Presenting a model for talent management of principals of secondary public schools in Tehran

Abstract :
Talent management represents a paradigm shift from traditional human resource management to modern human resource management that includes attention to organizational elites. Talent management includes a coherent set of processes to identify, attract, retain and improve the best people. The purpose of this research is to design a talent management model for secondary school principals. The statistical population of the quantitative part of the research includes 460 middle school principals in Tehran, 200 of whom were randomly selected with the help of Morgan's table. The data collection tool was a questionnaire That By using spss software, the mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the data were estimated for the purpose of analysis, and finally the model was implemented by Lisrel software. Therefore, by taking factor loadings of dimensions and components and calculating convergent validity and composite reliability, it was determined that identifying and discovering talent resources, attracting talent resources, choosing talent resources, developing talent resources, maintaining and maintaining talent resources, evaluating talent resources and the results of resources Talent is part of the talent management model.
