          Background: In this paper the concept of organizational learning culture is defined as a set of norms and values ​​about the functioning of an organization. These norms and values ​​should support systematic, in-depth approaches aimed at achieving higher-level organizational learning. The elements of an organizational learning process that we used are information acquisition, information interpretation, and behavioral and cognitive changes. On the other hand, constructs of comprising innovativeness are innovative culture and innovations, which are made of technical and administrative innovations. Purpose: The main aim of this research is to propose and test a model of innovativeness development based on the effect of organizational learning culture in the Kerman food industries. Method: This research was an applied one by aim and descriptive and post-facto by methodology. From 629 professional and administrative of Zamzam companies' staff (Oil and Pegah) of Kerman Province, 238 people were selected stratified randomly. The data gathered from the questionnaire used and analyzed statistically. Result (s): The results showed that information, data interpretation, behavioral and cognitive changes and innovative culture only affect indirectly administrative innovations. Further, technical innovation is directly affected. Conclusion: These results and its implications are discussed. At the end, the proposal is presented.     Manuscript profile

          Abstract Background: Creativity is at the highest level of human cognitive activities. Creativity is potential and ability that thought, writing, behave and practice of man can make, and it involves solving problems. Creative people solve problems before they create or add to its complexity. So, the only way to make these capabilities, individuals can be prepared to deal with changing conditions of life and new opportunities. Purpose: Study the effect of life Skills training on primary school pupils' creativity increasing. Method: Among primary school pupils in Zanjan province, 86 people were selected using multi-phase random cluster method and simple random method and assigned into two control and experimental groups. Initially Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking in both groups was used. Then, life skills for 20 sessions (40 hours) were taught to the experimental group. After the training sessions, and three months later, both groups were tested by Torrance Creative Thinking. After data gathering, it was analyzed via t-test, variance analysis and Sheffe’s follow-up test statistics. Result (s): The results showed that there was a significant difference between divergent thinking of grade 3 to 4 and also of grade 3 to 5. However, there was not found any significant difference between pupils creative thinking in grade 3 and 5.    Alpha Conclusion: Accordingly, it can be concluded that through teaching life skills to children, their creativity may enhance.             Manuscript profile

          Background: Creativity is one of the most concepts in psychology that it passes many years of study it, but yet relation between it and mental health is controversial issue. Purpose: The aim of this study was investigation the relationship between creativity and general health in adolescents. Method: 125 girl students of Pre-university in Tehran were selected by random cluster sampling method and responded to creativity questionnaire of Abedi and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and Multivariate regression. Result (s): Results showed that creativity positively correlated with general health and predicted it. Investigating in components of general health demonstrated that creativity negatively correlated with depression and predicted it (P<0/05).   Conclusion: It can be concluded that fostering creativity is an effective way into adolescents’ mental health promotion.             Manuscript profile

