Despite the passage of the years of the presence of Afghan refugees in Iran, still they are grappling with many problems. One of the main problems associated with negative attitudes in their daily interactions with Iranians. It seems that negative attitude to the Afghan refugees is due to certain cultural values among Iranians. This study examines the relationship between cultural values and attitudes towards immigrants Afghanistan deals. The research method was a survey and questionnaire was used for data collecting. The population of this study is the citizens of Kashan that was selected 389 subjects for this study. Sampling was conducted using cluster sampling method. Data analysis with SPSS and correlation and regression were used. Based on the study findings, it can be said with the increasing cultural values of masculinity and power distance, uncertainty avoidance, would be more negative attitudes toward immigrants. These three variables explained about 15 percent of Iranians' attitude change toward immigrants. Hypotheses about the relationship between individualism/ collectivism and attitudes towards immigrants were not confirmed and statistically relationship between the two variables is not significant
