Functionalism approach is a tool to transfer meaning in order to make relationship between society’s individuals. From theorists’ viewpoint Micheal Halliday could be pointed out whose ideas are based on lingual elements rather than their appearance. Structure of Holy Quran is such that it can be analyzed from different angles, including the role-oriented approach. Therefore, the present study of Surah Al-Malik, based on Halliday's theoryExamined. This research, by descriptive-analytical method, has analyzed all kinds of processes, initiators and textual coherence in Surah Malik. The results of the research indicate that in the role of thought, the material process is the most used process in the text that God has tried to realize the power and knowledge of man by describing the amazing system of creation. The simple primer is the dominant primer used in this surah, and most of the verses also have a primer between them. Among the compound primers, the intertextual primer has the highest frequency in this Surah. One of the important branches in linguistics is pragmatics which focuses on author or speaker’s meaning and its important tool is the elements of intralingual and extralinguistic context. On the other hand, one of the challenging issues in Quranic sciences and interpretation is the Verses’ termination and their semantic relation with the content of the Verse or Surah so that sometimes single sentences in the end of verses with different forms have different roles and each purpose It conveys a different. This research seeks to use some principles and components of applied knowledge to analyze the Verses of the Qur'an with the conclusion of the attributes of successful human beings and the thematic dimensions of these verses and their conceptual differences at the level of serious purpose and final purpose based on Austin and Searle theories about discourse theory. The research method used is analytical – descriptive applying some components of context within and outside the language, namely companion and successor relationships, tone of voice and position of speech; Wherever this terminal is used, the subject of piety, invitation to charity, following the command of the Prophet, etc. are considered.   Manuscript profile

The meaning of life and the search for this meaning is a moral, spiritual, psychological and religious necessity. Allameh Tabatabai and many Islamic and Shiite philosophers believe that the meaning of life depends to a large extent on the instinctive structure of individuals. This need is like the basic human needs (eating, drinking and sexual needs) that exist in the first instinct in human beings. Thomas Aquinas and Allameh TabatabaiBoth discoveries are considered beliefs because they both believe in the existence of an end in the creation of man and the world based on the concept of divine wisdom and the existence of an end in the evolution of beings. The approach of the present study is comparative. Both philosophers have in common that they have considered the meaning of life as the purpose of life and the purpose of life as the existence of God. The present study seeks to answer the questions that after recognizing the principles and the type of their philosophical approach, where are the points of difference and commonalities between these two thinkers? And what is their educational perspective and how can we establish a relationship between the views of these two thinkers in the discussion of the meaning of life and the educational perspective. There is a debate among the jurists as to whether the judge's knowledge of the event can have an external effect on his verdict, in the sense that even if he is aware of the event between the two parties in any way, what is valid for him to rule based on it, is only the hints appointed by the Sharia which are evidence and confession, or the knowledge of a judge without specific hints has the authority to issue a rule. The result of this debate on the validity of ijtihad or the adequacy may show itself and be useful in terms of its single criteria. Since examination of the hints (evidence and confession) is a completely specialized matter in the field of expertise of a mujtahid, then assuming that indication and evidence are relevant in proving a claim and verdict, then ijtihad is necessary for judgment, and if we can prove evidence and confession are only a way to the truth then the truth is revealed to the judge and the judge can issue a verdict, so ijtihad is not necessary. The present research studies the opinions of commentators and syntacticians about the oath of "La Oqsem" (I do not Swear) in Holy Quran. There are different opinions about the role of the letter "La" (I do not) in this structure among commentators. Therefore, first, all the important opinions in this field were counted and examined based on the verses of Qur'an as well as the rules of syntax science. There are three main views amongst them about the role of the negation letter: 1. The addition of the letter "la"; 2. The negation of the letter "La"; 3. The third view is that the origin of the word is "La Oqsem" and the letter A is saturated. This view, in addition to having a syntactic problem, is also inconsistent with popular reading. Studies have shown that none of the above opinions are convincing and complete, and Mukhtar's statement is that the structure of "La Oqsem" in Holy Qur'an is the same as the verb oath, which means "I swear" and this type of use has been common among Arabs. The philosophy of the state and government agencies is to provide public service, and there may be a conflict between the public interest