        Background: Nowadays the mission of universities to survive and develop better human resources, increase the quantity and quality of services as well as educational innovation. In the meantime professional development plays a constructive role in promoting the development of professional knowledge and skills of faculty members in order to achieve these objectives.   Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between professional development and educational innovation among faculty members of psychology and education in governmental universities of Tehran.   Method: To this end, a random categorical sampling with proportional allocation including 102 participants were selected from a population of 232 of the faculty members of psychology and education in governmental universities of Tehran. Using Cochran formula some 102 people were chosen. Data gathering instruments include professional development and educational innovation as well as a researcher-made questionnaire. The research was descriptive, correlational and data analysis was used for the correlation, stepwise regression and binomial test.   Finding: Results showed that significant relationship (p≤0/05) between all of the six professional development components (personal development, educational development, research development, organization development, ethical development and cultural and social development) with educational innovation. Furthermore; the results of the stepwise regression showed that 66% of variation of educational innovation predicted by educational, research and cultural components.   Conclusion: Paying attention to the professional development of faculty members provides training ground for innovation and universities have a vital role in this regard.         Context: Most experts look at the education, organizational climate dimensions as the most important source of educational innovation and innovation curriculum. Goal: The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between organizational climate dimensions and the rate of curriculum innovation indicators at Isfahan University and Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.  Method: This study was applied one and the research method was descriptive – correlative (survey). Statistical population included all faculty members at university of Isfahan and faculty members at Isfahan   University of Medical Sciences. Some 106 faculty members at the University of Isfahan and some 124 faculty members at Isfahan   University of Medical Sciences were chosen as statistical sample. Research instruments were questionnaire of organizational climate dimensions, designed by Gole (2008) and questionnaire of acceptance of curriculum innovation. Findings: 1- There was positive and significant relation between organizational climate dimensions and rate curriculum innovation indicators. 2- There was positive and significant relation between organizational climate dimensions and rate curriculum innovation indicators goals, curriculum innovation content, curriculum innovation learning – teaching, and curriculum innovation evaluation. 3- There was a significant difference between averages of organizational climate dimensions climate in terms of university, college, tenure, academic trips  grade of academic faculty members at university of Isfahan   and  faculty members at Isfahan University of Medical Sciences (p<0.05),4) .There was not a significant difference between averages of  organizational dimensions climate with rate curriculum innovation indicators in terms of sex faculty members at university of Isfahan   and  faculty members at Isfahan   University of Medical Sciences (p<0.05). Conclusion: Educational planners and managers can implement appropriate administrative styles and approaches to facilitate further innovation indicators provide a curriculum for faculty.         Background: Creativity as the ability to generate novel ideas and think creatively about problems, has long been considered an important skill for individuals, as well as for societies. Objective: Therefore, this research was carried out to study the relationship between positive affection, negative affection and intrinsic motivation with creativity. Method: Among students of Tehran University 100 were selected using stratified random sampling to participate in the research. Research questionnaires included: Watson   et al (1988), 20 item questionnaire for Assessment of Positive and Negative Affection, Amabile and Tierney’s (1999), 5 item intrinsic motivation questionnaire, and Palmon et al (2004), 11 item creativity questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient, step by step multiple regression analysis, and t- test. Findings: The results showed there is positive significant relation between creativity with positive affection and intrinsic motivation. There was also a negative - but not significant- correlation between negative affection and creativity. Based on these results, positive affection and intrinsic motivation could determinerespectively 46% and 4% of creativity’s variance. Conclusion: So, positive affection and intrinsic motivation can predict creativity scores, but negative affection is not a suitable predictor for creativity. Manuscript profile

        Background: The intellectual capital is mainly referred to as an intangible asset which tends to be utilized as a resource for sustainable comparative advantage. The element for intellectual capital has some interactional influence which can create value and contribute to creativity in organization. Objective: To assess the relationship between intellectual capital with human resources creativity in an organization. Methodology: The methodology employed in this study is of descriptive. The population were some 369 people comprising of all staff, expertise, middle managements of Bonyad Mostazafan head office. Some188 people were selected through using of Cochran formula under simple random sampling. The tools for this study were three types of questionnaire (i.e. standard questionnaire, Benites Intellectual capital, Rend Seb innovation and Hang and colleagues innovation). Findings: The finding of the study proved that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between intellectual capital and creativity in an organization.  In other words, a meaningful relationship was observed between intellectual capital at human resource aspect, customer capital and infrastructure. Furthermore a meaningful correlation  was observed between intellectual capital in referred aspects and creativity in the field of products and process in the organization. Conclusion: Existence of significant intellectual capital can result in development of creativity of staffs in an organization in a way that if required ground for creativity is realized, the organization performance will be optimized and vice versa.         Background: The academic entrepreneurial as a third mission of universities and higher education as well as the approach in recent years has been considered.  Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the role of the educational courses on creating and fostering entrepreneurial spirit among university students. Methods: This research is a quantitative and descriptive survey method. The data in this study using a questionnaire based on the aspects raised by the McClelland were collected. Its validity was confirmed by experts and experts and reliability was assessed using Cronbach's alpha 0/92 is reported. The study population included 2,500 Allameh Tabatabai University students who were studying in the academic year 94-1393 on central campus. Of those using cluster sampling and random sampling of 335 subjects were selected by Morgan table. Results: According to research all elements of entrepreneurship were measured in this study (achievement, tolerance for ambiguity, self-confidence, risk-taking and creativity) were lower than average. The role of education in creating a spirit of entrepreneurship and its components were not significantly different between male and female students. Conclusion: Allameh Tabataba’i University holds training courses on developing the entrepreneurial spirit in students not affected. So the university should rethink its educational programs, redesign and recreate. Manuscript profile

        Purpose: This paper intended to study the relationships between the effects of the rate of sensing and responding to the technological changes on business opportunity of a corporates.  Methodology: A descriptive research was used to investigate the relationship between variables under study. To collect data, a questionnaire (α= 0.821) was distributed among some 160 venders of products of SAMSUNG brand in Mashhad city. The structural equation modeling using maximum likelihood estimation was applied to test the hypotheses. Findings: The results revealed that marketing strategies of corporate and responding to technological changes had directly positive effect on business position of SAMSUNG Co. while marketing strategies plays a mediatory role on the relation between sensing to technological changes and SAMSUNG business position. Result: Sensing to technological changes and appropriate responding to it provides corporate’s  prosperity in their business.  Manuscript profile

        Aim: This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the role of five personality factors, emotional intelligence and time management in predicting creativity. Method: The design of the study was correlation method .High school students of Mahdishahr in academic year of 2013-2014 consisted the statistical population of the study. Among them, some 250 students were selected with random stratified sampling method. 60 –item short form of Neo Personality Scale, Emotional Competence Questionnaire, Time Management Personality Description Questionnaire and Torrance Creativity Assessment Test Form B were research tools .Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression (stage to stage method). Findings: showed the relationship between emotional intelligence and creativity is not significant, so there is no relationship between them. There was a positive significant relationship between five personality factors and creativity in case of responsibility and flexibility and a negative significant relationship in neurosis component. The relationship between time management and creativity was positively significant just in focus on job and the type of the focus components. Results: The results of regression analysis also showed that flexibility has the most effective positive significant coefficient for predicting creativity and neurosis has negative significant effect in predicting creativity. Also, the results of regression analysis for predicting creativity based on time management components showed that focus on job has the most effective positive significant coefficient. Performance strategy has negative significant effect and after that the type of focus has the positive significant effect. Conclusion: The results of the study have applicable implications.   Manuscript profile
