This article attempts to investigate the first major dramatic work of Suzan-Lori Parks from a new angle in suggesting the writer, like the Persian Shahrzad story-teller with interwoven stories/plays, narrates, through a Parksian labyrinthine folding structure, the lost history of African subordinated and discarded by History. Having a Deleuzo-baroquean perspective, this study explores the imperceptible or less-known aspects of her drama that have been muted throughout the White mythological historicism. She portrays, on her neo-baroquean canvas, an amalgamation of myth, music, and performance, while her figures, dis-figured by the dominant discourse, become the schizophrenic bodies that subvert the ruling system in a rhizomatic manner. Moreover, her polyphonic lines of flight in the form of Jazz syncopation, contrapuntally, recite the saga of African-American oppressions. In the end, it is concluded that Parks, as a female African-American playwright, has distinguished her dramatic works from her contemporaneous by designating the Deleuzo-baroquean plateau in her first play, a tool for subverting and undermining the dominant discourse, in the trajectory of Shahrzad's flight to save her dramatic life. Educational experts posit that technology-based experiences can augment students’ academic performance and foster their critical thinking ability. In this study, the efficacy of human-mediated and non-human-mediated environments was compared in terms of Kolb’s experiential learning cycle, concerning the critical thinking, reading comprehension, and vocabulary development of young English language learners. Over a period of four months, two groups of 60 learners (30 in each group) were exposed to mediation via two modalities: teacher-made and computer-made mediators. Pre-tests and post-tests were deployed to gauge learners’ progress in critical thinking, reading comprehension, and vocabulary development. The findings evinced those learners who received technology-mediated instruction outperformed the teacher-mediated group in terms of critical thinking, vocabulary development, and reading comprehension. It is evident that learners who interacted with a computer mediator trumped those who interacted with a human-made mediator, i.e., the teacher. This could be attributed to the alluring features of non-human mediators (technology), which are evidently more compelling than their human counterparts. Manuscript profile

Mohammad Ali Jamalzadeh Esfahani is one of the famous writers who has always criticized Iran's political situation in his works with humor. In this article, the authors try to use the comparative method of Jamalzadeh's two works with the titles "Farsi Shekar ast" and "Rajale Siasi" by using political satire and answer this main question: "How and in what concepts have categorized the conflict between tradition and modernity by Jamalzadeh in the two stories of the Farsi Shekar ast and Rajole Siasi?" The hypothesis of the article emphasizes that these two works of Jamalzadeh are mainly based on humor and critical discourse, with the aim of correcting the chaotic political, social, and cultural situation of his society. The findings showed that Jamalzadeh's story "Farsi Shekar ast" has four macro institutional concepts of tyranny and corruption; the politicization of Iranian society shows the deep class divide and the dialectic of imported culture and traditional identity. But in the story of "Rajole Siasi", Jamalzadeh examines the society of Iran in certain times and conditions and refers to the fate of the people falling into the hands of those who have no expertise at all. In this regard, politics as wealth and prosperity, lack of meritocracy, political vulgarization, lack of understanding of political issues and lack of expertise, instability of the masses in the form of "political atmosphere, political encouragement and false heroization and political lobbying are the most important things that Jamalzadeh mentioned. The recognition of business methods of a society is known as one of the different approaches to gain an accurate knowledge of that society and the individual and social lives of the people. Since the Teimurid era has been a vaguely understood era throughout the history in Iran, the present research is going to investigate about the introduction of occupations and professions in the Teimurid’s era through collecting the data using a library study method utilizing a descriptive research method to probe and recognize the existence of different jobs within the Teimurid era looking through different poems composed in that historical period. We have done the current study to recognize which occupations and posts were present in the Teimurid’s era through which Teimur tried to revive the business movement and expanded the different businesses. Then, we have tried to acknowledge the readers about the different posts, vocabularies and expressions related with different jobs mentioned in the poems composed within the Teimurid’s era. We would like to investigate and analyze how these expressions and hints were referred to by the different poets and enlighten the readers about literary works in Persian specifically in the Teimurid’s era. Findings showed that there have been different governmental, industrial, and business occupations and services in that era. Some of these occupations and professions are extinct now and some have been changed into other similar jobs. The poets of this era have utilized many vocabularies and expressions related with different occupations and professions in order to achieve several goals such as literary creativeness, inspiration