interview was valid. The data were analyzed through content analysis and coding. The results of factor analysis show that among the 76 existing indicators, four main components can be identified: rebuilding the value chain system, audience-oriented knowledge management, innovation and interaction with the audiences.         The purpose of this study was to identify the antecedents and consequences of policy making in the national media based on new strategic management that is purposeful, practical and in terms of information gathering as a component of mixed research. The statistical population of the study consisted of scientific and experimental experts in the field of media who were selected by purposeful sampling method and saturation principle of 30 individuals. The statistical population is in the quantitative section of the Islamic Republic of Iran managers and experts, which is estimated based on Cochran formula of 246 people. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by means of the variance mean and the validity of the variance by the root calculation. Its reliability was obtained through Cronbach's alpha of 0.968. Data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha, AVE, AVE root matrix, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, confirmatory factor analysis, and one-sample t-test. The results resulted in the identification of 18 components and 70 indicators, including 14 components as antecedents including education, message, system and method, cohesion, format and structure, knowledge management, technology, personality traits, trust, financial resources, Human resources (intellectual capital), communication, strategic learning and strategic thinking, and the four components of output, including culture, audience attraction, creativity and change management, are influenced by the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on modern strategic management.In addition, a research model consisting of effective antecedents and consequences for policy making based on modern strategic management was presented Manuscript profile

        مدیریت استراتژیک مجموعه تصمیم­ها و اقدامات مدیریتی است که عملکرد بلندمدت یک شرکت را تعیین میکند و هدایت و کنترل سازمان به نحوی که بتواند واکنش مناسب و سریع در برابر تغییرات محیطی(درونی یا بیرونی) نشان دهد را برقرار می­سازد. به­عبارتی مدیریت استراتژیک بر نظارت و ارزیابی فرصت­ها و تهدیدهای خارجی در سایه توجه به نقاط قوت و ضعف یک شرکت تاکید دارد. با توجه به پیچیده شدن تصمیمات سازمانی، لزوم استفاده از برنامه­ریزی استراتژیک احساس می‌شود. آنچه که مسلم است بخش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی به دلیل داشتن نقش حیاتی در تأمین غذای مورد نیاز کشور و تحقق امنیت غذایی یکی از مهم­ترین بخش‌های اقتصادی کشور محسوب می‌شود. باتوجه به ظرفیت­های این بخش تدوین استراتژی بخش کشاورزی برای استفاده بهینه از پتانسیل­ها روزافزون می‌­باشد. این پژوهش به دنبال تعیین استراتژی­های مناسب برای شرکت کشت و صنعت اشراق می­باشد. در این پژوهش استراتژی­های بخش کشاورزی و دامداری به­طور هم­ زمان تعیین می­شوند.به­ منظور تعیین استراتژی­های مناسب ابزار SWOT بکار گرفته شده­ است. از بین استراتژی­های انتخابی درنهایت پس از ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام استراتژیک به روش SPACE با استفاده از ابزار QSPM استراتژی­های تعیین شده براساس اولویت و اهمیت مرتب شدند که به ترتیب پرورش دام سبک و طیور و آبزیان، احداث کارخانه لبنیات و تولید ارزش افزوده، توسعه واحد گاو شیری موجود و افزایش تولید شیر و گوشت و تغییر کاربری اراضی کشاورزی به باغی می­باشند.  Manuscript profile

        Abstract Bakground and purpose: Today, for development, organizations should be able to adapt, resist and have agile human resources against the challenges of their advancement. Hence familiarity with the fundamental concepts of strategic management of agile human resources and its development is important for organizations. The purpose of this research is to provide a conceptual model of strategic management of agile human resources with a hybrid approach. Research method: In the current research, a meta-composite qualitative method was used in order to systematically review the findings of the studies conducted in this regard. The data collection tool was the documents available in this field in reliable scientific databases in the period from 1999 to 2023 and included 20 studies. The method of data analysis was open coding. In this research, 226 codes were identified and then the identified codes were categorized and combined based on the degree of conceptual similarity. Findings: The findings showed that the factors affecting the strategic management of agile human resources include five dimensions of organizational factors, communication factors, knowledge factors, cultural factors and human factors, which finally drew the research pattern. Conclusion: Due to their nature, human resources in organizations should have a high level of capabilities in the field of strategic management in order to meet the long-term goals of organizations. For this reason, it is necessary for managers to pay attention to the factors influencing the strategic management of agile human resources. Manuscript profile

        Given the current business environment, one of the main challenges in corporates is how to manage their businesses portfolio strategically. On this basis, and given the criticisms of existing corporate portfolio management (CPM) models, the purpose of this study provide a model for effective portfolio management in corporate. This research is inductive approach and qualitative method and classic grounded theory strategy was used. Semi-structured interviews to collect data and using theoretical sampling with 22 experts were interviewed in the 13 corporate. Coding and analysis of the interviews led to the formation of the concept of "ambidextrous portfolio" as the core category of the study. The findings led to the formation of two matrix "Capability" and "Requirement” for analysis the SBU. Using the output and the dimensions of the two matrices, "Balancing Matrix" was formed on the basis of the logic underlying ambidexterity. This matrix divided SBUs to four category and corporate decisions will be different for each group.         Natural resources management as a complex ecosystem with diverse stakeholders faces many challenges. Due to the varying and often contradictory interests, livelihood dependence of local communities and changes in ecologic, social,economic and political conditions, re-establishment of management approaches seems inevitable. The purpose of this study was to develop management strategies to improve and enhance the natural resources management using strategic planning framework. Both descriptive and analytical approaches, library survey,interview and questionnaire were used for collection and analyzing data. Stakeholders including administrative-political experts, technical experts of the natural resources office, representatives of local communities and NGOs, experts of research center and university professors participated in this research. Following development of a mission statement and internal (IFE) and external factor evaluation (EFE), Internal-External matrix showed that the natural resources management of the county was located in the defensive position. Regarding that,the SWOT matrix was developed to identify appropriate strategies mainly considering weaknesses and threats (WT) which resulted in formulating six strategies for management of natural resources. Evaluation of the strategies attractiveness using quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) indicated that “institutionalizing the participation of stakeholders in decision-making and planning” and “Carrying out programs, plans and projects according to the instructions of the General Administration'' (i.e.business as usual) are of the highest and lowest priority respectively. Based on the results, the current management approach of the county’s natural resources is not accepted by stakeholders and change towards benefit from participation of stakeholders, especially local communities, improvement of the internal features of natural resources and strengthening interorganizational communications is required.         Family businesses are a growing and very important form of business in the economy of societies, whose future and survival depend on the proper implementation of the succession process and encouraging children to play a role in these businesses. In this regard, the present study has conducted with the purpose of conceptualizing the conditions of family businesses and also identifying the role of the next generations in its development, and for this purpose, a qualitative study was put on the researcher's agenda and the number of 7 managers and owners of one of the family businesses in Tehran city, were examined and studied as research participants using the case study method. The findings of the research indicate that currently, 4 main topics, which have been mentioned as the main themes of the current research, can help to strengthen the role of children in the family business, these themes are: strategic management, business strategies, business transfer and business characteristics. It should be noted that the mentioned cases can provide the necessary ground for participation and play a more and more effective role of children in managing family businesses and maintaining their survival, and thus, upgrade, the competitiveness of family businesses in today's competitive markets.
