        1 - Providing a Model for Promoting the Cultural Agility of University Administrators (Case Study: Islamic Azad University of Guilan Province)

          The aim of this study is to present a model for promoting the cultural agility of university managers. The type of research has been applied and its implementation has been combined with two qualitative and quantitative approaches. In qualitative phase by expert opinions 22 effective indicators on cultural agility of university managers have been identified with Delphi technique. In the quantitative phase of the statistical population, all of the managers and faculty members of Islamic Azad universities of Guilan province were in 2016-2017 including 870 individuals. The sample size was estimated at 267 people selected by simple random sampling. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of the tool has been confirmed in the form of the appearance, content, and diagnostic. The reliability of the components was checked and confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha. The reliability of the components was checked and confirmed by calculating the Cronbach's alpha. Total reliability of the questionnaire was calculated as 0.946. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics tests of Kaiser-Meyer and Bartlett’s test, exploratory factor analysis, paired t-test, confirmatory factor analysis were used. The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that 22 extractives were divided into three groups. Finally, the model for promoting cultural agility of managers with three main dimensions of individual competencies, competencies of cultural diversity management, executive management competencies and 22 sub-competency components was proposed.
