Abstract: The purpose of this article was to analyze the discourse of social development during the periods of the Islamic parliament. For this purpose, the text of the negotiations related to social development in the first to ninth periods of the Islamic parliament with emphasis on the negotiations related to the first to fifth development programs and using the"theoretical" sampling method as the target community, has been the basis of analysis. The findings of the research indicate that in the first and second periods of the parliament, due to the war conditions in the country, the focus was on the distribution and meeting the essential needs of the members of the society, and everything that was connected with development in the sense of economic-social growth, they were considered abnormal and were removed from the verbal and practical literature of development. In the third parliament, due to the dominance of the "economic adjustment"discourse, we witnessed a"one-dimensional approach to development" with the priority of economic development and marginalization of other aspects of development, including social development. In the fourth parliament, the discourse of "sustainable growth and development" became the ruler in the 5th and 6th parliaments, the discourse of "sustainable development" and in the 6th and 7th parliaments, the discourse of "local social development" And finally, in the 8th and 9th parliaments, the discourse of "progress and justice" has dominated the discourse. This approach has indicated a kind of break and non-continuity of the comprehensive discourse of social development in different periods of the Islamic parliament. In this study, the threshold effects of the shadow economy on the relationship between financial depth, banking policies and macroeconomic fluctuations with socio-economic development during the time period of 1401-1370 and the application of the soft transfer threshold approach (STAR) were investigated. The results of the nonlinear part of the model show a positive relationship between the financial depth variable and the economic development index. Shadow economy variables, exchange rate fluctuations, inflation, government spending, liquidity growth and nominal interest rate have a negative relationship with the socio-economic development index. so that the mentioned variables lead to reduction in order; 95%, 95%, 50%, 45%, 7% and 40% of economic development. The main channel of influencing the financial depth is done by increasing the efficiency of investment and monetary policies. Therefore, the way of financial market liberalization, the weakness of financial system management and the lack of formation of coherent financial markets and the benefit of regulations in the country can be seen as the reasons for reducing the efficiency of investment through the non-optimal allocation of resources in the country. As a result, more attention and effort should be done in the country to develop and make financial markets more efficient and as a result allocate resources more efficiently and increase investment efficiency. The present research aimed at studying the effects of religiousness and political orientation on justice feeling among Iranian citizens regarding Iranian government´s welfare plans. This perspective is important because the political sovereignty of Iran with an inseparable tie with religion tries to have a different attitude towards social welfare and justice based on religious concepts. The present research framework was developed based on the theories of criticizing the government of welfare and Bourdieu´s theory. The present research was carried out by survey method and using questionnaire administered among Khoramabad citizens in 2021. The research sampling was designed through integrating cluster sampling and disproportionate stratified sampling with 400 as the sample volume. The results showed that Khorramabad citizens have not an equal attitude towards Iranian governments´ social welfare plans. Regarding the three previous governments, Khoramabad citizens assessed welfare plans of Khatami´s government as higher than that of Rohani´s government. Regarding their hope for the next government´s welfare plans, majority of the population predict the same or worse conditions. The research results showed that their commitment towards religious rituals and political orientations have effects on their assessment of a government´s welfare plans, i.e., the individuals with fundamentalist orientation and religious believes assess plans for distributive justice higher. The results also showed that priorities in the individuals´ orientation or attitude resulted in accepting or rejecting governmental institutions in their minds; moreover, the individuals assess securing the social needs and distributive justice in the governments´ welfare plans as biased for or against them. Based on the samplimg plan developed among women with ages above 20 from 55 neiborhoods in 5 district in Arak, the research was carried out using survey method and researcher-made questionnaire. Cluster and inappropriate stratified samplings with 392 individuals as the sample volume were used. The research results confirm the hypotheses based on which factors effecting the role of women in sustainable urban development of Arak city include: capital amount available for women (such as social capital, cultural capital, and economic capital); city’s capacity to supply the citizens’ needs; housing welfare conditions; gender stereotyes dominating the family; education, being native or not; employment; city attachment; believing in gender segregation in development; gender discrimination feeling, and development-related talents. Because of their importance in the economic and social development of societies, science and technology policies have become one of the most important arenas of discourse conflict. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the discourse of the sixth program based on Laclau and Mouffe's approach. The studied society was all the legal articles and notes related to science and technology in the law of the sixth development plan, which were studied in full. The findings show that the central signifier of this document is "purposeful scientific innovation". It has built its symbols based on three signs: "Efficiency and modernity, privatization/popularization and knowledge-based economy". The floating sign has shown itself in the form of "collaboration and scientific participation" and "competitive performance". The null signs are "Employment", "Scientific modernization and improvement" and "Scientific productivity" which are associated with interruptions and moments of "People building", "Educational modernization and improvement" and "Islamic culture and values". The discourse area of this program is "state-centered, external dependence, reduction of deprivation and scientific neutrality" which "culture-centered/landscape-centered" discourse with its hegemonic position has marginalized conflicts and consolidated the space for its own discourse maneuver. The results of this study show that this program is moving towards quantitative goals with an emphasis on positivist and supply-oriented processes, which has made it possible to popularize science and use social capital with a serious vacuum. The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the countries that has continuously faced the problem of migration. Although the issue of immigration has plagued the country since the beginning of the Islamic Revolution, it has gained new and more serious dimensions in recent years. The withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA and the return of sanctions against Iran caused the fear of losing the peace of life in the economic sector and increased dissatisfaction and criticism of the government, which caused a new wave of migration from inside to outside. Based on this, the main issue in this thesis is to investigate the immigration situation during the years after the revolution and the factors affecting its aggravation. The findings of the research show that the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the JCPOA and the increase in sanctions have caused an increase in migration to other places. In recent years, statistics indicate that Iran has entered a new wave of immigration, which has been intensified by sanctions. Manuscript profile

Social development is the process of creating fundamental transformations with the aim of social integration, social cohesion, and accountability of facilities brokers and powerful organizations, which can have economic consequences due to its multidimensional nature. Among these consequences, we can refer to the category of financial stability. In addition, financial inclusion and financial literacy are two other concepts that can be related to financial stability. In this regard, in this research, the short-term and long-term effects of financial literacy, financial inclusion and social development on financial stability in 17 OPEC member countries including Algeria, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Solomon Islands, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Ecuador, Angola, Venezuela, Nigeria, Gabon, Guinea, Congo and Indonesia are covered during the years 2010 to 2023. In order to analyze the data, the panel data regression method with the autoregression approach with PARDL distribution breaks has been used. The findings of the research showed that the promotion of social development can have a positive and strengthening role in the financial stability of the studied countries in the short and long term. Other findings showed that financial inclusion had a negative effect in the short term, but a positive and significant effect on financial stability in the studied countries in the long term. It was also observed that finally, financial literacy has been able to improve financial stability in the studied countries both in the short term and in the long term. Based on this, it is concluded that social development, due to its broad dimensions, as well as financial inclusion and financial literacy, should be considered as effective factors on financial stability in the countries under review, both in the short term and in the long term. There should be an opinion. Manuscript profile
