The research method was semi-experimental (pre-test -post-test with control group). The statistical population of this study was married women with marital conflict referring to Hamedan counseling centers in 2018. To select the sample size, 30 women were selected through convenience and purposeful sampling and were randomly assigned into two experimental (15 member) and control (15 member) groups. the experimental group received treatment for 8 sessions of a 90-minute weekly treatment, and the control group received no intervention during this period. To collect data, the instrument of perceived Relationship Quality Components (PRQC) were employed. The collected data was analyzed using multivariate covariance. Based on the results of multivariable covariance analysis of data, it can be said that Imago Relationship Therapy significantly increases the quality of marital relationship dimensions and all six sub-scales (satisfaction of relationship, trust, commitment, passion and love, intimacy and love) have been made (P<0/05).
