Purpose of this study was to explore relationship between human factors which are effective on productivity, leadership style and organizational commitment among lran Telecommunication Company employees senior managers and inferior employess were selected as sample Using stratified random sampling and answered to research tools containing effective human factors and obstacles on productivity questionnaire, Leadership style questionnaire, Leadership Behavior Description questionnaire and Organizational Commitment questionnaire. Based on obtained results, there are significant relations between senior manager's attitude to effective human factors on productivity and organizational commitment of inferiors and commitment of inferiors at the and between senior manager's attitude and their leadership style. Also Ther was no significant relation between effective human factors on productivity and description of leadership behavior in inferiors.
