  The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the performance of the Bowling, ‎Billiards and Bowls Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is of a mixed type ‎and was conducted in the field. The statistical population was formed by the experts and experts in ‎the field related to this federation, and 11 people were selected from the management ‎departments, judges' committee and experts for a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed ‎by confirmatory factor analysis and SPSS software. The findings showed that 5 sections and 10 ‎subgroups were identified, also the conditions in the factors related to the championship sports ‎section are very suitable and according to the criteria of sending to international competitions, it ‎is in the first place and access to international results is in the last place. . On the other hand, the ‎examination of the conditions in the financial survival sector showed its poor condition. The ‎results showed that there is a positive correlation between most of the performance evaluation ‎departments in this federation. According to the findings, the lack of satisfaction of customers and ‎employees was one of the obstacles to accurate performance evaluation. Therefore, it is suggested ‎to the managers of this federation to activate and facilitate the protest system by creating a guide ‎structure for clients and a system for evaluating client satisfaction‏.‏ Manuscript profile
