        The purpose of this study was to investigate the natural resources of Ardabil province with the approach of identifying positive opportunities for the development of local indigenous sports based on the culture and traditions of the community. This research was quasi-experimental and cross-sectional in terms of applied purpose. The statistical population included professors and elites and university specialists, graduate students, staff of Ardabil Youth and Sports Department, sports delegations especially public sports board, sports tourists, leaders, staff of tourism and handicrafts department, staff of hotels and inns. The statistical sample was randomly selected from the community. To collect data, the questionnaire of strategies for reviving, promoting and promoting traditional and local sports and games of Honarvar et al. (2014) was used. The items of this questionnaire are equal to 31 items. The reliability of Cronbach's alpha method was 0.93. The results of factor analysis showed that the structural model is well-fitted. The amount of χ 2 is a low and appropriate value. Also, P-VALUE index is less than 0.05, RMSEA index is less than 0.071. The GFI index was 0.91 and the AGFI index was 0.84. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study was to identify appropriate solutions to implement the supply chain management in sports halls. in order to achieve this purpose, exploratory research method was used. statistical population in the qualitative part of research management experts, which was selected as sample to 15 people, sample size to theoretical saturation and in the quantitative part of the research method of sampling method, sample size of 245 people were selected randomly. in order to collect information in the qualitative part of the research, the interview method was used and in the quantitative part of the research, the questionnaire was used in the qualitative part of the research, which was based on cronbach's alpha, which was equal to 87 / 0 and content validity of the questionnaire was also approved by experts. to analyze the data in the qualitative section, content analysis was used and a quantitative part of confirmatory factor analysis and friedman test was used. findings in the qualitative part of research show that supply chain management is composed of components of resource management, orbital cost, performance evaluation, service supply, demand management, constructivism, information management. the results of the confirmatory factor analysis were confirmed by RMSEA05. the results of friedman test showed that according to the results of demand management,and resource management respectively had the highest impact as a suitable solution, respectively.         The overall purpose of this study was to design a communication model of conflict management strategies with the satisfaction of athletes of national teams of the Deaf Sports Federation of Iran.The statistical population of the present study consists of all athletes of the national teams of the deaf in Iran,whose number is 220 athletes and the statistical sample of the research consists of 150 athletes selected by the national teams.In this study used Robbins (1998) Conflict Management and Athletes Satisfaction Questionnaires of Rimrochladora (1998).To analyze the data and prioritize and determine the dominant style of conflict management,Friedman test and to determine the relationship between variables and the effectiveness of variables while using Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling method has been used.Smart PLS was used to perform calculations and model design.The results show that the coaches of the national teams for the deaf use the non-confrontation strategy more and the control style has the least use.Among the dimensions of athletes' satisfaction,after the satisfaction of individual performance has the highest average and after satisfaction with team performance has the lowest average.Also the results of structural equation modeling showed that the relationship between conflict management styles(t = 2.81,f = 0.68)with athlete satisfaction,solution orientation strategy(t = 2.64, f = 0.46)and non-confrontation strategy(t = 2.78,f = 0.32)Have a positive and significant relationship with athletes 'satisfaction and 46 and 32% are effective on athletes' satisfaction,respectively.According to the research,when the coaches use solution-oriented and non-confrontational strategies,they are more successful in managing conflicts and creating athlete satisfaction.         Given the challenges in the sports industry, this industry needs optimal management. A new approach that can help is governance. So the purpose of this paper is to review the current state of governance research in Iranian’s sport. This paper, In adopting Arksey and O’Malley’s framework, descriptively and library-based and based on the analysis and study of documents and sources, a comprehensive search of all published research in the form of articles, dissertations and dissertations reviews the concept. In these searches, 24 studies (20 articles and 4 dissertations) were identified by September 2021 that examined issues related to sports governance. Data analysis was based on repetition and theme analysis. Results show; Research in the field of governance in sports has become a concern of sports management researchers since 2016. Most of these researches include survey and quantitative studies and have paid attention to the public sector. The findings also showed; Of the three forms of governance (organizational, systemic, and political), most research was devoted to organizational governance. It seems that due to the challenges facing sports organizations in the country, such as the discussion of sanctions and suspension of federations, research in the two areas of political governance and systematic governance is needed.         The purpose of this study was to identify and rank the motivation for sports teams in Instagram based on the uses and gratifications theory (Case study: Persepolis team of Tehran). The present study was descriptive-survey and all students of Persepolis football team at Kurdistan University who followed the official page of Persepolis Club at Instagram were considered as the statistical community, out of which 400 available selected as sample. The tools used included questionnaire 18 question motivating followers of social media pages of sports organizations from Lee et al. (2018). In order to evaluate the face validity of the questionnaire, the views of sports management professors and to verify the content validity of the Lawshe model and their internal consistency were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics (Friedman rank test, Yu Mann Whitney test). The results indicate that information incentives, team support, entertainment, technical knowledge, time lapse and life expectancy are prioritized for sports team followers on Instagram, respectively. Instagram team managers and officials should be aware of the needs, motivations and reasons for followers in social networks to produce relevant content in order to meet the needs of followers, and provide them with a sense of pleasure and experience for them and their satisfaction.         The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of organizational culture and knowledge management with quality of life, work of physical education teachers. The statistical population of this research was administrative physical education teachers in Mamasani city (totally 80 people). 66 people were selected by random sampling as example. Data were collected using organizational culture questionnaire Denison (2000) knowledge management questionnaire Nonaks and Takochi (1995) and work life quality questionnaire Valton 1973. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between all aspects of organizational culture and the quality of work life of employees (p≤0.001). Also, from the dimensions of organizational culture, the dimensions of participation and integrity and flexibility and mission have the power to predict meaningfully for the quality of working life of employees. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between all dimensions of knowledge management with quality of life of employees (p≤0.001). Also, from the dimensions of knowledge management, the dimensions of extroversion, combination and internalization and social adjustment of power have a significant predictive value for the quality of working life of employees.
