It is considered for the sustainable development of cities ،Which examines the role of human resources in achieving the indicators of sustainability of business clusters and its impact on the economic development model of industrial cities. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to develop a dynamic model of economic development of industrial cities with emphasis on the sustainability indicators of business clusters in Isfahan. The present study is part of applied research according to the goals it pursues and is a descriptive and exploratory research in terms of the work process. The statistical population consisted of experts familiar with the subject of the research (managers, experts and masters of the subject) who conducted the interview by non-random and purposeful method until theoretical saturation. The statistical sample was determined by the method of snowball 25 people. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect the data needed to measure the variables. Experts' opinions were used to check the validity and Cronbach's alpha reliability was 0.87. In order to analyze the data, the systems dynamics approach was used, which was software used by Venice. The results showed that the proposed modeling can lead to economic development. Manuscript profile

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the causal conditions and identify the consequences of human resource performance management based on the Iranian-Islamic model of progress. This study is an applied goal that was conducted with an approach combined with an exploratory design. The statistical population is 20 people in the qualitative section of professors in the field of human resource management and managers of organizations who are familiar with the field of performance management, and in the descriptive section of the staff of the Court of Audit (formal and contractual). 290 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula using random sampling method. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Lisrel-V9.2 and Spss-V22, MAXQDA software were used. The performance of human resources based on the Iranian-Islamic model is 13 identifiable indicators (items), that 2 components are identifiable. (8 items), 2- Individual competence (5 items), was identified. Outcome components of human resource performance management based on the Iranian-Islamic model of progress, 15 identifiable indicators (items), that 3 components are identifiable. Finally, effective factors such as; 1- Effective learning and training (4 items), 2- Employee motivation (6 items), 3- Communication (5 items); is identified. Manuscript profile

Talent management represents a paradigm shift from traditional human resource management to modern human resource management that includes attention to organizational elites. Talent management includes a coherent set of processes to identify, attract, retain and improve the best people. The purpose of this research is to design a talent management model for secondary school principals. The statistical population of the quantitative part of the research includes 460 middle school principals in Tehran, 200 of whom were randomly selected with the help of Morgan's table. The data collection tool was a questionnaire That By using spss software, the mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the data were estimated for the purpose of analysis, and finally the model was implemented by Lisrel software. Therefore, by taking factor loadings of dimensions and components and calculating convergent validity and composite reliability, it was determined that identifying and discovering talent resources, attracting talent resources, choosing talent resources, developing talent resources, maintaining and maintaining talent resources, evaluating talent resources and the results of resources Talent is part of the talent management model. Human resources and knowledge management are closely related and so far many knowledge management projects have failed due to inattention to the human factor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the views of 66 people from the statistical sample of the research, in a cluster method including: Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provincial registry staff regarding the impact of knowledge management on human resource development of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad registry. This research is a survey in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection method. According to the research background, after drawing the conceptual model of the research, information was collected using a questionnaire that had reliability and validity. After performing the necessary statistical tests with Smart pls and Spss software, while confirming the research hypotheses, it was determined that: Knowledge management on human resource development in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad provincial registry office, with regression coefficient Impact has an effect of 0.94. Therefore, the managers of this department should use knowledge management to develop their human resources, to achieve the development of competence, increase capability, information sharing and training of their employees in the workplace. The current research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the electronic preparation model for the implementation of virtual education in education in Fars province. This research was applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of the method of collecting information, it was conducted with a qualitative-quantitative (mixed) approach and with an exploratory design. In the qualitative section, the statistical population included experts in the field of virtual education and professors of educational management, and in the quantitative section, there were 61,113 people in the education and training managers and employees of Fars province. The sampling method in the qualitative section was the targeted method, and in the quantitative section, the It was random. The statistical sample in the qualitative section was 30 people, taking into account the theoretical saturation law, and in the quantitative section, 382 people were selected based on the simple random sampling method. The data collection tool in the qualitative section was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative section, questions The researcher's letter was based on a five-point Likert scale with 57 items. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was obtained by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.84. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part was inductive content analysis using coding on three levels, open, central and selective. In the quantitative part, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equations and path analysis were used using SPSS and Lisrel software. Manuscript profile

After designing the concept model based on the desired indicators, the quantitative process began in the form of a survey method. The statistical population of the quantitative section is all the employees of this Department , about 450 people, 207 of whom were selected by simple random sampling. The research tool is researcher-made questionnaires that were validated using content validity by face validity method and internal consistency by Cronbach's alpha method. The data analysis method was structural equation modeling using Amos 23 modeling software.Findings showed that the variable of Islamic moral intelligence with a coefficient of -0.62 had a significant effect on organizational indifference of the staff . Also the variable of internal factors (innate) with a coefficient of 0.82 and the variable of external factors (educational) with a coefficient of -0.07 have an effect on Islamic moral intelligence. The result is that the designed model is the best effective model for investigating factors affecting Islamic moral intelligence and its effect on the organizational indifference of employees.
