        1 - An investigation into the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation (Case: Toseeh Insurance Company)

        Background:Intellectual capital could be an important component in organizational innovation. Thus, take this to into account in the case of Toseeh Insurance Company is our intend. Objective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between intellectual capital and organizational innovation, and also to determine relative contribution of each dimension of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) for anticipating organizational innovation. Method: Statistical population consisted all experts of Toseeh insurance company. 98 persons were selected with random sampling method. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: 1) Bontis’s intellectual capital questionnaire (1998), with reliability of Corronbach’s Alpha of (0/84), and 2) innovation questionnaire with reliability of Corronbach’s alpha of (0/89). To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential methods such as, coefficient of correlation (r) and stepwise regression coefficient (R), were used. Result: The findings are summarized as follows: 1) there is a positive relationship between intellectual capital and innovation. 2) there is a positive relationship between dimensions of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) and innovation. 3) in general, factors of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) can anticipate innovation. However, findings showed that structural capital was not considered as a strong predictor for innovation. Conclusion: These findings and their implications are fully discussed in this paper.      Manuscript profile

        2 - The Role of Effective Organizational Communication and Organizational Trust in the Development and Improvement of Schools Organizational Innovation (Case Study)

             Background: Research shows that organizations which put more emphasis on the effective organizational communication and organizational trust are more innovative than other organizations, because organizations can improve and develop through effective organizational communication and organizational, indicators their competitive advantage such as organizational innovation.      Purpose: This study aimed at investigating the relationship between effective organizational communication and organizational trust with organizational innovation in Tabas schools.      Method: The research method was descriptive-correlative and the statistical population consisted of all teachers of Tabas schools, (350 people), that 183 persons selected randomly. Pearson correlation, one-sample paired-sampled T-test and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. Three questionnaires were used to collect data: 1) Amid organizational innovation questionnaire (2002), 2) Ellonen innovation trust questionnaire (2008), and 3) Robbins effective organizational communication questionnaire (1993) were used to collect data. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential methods such as, coefficient of correlation and stepwise regression coefficient, were used.      Results: The findings are summarized as follows: 1) the results of the study showed that there was the mean of in current situation for organizational innovation, effective organizational communication and organizational trust were higher than the supposed mean and this difference was significant. 2) There is a positive relationship between organizational trust, effective organizational and innovation. 2) There is a positive relationship between dimensions of organizational trust (horizontal Trust, vertical trust and institutional trust) with organizational communication and innovation. 3) In general, by the results of LISREL software, it can be stated that the model fits, and can show the effect of effective organizational communication and organizational trust on organizational innovation. Innovation requires collective efforts of all individuals and units within the organization and transparent effective organizational communication and employees can easily communicate with each other and facilitate collective action led to innovation in organization.
