Abstract :
Business performance is an important and necessary factor for organizational survival in today's turbulent and unpredictable environment, organizations need a comprehensive quality management approach, with which to move towards better performance. On the other hand, considering the competitive pressure prevailing in the market, measuring innovation performance is of particular importance. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational structure on innovation performance with the mediating role of hard and soft quality management in IRISA International Systems Engineering and Automation Company. The statistical population of this research includes 600 employees of this company, according to Cochran's formula, the statistical sample was 240 people. To collect data, a standard questionnaire with a Likert scale was used, and the reliability of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method for the entire questionnaire, a value of 0.94. Face validity has also been confirmed by professors. Hypotheses were tested using the Pearson correlation method and regression model in SPSS software, and structural equation model analysis was done using SmartPLS software. The research findings show that the structure of the organization has a negative effect on hard and soft quality management, and soft quality management has a positive effect on hard quality management, and soft and hard quality management has a positive effect on innovative performance
