The right dogmas that the exalted God claimed from us and that He has known as the requisite to reach human’s beau ideal and beatification include all of the dogmas that are propounded in the conceptual system of Islam. These dogmas that aren’t actually anything but the sacred word of monotheismand to act and to persevere on its base, form the main foundation of the monotheistic religions of the world. The Holy Quran reminds both conceptions of faith and good action and emphasizes on their concomitance and believes that man’s acts are a reflection of his thoughts and opinions.ZOROASTRIANISM as one of the monotheistic religions of the world has much in common with the othermonotheistic religions specially Islam, therefore, monotheism is considered as all itslegitimacy. In the case the customer, in sale contracts, does not pay the consideration to the seller within three days since the date of transaction, provided that other conditions are present, the seller will be entitled to the option of delayed payment which enables him to cancel the sale. However, in the case the object of sale is considered among the goods which depreciate within the first three days of the transaction, the seller must be provided with an option prior to the expiry of three days, so that he/she is enabled to compensate the loss by administering the mentioned option. The above-named right of cancellation is known as 'the option of what which depreciates in a day' in Jurisprudence, and is accounted for in the Civil Law; article 409, in the regulations pertaining to the option of delayed payment. The mentioned option is not of an independent nature but an aspect of the option of delayed payment, therefore the entire conditions of its applicability (except for the time period upon which the seller will be entitled to it which is different according to the type of the object of transaction), effects, laws, and regulations are identical to those of the option of delayed payment. A reflection on Arabic prose and poetical literary works, reflects sometimes their creators in the role of sorcerers that were masterly charming the hearts, sealing the lips, astonishing the wisdom, and changing the state of the pioneers of the word and literature; but this full patterned arena has lost its patience by the appearance of the Quran, and has borne a new experience of charm and aesthetics thanks to word of God and maybe the sealed secret of the kind prophet’s emphasis upon the focus on the word as the ideology of his miracle can be followed in this same subject. As in many cases, he –peace be upon him and his family- boasted about the miracle of the word of revelation under dissenters’ eyes, and intended to challenge them in Arab people’s tongue in the shelter of God’s eloquent words, and to crush their throne of arrogance by the stone of verbal miracle of the Quran. one of the important issues in practical Gnosticism (mysticism) and Gnostics ranks is penitence. Penitence is one of the doors of paradise lack of it equals to perdition of all guilty people and it is the only saving (rescue) way for guilty people and it is a means for closeness and friendship with God, it is the conveyer of evil acts into good acts and it is hope source for disappointed people and it is the first rank for Gnostics and it is the first home for devotees in friend avenue (God's way). Penitence is the common and key issue in religions of Zoroaster and Islam. In this paper, most of all, the penitence is addressed in terms of lexicolgy and terminology in Quran. Then, the fact (reality) of penitence, kinds of penitence, kinds of penitents and the necessity of penitence and the ranks of penitence and accepting penitence by God are reviewed in Quran and then, the same topics (titles) are reviewed in Avesta. Then, the similarities and difference of penitence are reviewed in these two religions.
