One of the significant issues in Holy Quran and Bible is the possibility of Allah's observation. Observation equals sight in Persian and Arabic languages. Types of observation in Bible are the same as Holy Quran but there are some similarities and differences in their concepts. The observation issue in bible is based on human's imaginations and fancies and all Christians and Jewish agree observation of Allah. Thus some Muslims' reference of this phenomena is their Christians and Jewish views. The present paper attempts to briefly study types of observation or dis observation based on Quran verses and compares Quranic views with Bible in this field.

Conscience is the esoteric perception by which man finds the path to perfection. As an inner self-guide and human guide, he is sometimes healthy and sometimes deviated and does not have the necessary efficiency due to the lack of proper religious education. Conscience has an important place in some Western moral schools and has been introduced as the basis of moral actions and it is a wonderful thing and has a motivating power in judging according to Kant. The Rousseau school also defines functions for the conscience, which are summarized in this study. In this regard, the present study seeks to define the position and explain the functions of conscience in the Qur'an and hadiths. Conscience has various uses that it is necessary to distinguish between them.

God’s vision to His creations – especially to human being – and human’s vision to different aspects and around is of different concepts and interpretations and moreover vision has a bilateral effect on knowledge and emotions.