and property rights in this regard. In such circumstances, priority is given to the public interest and appropriation, as one of the examples of administrative actions of the government, is based on the theory of public service; because appropriation is realized in case of eliminating the conflict between collective interests and individual interests and due to public service and preferential rules. Administrative rights in ownership are also supported by the same service. But the main question that is raised and examined in the present article is what are the jurisprudential principles and legal references of the priority of public interest over property rights? This article is a descriptive – analytical study and surveys the abovementioned question using the library method. The results show that the priority of public interest over private property based on public interest is accepted in jurisprudence and rules such as the rule of guardianship over abstinence, the rule of “no harm” and “Anfal” are the most important rules and principles of jurisprudence that affect the priority of public interest over property rights in the Iranian legal system. the reason for confession, which is one of the important proofs of litigation in civil law and jurisprudence, plays an important role in the trial and its importance is such that it has been interpreted as "Sayyid al-Dalail" and subsequently the jurists have established the rule of "confession". This rule is not only in accordance with the manners of the wise, but also has strong foundations in the book and tradition, because many of the rules of jurisprudence are based on the Book of God, which is referred to in the scientific interpretation of the verses of the rules. The jurists also cite verses for the authority of this rule, the most important of which can be considered as Verses 81 of Al-Imran Surah, 102 of Tawbah Surah and 135 of Nisa Surah. Some of the Imami jurists such as Shahid Thani and Allameh Helli in their books have cited reasons that the first source of this rule is the Holy Qur'an in detail in order to confirm the rule of confession but their opponents, with another interpretation of these verses, believe that these verses seek to express things other than confession and cannot achieve the confession from it as discussed in jurisprudence and law. the aim of the present study is to study the semantics of the contrast between the words Ease and Difficulty in the Holy Quran; Because in addition to vocabulary sources, one of the best ways to know the meaning of words is to apply them semantically opposed to each other. Another way is to use the context of the verses before and after. Sometimes, from the context or meaning of the opposite word, meanings of a word are understood that are not found in any dictionary. At the same time, there is a semantic similarity between the understood meaning and the root principle of the word. The more we understand the meanings of the verses, the more we will enjoy the meanings of the verses of the Qur'an and the better we will benefit from the verses of God in our material and spiritual life. One of the most important results of this research is to realize the semantic beauties of Quranic verses along with more accurate knowledge of the meaning of these two words, familiarity with the two methods and their use, and that whenever God first mentions Yasir and then expresses difficulty, it is a kind of warning. Has given and whenever difficulty has preceded ease, it has promised and hoped that the difficulty will be removed and the opening will be achieved. Manuscript profile

Worship and servitude are among the most central teachings of the Qur'an and Islam. Worship has a special place because it focuses on the purpose of human creation. Human life revolves around this fact according to God's command in the Qur'an: “I did not create the jinn and the humans except that they may worship Me” it seems the word "slavery" means "servitude", "possessions" and the like. It is spiritual worship that gives life to deeds, and is the main gateway to cultural guidance in such a way that each subconscious individual influences his community and brings the behavior of each individual to the ideal community. In this article, we first try to examine the meaning of worship and culture and then its effect on perfection. In some cases, narrations have been provided to complete the discussion. Among the roles it has on the individual and society are spiritual mastery – individual and social perfection – the end of goodness and martyrdom, and so on. Women in the Dark Age lacked the necessary human dignity, and the degrading or instrumental view of them made them a commodity for the pursuit of greater interests. With the advent of Islam, a wide range of rulings were placed in order to restore the dignity of women, the most important of which was the issue of hijab. Proper culture-building of this issue in society requires a correct and comprehensive understanding of this issue, which has forced the author to explain the quality of women's hijab in this study. This study includes the analysis of women's adornment, the quality of their clothing and the quality of looking at them, and the author has concluded that God has bequeathed beauties in women that expressing them in front of foreign eyes has caused widespread corruption in the individual and social fields. For this reason, the Verses and hadiths have explained the quality of women's clothing in terms of the mission of femininity and the quality of looking at them in terms of the mission of masculinity in order to achieve this important goal.