of artistic thoughts, and the creation of novel concepts. Postmodernism is the third period in the history of human thought. In this period, which spans the end of the 19th century to today, the creation of reality replaces the discovery of reality. Many contemporary story writers in Iran have also written this story style under the influence of the works of the postmodern writers of the West. One of these writers is Sara Salar, who introduced her art as a post-modern writer in the novel "Hast Ya Nist" with elements such as denial of truth, skepticism, uncertainty, contradiction, giving originality to the reader's mind and passing the time while listing the postmodern elements in the novel or not. This research tries to provide a reasoned answer to this question:" Which postmodern elements did Sara Salar use more in this novel?" And what is her place among postmodern storytellers? In this research, the authors specifically defined the characteristics of postmodern stories and their categories using the analytical descriptive method, and the findings of the study showed that the change of perspective and uncertainty are the most important features of postmodernism in this novel. Political satire is one of the types of critical literature that is expressed as a practical weapon for intellectuals of the society with the aim of reform and transformation. This is while political satire rejects any kind of violence and coercion. In other words, political satire is the ability to show some shortcomings that are appropriate to politics, which are expressed in a funny way, with the aim of correcting the prevailing conditions in the society. Although this method has long been seen in many literary works, without a doubt, the constitutional era can be considered as the evolved period of political satire in the history of Iranian literature. Writers and poets of good taste appeared in the context of the developments of this period and the present era and became the eloquent language of their countrymen, among which we can mention Roya Sadr. Sadr is a renowned researcher and writer in the field of humor and has presented his impressive works, among which are "Khabarnameh Mahramaneh", "H, Mesle Tafahom", "Bardasht Akhar" "Shab haye Kush-Adasi" and the satirical blog of Roya Sadr's "Bibi Gol" which are full of political satire. In this research, which has been collected in the way of documents, after defining humor and its infrastructures, the methods of this art are explained in the mentioned works. The findings showed that Sadr's mastery and skill in literature, along with her smooth and creative taste, led her to use most of the literary techniques such as contrast, assurance, humorous similes, contradictory combinations, exaggeration, allegory, exaggeration, etc., this creating variety and therefore effectiveness in her works. The Swish pattern was first introduced in 1985 by Richard Bandler (Psychologist) and John Grinder (Linguist), the founders of the L.N.P field. According to this model, pleasant and purposeful behaviors are replaced by unpleasant, forced, and unwanted behaviors with the help of internal resources. Among the great poets and writers of Persian literature aligned with this method of treatment, Saadi is an experienced and practical teacher who, in Golestan, by applying the model of immediate displacement, replaces unpleasant and inhibiting behaviors with pleasant and joyful behaviors with the help of internal resources. The purpose of this research, which has analyzed all chapters of Golestan with analytical and descriptive methods, is to use the L.N.P in Golestan Saadi's anecdotes with an emphasis on the Swish pattern. The hypothesis emphasizes the issue that everyone has the necessary and sufficient resources to create pleasant images and the results they are looking for and can take action from internal resources to produce positive and uplifting images by accurately knowing the aggressive and disturbing stimuli. With this aim, the results of the findings in Golestan showed that effectively confronting the trap and freeing the mind from the captivity of invasive images can be the reason for the emergence of good ideas and the development of pleasant feelings in the mind, and as a result, it will be an effective reason to prevent its spread to others. Also, this powerful encounter will bring vitality, liveliness, and stable self-esteem. Manuscript profile

Common intellectual fields are the result of common social issues and the manifestation of this can be found in literature. By exploring literary works, one can find out how similar ideas are formed among writers. The present research will deal with the descriptive-analytical method, with the approach of comparative literature and based on the American school, to examine imprisonment in the poems of Malek al-Shoara, an Iranian poet, and Fadavi Touqan, a Palestinian poet, and will study and discuss the most obvious themes of prison in their poems. Because Malek al-Shoara Bahar and Fadavi Touqan are poets who fought and sought freedom and spent the best years of their lives in prison and exile. Both of them have complained about their depressing and inhuman environment and have been imprisoned. The results of the research show that patriotism, anti-colonialism, call to resistance, promotion of solidarity and stability, promotion of justice and fairness, honoring the position of martyr and freedom and hope are common themes in the poems of these two poets and it seems that the two poets are in a situation And the understanding of the similar experience has provided the prerequisites for such a thing.
