Abstract: The effects of social networks on participation With intervention of cultural capital And social trust among citizens of TehranThe purpose of social networking is that by providing a link between individual funds to help communities through participation and promoting growth. This is important research questions: What is the participation of citizens between the inhabitants of Tehran? And the use social networks in the presence of two variable social trust and cultural capital to what extent is the participation of citizens? "This study is a descriptive causal survey method is used. The unit of analysis of this thesis is a descriptive - comparative - casual is looking to identify the participation And the method finds On the other hand the method, a survey research and analysis unit which citizens Tehran. Questionnaire, then check the validity and reliability through stratified sampling and cluster and eventually randomly among 460 residents above 18 years of age respectively. The findings suggest that With the use of social networks as well as participation, social trust and cultural capital is a significant relationship.In multivariate regression analysis, all independent variables have a direct impact on participation and cultural indirect as the most intrinsic characteristics which have a direct impact on political participation is variable.
