Study the relationship of organizational culture and knowledge management with quality of life, work of physical education teachers

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of organizational culture and knowledge management with quality of life, work of physical education teachers. The statistical population of this research was administrative physical education teachers in Mamasani city (totally 80 people). 66 people were selected by random sampling as example. Data were collected using organizational culture questionnaire Denison (2000) knowledge management questionnaire Nonaks and Takochi (1995) and work life quality questionnaire Valton 1973. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between all aspects of organizational culture and the quality of work life of employees (p≤0.001). Also, from the dimensions of organizational culture, the dimensions of participation and integrity and flexibility and mission have the power to predict meaningfully for the quality of working life of employees. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between all dimensions of knowledge management with quality of life of employees (p≤0.001). Also, from the dimensions of knowledge management, the dimensions of extroversion, combination and internalization and social adjustment of power have a significant predictive value for the quality of working life of employees.
