        The aim of study is to validate the model of the relationship between the organizational structure and the level of implementation of the cultural policies of the municipalities of Kerman province in order to promote Islamic culture. The statistical population includes the managers and experts of the municipalities of Kerman province in the number of 1553 people. The sample size in this section is based on Cohen's table of 166 people who were randomly selected according to the size of the classes. In this research, SPSS version 26 and SMART PLS version 3.3 software were used to check the validity of the model. The presented results indicate a positive and significant effect of organizational structure on the implementation of cultural policies (p<0.05, β=0.617). Based on the coefficient of determination (R2), 38% of the changes in the implementation of cultural policies are explained by the organizational structure. Also, the results show the variable effect of the implementation of cultural policies on the promotion of Islamic culture (p=0.001, β=0.489) and the variable effect of the organizational structure on the promotion of Islamic culture (p=0.001, β=0.465) at the 5% level. It is significant and positive path coefficients show that these structures have had an increasing (direct) effect on each other. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2), 24 and 22 percent of the changes in the promotion of Islamic culture are explained by the organizational structure and the implementation of cultural policies, respectively.         Considering the importance of the role of small and medium-sized businesses in the national economy, the present research aimed to identify the factors affecting the sustainability of small and medium-sized businesses' growth in Iran. This study is a quantitative descriptive-explanatory survey research. The research population included the managing directors of small and medium-sized enterprises listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange in 2021, 90 of whom were selected as the sample applying a purposeful sampling method. The data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and were analyzed using LISREL software version 8.5 and the structural equation technique. The variables of investment decisions rate (with a mean of 4.52±1.54) and impact of outsourcing on costs reduction (with a mean of 4.87±1.22) as well as auxiliary variables (market opportunities and properties (with a mean of 4.34±1.20), proper market share (with a mean of 4.45±1.03), appropriate advertising (with mean of 4.23±1.08) and the effect of using financial and budgeting systems (with a mean of 4.45±0.78), level of enterprise liquidity support (with a mean of 4.72±0.98), level of enterprise financial affordance (with a mean of 4.32±1.20), level of financing for the new technologies usage (with a mean of 4.55±0.87) and proper profit margin (with a mean of 4.76±0.76) are effective in dynamic modeling of the sustainability of small and medium-sized businesses in Iran. Regarding the impact of the variables of outsourcing, opportunities, market share and properties, appropriate advertising, liquidity and financial resources, new technologies usage, and use of appropriate profit margin are required for dynamic modeling of the sustainability of small and medium-sized businesses in Iran.         The general purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence dimensions on the emotional labor of higher education managers. The research method is descriptive-correlation and structural equations type. The statistical population of this research consists of managers of higher education institutions in Kerman. Using Morgan's table, the sample size for this research was determined to be 203 people. Sampling was done by simple random method and the Farsi version of Yin et als standard emotional labor questionnaires and Golman's emotional intelligence questionnaire were used to collect data. and the content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by professors and experts familiar with the subject. The validity rate is 0.73 and the reliability rate is 0.81. After collecting the data, it was analyzed with SmartPLS version 3 statistical software. The results showed that the dimensions of emotional intelligence, including self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy and social skills, have a positive and significant effect on the emotional labor of higher education administrators in Kerman.         Citizenship behavior increases productivity and customer satisfaction. a service compensation system can be effective in strengthening this behavior. this research was carried out with the aim of designing a desirable model of organizational citizenship behavior based on the employee compensation system. The existing research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive correlation in terms of method. The statistical population of the research is all the employees of the General Department of Tax Affairs of Kerman province in 1400. The sample size was selected by a simple random sampling method and 186 people were selected using Morgan's table. The data collection tool included two researcher-made questionnaires, a service compensation system with a validity of 0.84, and a reliability of 0.95, and an organizational citizen behavior questionnaire with a validity of 0.86 and reliability of 0.96. data analysis was done using SPSS and AMOS version 23 software and a significance level of 0.05 was considered. descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. the research results showed. There was a significant direct relationship between the organizational, managerial, psychological, and social dimensions of employee service compensation and organizational citizenship behavior. management and social dimensions are respectively the best predictors of organizational citizenship behavior.