        Background: Today, for the evaluation and selection of reasonably resident veterinary surgeon in the world, the different criteria used personality indices of these components are effective. Purpose: The aim of the present study was to examine the role of personality in selecting assistant veterinary surgeon skilled in Iran. Method: The research method is descriptive of correlation one. The sample consists of 150 professors, students, technicians and veterinary surgeons at university hospitals and veterinary clinics are specialized in Tehran Province, were selected through random sampling. The questionnaire was the main tool by surgeons its validity and its reliability by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient (8/0) was confirmed. The data analyzed by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the Friedman test was performed. Modern has the least impact. The findings can be used in policy planning and evaluation of the education system and the veterinary surgeon used to select residents. Results: Findings showed that among the 18 skilled personality index, the index "patience" and "accuracy and parsimony of" the most important parameters influencing the selection and resident veterinary surgeon "surgeon follow traditional patterns Modern "has the least impact.           Background: Creativity is an important and interesting subject for study. Most of the researchers have studied in different themes of creativity who assigned some parts of their study to describe the characteristics of creative people and all of the mentioned characteristics also exist in wide range. Purpose: The aim of this study is investigating the relationship between creativity and copying strategies in university students. Method: This study discussed the relationship between variables by means of correlation method. Results: Inference based on regression analysis of the result of this study showed that there is no relationship between creativity and problem oriented methods but there is between creativity and emotion oriented and avoidance oriented methods. In work environment of public organizations, a new paradigm of spirituality and spiritual growth and maturity has emerged out. The Spiritual Intelligence combines the outer aspects of Intelligence with the inner aspects of Spirituality. The Spiritual Intelligence is a new issue which there are little theoretical materials and research and empirical finding about. This article is involved with measuring the Spiritual Intelligence of managers on which the ability of human to answer the serious question about the meaningfulness of life and the relationship of inner mind life with outer life is based and it reveals new aspect of organization activity which never consider people as tools but respects them and treat them kindly and respectfully and through that, the moral, scientific and social abilities of the employees are directed to were success and prosperity. Method: The data in this research were gathered through questionnaire and were analyzed by using the social science analysis software. Result(s): The results showed that the Spiritual Intelligence of managers has a remarkable effect on the employee performance and the meaning component have the greatest effect and the components of consciousness, grace and transcendence are in the later ranks, and at last the truth of the managers action has the least effect on the employee performance and also a new result was obtained about the new concept of Spiritual Intelligence as a solution to strengthen the employee performance in the public organizations in country. Conclusion: The Spiritual Intelligence has entered the other fields of humanities including management, not only in the individual fields but also in the psychological ones. The increasing researches in Spirituality have indicated the remarkable effect of it in the individual and organization performance.           Background: Increasing the quality of learning and teaching depends on so many things. The role of teachers in this matter is unique and unreplaceable, and their questions and explaining that they present in the class are so important. Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching the questioning and explaining skills to teachers on high school, male students' creativity of Tehran city. Method: the project included quasi-experimental licenses and pre-test, post-test and control group. The statistical population included all high school, male students of Tehran city in 1390-91 academic year.  The sample group consists of 600 students of first grade of high school in 3 educational districts that were selected randomly by multi-step sampling method. Also 20 teachers of those classes teaching the mathematics, Persian literature, English language, Arabic language and biological science & health lessons (4 teachers for any lesson) were selected by random method. All teachers were assigned randomly in 3 experimental and 1 control groups. The teachers of first experimental group passed the questioning skill course, the second experimental group passed the explaining skills course, the third experimental group passed the both questioning and explaining skills courses as independent variable and the teachers of control group didn't passed any courses. Data was collected by the Abedi creativity test (1372). Data was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods and MANCOVA test. Result (s): the findings showed that the students of four groups were matched in creativity and its sub scales in pre-test. The results showed that teaching of the both questioning and explaining skills to the teachers increased students' creativity up to 12 percent. Teaching both questioning and explaining skills to the teachers increases in four sub scales of creativity were respectively: extension 17.7%, flexibility 3.6% innovation 2.7%, and fluency 2.47%. Discussion: Due to the importance of questioning and explaining skills, more attention should be paid to these subjects in teacher's pre–service and in–service training.   Manuscript profile

          Background: Today, the necessity of creativity and innovation in organizations and businesses, to increase competition and improve working conditions is undeniable. Purpose: The purpose of the present paper is to determine the relationship between creativity, innovation with job satisfaction of handicrafts employees in Shiraz. Method: According to Morgan's table, based on sampling method, from among 110 people 89 people were selected as the statistical sample. Three questionnaires were used for gathering information. These were Rand Sip Creativity Questionnaire, Martin Patchen Innovation Questionnaire, and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis, and T-tests were used to analyze these data. Result (s): The results show that there is a meaningful relationship among creativity, innovation and job satisfaction. The higher the creativity and innovation rates, the higher were the job satisfaction. Of course, correlation coefficient of innovation and job satisfaction is, by far, much higher than the correlation coefficient of creativity and job satisfaction. Innovation and creativity are the predictors of job satisfaction. This is probably because of especial effect of innovation in increasing sales, and Conclusion: As a result, creation desired work conditions particularly in handicrafts.             Manuscript profile

Method: The study group in this study is 30 art students and 30 non- art students that have been selected by simple random sampling. Statistical society art students are from Sharaf high school of Malakshahi town in Ilam province and statistical society non-art students are from Hadis high school of the mentioned city too. to measure and compare the creativity rate of these students , the Torrance creativity test was performed on them . this study tries to compare creativity between art and non-art high school students with the Torrance standard test in Ilam city. Result (s): Hypothesis of this research based on existing a significant   difference between   art and non-art students are approved.R This hypothesis with T-test comparing the averages of two independent groups was studied.
